Mercurys is the best, hardest thing there is deciding on a euphoria or a Mexican hot chocolate mocha.

My favorite coffee store so far. Wonderful coffee taste, and have lots of options in their menu. Staffs are very friendly as well and help you choose a drink that suits your taste. Definitely my go to spot for coffee

Service is fantastic, every single employee is happy and makes you feel truly welcome, God bless them. (Seems to be a trend in this area, Im from NY and its... different) Delicious sandwich and authentic coffee but the chocolate eggs took the cake (pardon the semi-pun) for me, so much so I bought extras. I saw reviews about the place being extremely busy but I was out with my order in less than 5 minutes, possibly because of the corona hit.

Overall, the drive-thru moves pretty quickly. Efficient order taking. Coffee is consistently great, hot, iced or blended. Beans also available. Other nibbles listed on white boards.Friendly and courteous personnel. My go-to.

This location is great; Employees are always pleasant despite having to stand outside in some absolutely heinous weather during crazy busy hours. Theyve never accidentally given me dairy milk, either, unlike a certain business across the street from this location. Tip well if you visit, they deserve it!

Always high quality coffee and friendly baristas

Been coming to the Kirkland location for years. We ordered a drink with half sweet and they didnt make it right so we called and told us to just come back another time and theyll fix it. Jennifer was great and remade our drinks a week later and was super nice.

Interesting place, coffee is a good and different blend.All of their food is nice!Staff was good and kept the line moving.I find their smoothies a bit too rich as well as some of their other drinks. Thats just my preference. Much better than Starbucks, Dutch bros, or Bigfoot.

We used to LOVE Mercurys! It was our fav for sure! However, the Kirkland location seems to have gone way downhill over the last couple years. The coffee is the BEST (when they get your order right) but literally 95% of the time there is one issue or another. :( I’m not sure if there has just been a crazy amount of turnover (and not enough employee training)… but their customer service, major lack of drink/order/temperature/etc consistency, and payment issues have really been really disappointing.Also, if you give them a try I’d suggest getting a receipt so you can track what they are charging every time. (There has been major inconsistencies, being charged for items we didn’t order, and improper tracking of “loyalty points”… maybe because their system keeps being updated?)Such a bummer! :( Hopefully they can get it turned around soon, as I’d love to continue to support a small local business and update this review with a more positive one!Ive also tried to email customer service and never received a response.

The best coffee in the Northwest!

This uses to be my favorite coffee place but they have made some really unfortunate changes recently. The new change to the drive in lines causing all the traffic coming in and out of the parking lot, expecting you to order before you can even see the menu, and having to reach across your car to get your cups of hot coffee through your passenger window are all so inconvenient I can no longer see myself going back. And to top it off they no longer do a chocolate covered espresso bean on every cup like they used to, just half of them arbitrarily. I loved having an alternative to Starbucks that was open early, its really too bad

Coffee is good and consistent. Employees are kind. I love the chocolate covered espresso beans on top of the drinks! Only had one issue which was not a big deal, they gave me a blended beverage and not an iced one. Place is beautiful and has ample seating. I especially love seating in the outside area. Inside can get pretty noisy, because there are no sound buffers. Ive tried different food items including sandwiches, desserts, pastries, and salads -- the food here is delicious, although pricy. And whats up with not displaying prices?? I have been more than a few times surprised by the total at the cashier. Lines get jammed often near the cashier, I think its a combination of poor layout of the checkout area and staff that are not very proficient or efficient (never as efficient or friendly as Starbucks). I go here to meet people since its so close to my work. I like sitting in their patio area, but the inefficiency, and the lack of transparency in displaying their prices bother me.

I’ve been going here for years! They’re organic and actually tasted like real coffee instead of something overprocessed. I always get something different every time I go and it never misses. Imo they’re the best coffee place in the area.

We often drive up from South Bellevue to get our coffee at Mercurys (at several locations Kirkland, Bellevue, Redmond and Fall City). We usually get Americanos either hot or cold. The coffee is roasted just right -- not too bitter. The service is quick and courteous. We love the beans and dog treats. We look forward to see your rewards program up and running again. As a coffee lover, Ive had my fair share and tried many different places. Mercury is by far the BEST coffee!!! The only downfall is that they are always packed.... but thats just because they are so good...and its always worth the wait!

This was the last location I used my credit card before the information was stolen. It was used at a utility company in Georgia and for an Amazon prime order. I honestly can’t say it was Mercury coffee but this is the only thing I can track it to all things being equal. I’m posting it here just in case someone had a similar experience where your card number was stolen and you recently used it a Mercury coffee. There’s really no way to track any of this type of fraud, sadly. Again, apologies to Mercury Coffee if this isn’t you. I just don’t use my card and I used it here and the number was stolen and used.

This is a great place in the Redmond neighborhood! The coffee was delicious and I ordered a tomato-basil flat bread too, it was so light and fresh! Loved it!

Coffee is hit or miss. I come here almost daily, sometimes its made so well and other times its the complete opposite. As someone who has been drinking coffee from stands daily for almost 7 years, I can really tell the difference with every cup I have. I dont understand how someone can make an iced espresso with white chocolate and cream taste so good one day and the next, taste absolutely burnt, water down, not rich and just completely gross. The potential of mercurys is there for sure, Ive had some of the best coffee ever from here but lately with the new baristas its ehh.

The coffee and service are good but the ground is wet and dirty where they are standing and making coffee. To make it worst, I saw them dropped their cleaning towels on the ground and the guy picked it up and put it back on the table ready to use again.

Mercurys is one of our favorite coffee spots on the Eastside. Im particularly fond of their specialty coffees. Right now the White Russian is my drink of choice. They are also friendly, wear masks and are efficient. Ive never had to wait long.

Any other day I would give them 5 stars and every experience other than today has been amazing! This visit to the drive thru line customer service was horrible! Let me explain that they were not busy! I havent visited them in a long time as I live in Seattle and usually coming to the Eastside, mercury coffee is my go to treat! They changed the way the line goes for the drive thru and made it to where all vehicles are going in one direction. So when I pulled up, I just pulled up behind the one white SUV that was in line to the right of the building. Being in the place I was the, menu was right at my window! I was excited to see if any new drinks were available! I saw an employee starting to approach my window. I thought she was coming to take my oder. However she was coming to inform me that Im not observant and I was in the wrong lane! Really?! I said I thought this is a menu and you can order at the window like the car in from of me!? She said no, you didnt see the arrows on the ground and all over guiding me to the right lane!?! I was in disbelief! It really matters what line you go in?! IM HERE TO SUPPORT A LOCAL BUSINESS AND BUY SOME AMAZING DRINKS! Who cares what line we go in?! I get that we could have been serviced faster going to the other lane as no one was in line, but I wasnt there for speed and wanted to review the menu. Then to be told Im wrong and to move to the next lane?! I left and as I was in disbelief! I noticed another vehicle pull up and do the same thing I did.. Made me wonder if she went and made them move too?! I ended up going to the big competitor across the street and got some diassappointing hot chocolate! I hope my next visit is more pleasant as I was so disappointed I didnt get to have any amazing mercury drinks! 😔

What a great touch.Staff is friendly and helpful.The food is really remarkably good. I didnt expect much, but their bacon, egg, and cheese has smoky bacon, chewy ciabatta, and a touch of sriracha. Nice. Definitely making a habit of stopping by when I want some coffee and occasional breakfast.

Ive been going for years ( I get drip coffee) but last three, four times the coffee is terrible. Weak and so hot you need to double cup and sleeve. Staff dont care either just a shoulder shrug.

Randomly drove upto this little coffee shop because we saw a Huge line up of cars and were curious about its popularity. The wait in the line was so worth it! Their Mexican mocha was on point!Also their chocolate croissantI wish this wasnt Just a drive through though. Also wish that the lines moved faster, they have two service windows which does help a bit. But given their popularity, maybe they should consider more options to speed up the wait.

I visit the Mercurys Coffee in Rose Hill, Kirkland. I purchased a Blended Snickers Coffee its more like a dessert than a coffee. The staff is friendly and the service is relatively quick. Their stand is a 2 sided drive through which is nice. They really made good use of the real estate. I havent figured out their point system for their rewards yet.

Sorry, I usually like this coffee shop. However my coffee wasn’t outrageously good, it was outrageously HOT!! Even the zarf sleeve was ineffective. Not cool, guys.

Love the food! I HIGHLY recommend the bacon biscuit breakfast sandwich, the quiches, or the GF Lemon muffin. The coffee is to die for and the atmosphere is super cool. They have huge cookies that are great to split for kiddos. They also serve squeeze pouches and many other kid friendly food items.

The staff is exceptional, friendly and quality of beverage is accurate and consistent. They have organic selections and options. As well as dairy substitutions and options to accommodate individual needs. The quality of the coffee is clearly shared by many and sometimes the lines are long, yet worth the wait. If I need a quality coffee for someone important I always visit Mercurys for the consistency. Great to be addressed by friendly staff always as well.

Mercury coffee company here on Northrup away is the best coffee’s place we have been to you on the East side. They have their own bakery artisan sandwiches pastries in unique flavors and combinations. We go here once a week as a treat for good coffee and a breakfast sandwich.

How often do you smile on your way to work? Well, youll smile after picking up coffee here because the customer service is on another level. I appreciate the warm and charming baristas. Their happiness is contagious, plus they give you free chocolate! You can buy a bag of chocolate covered coffee beans to go if you want more. Im sure your office mates would be happy to help you eat them! Mercurys menu is huge, too, with a bunch of drinks you wont find anywhere else. My only criticism is that the drinks are far too sweet. Sweeter than anywhere Ive been. Any coffee is lost amidst the syrups and chocolate. This is coming from someone who regularly eats Oreos for breakfast, mind you. If it werent for that, Id visit more regularly.Mercury Coffee is a fun place. You should definitely check it out. And for those of you with a sweet tooth, Im sure itll make the top of your list!

One of the old style Seattle area coffee shop that is still thriving with unique varieties of gourmet coffee. This drive thru only coffee shops is still very popular. Before and after office hour, you have to wait a while. But, the staff are very efficient. This location has a lot of regular patrons. Definitely worthy of stopping by over the Starbucks nearby.

I feel like the coffee doesnt taste how it once was. Little burnt taste, used to taste creamy even with almond milk.
