I want to love this Starbucks as the employees are super friendly and the location and drive through are convenient. Unfortunately, I wont be able to go to this one anymore as they frequently make my drinks with cows milk instead of how I order them, with oat milk. It even says oat milk on the order sticker, but today was the fourth time theyve messed it up and made the drink with cows milk and Ive had to toss it out because Im allergic to milk (as well as being an ethical vegan.) I almost always have my little ones in the car with me so getting a drink via the drive through only to have to throw it out is especially frustrating. Sadly, if you have allergies or are vegan, youll probably want to skip this location as they dont seem to be able to consistently make drinks correctly.

I love my triple venti peppermint mocha and impossible breakfast sandwich. So of course thats what I thought I ordered! Nope. You get a basic peppermint mocha and an actual impossible sandwich. Waited and waited. Finally approached the front counter and they are out. No one came to me to let me know. Very poor communication. No one is cleaning tables and customers are just rotating in here during a pandemic and required mask mandate. Seems to be run by kids, which is fine. But lacking in customer service experience, sadly. Parking is a nightmare and limited.Dont live in Washington so definitely not returning to this one!

If the group running the Juanita Starbucks this morning were my employees I would be extremely proud. They had multiple systems down and were running out of bags, but the customer service was still friendly, timely and gracious. A young lady in a rainbow mask (didnt get her name) was making sure to explain to everyone ordering that their order might take a little longer because of the system outages. I loved seeing a team work together, set expectations and power through the adversity like that to continue serving a busy drive through and storefront. You are awesome!

Starbucks is nice but its hard getting in through the drive-thru parking is very tight and minimal every time we go there and order a hot two shot espresso it comes out warm not hot.

I really enjoy the employees and swiftness of this Starbucks. 6 of us come in pretty consistently, all with separate orders and they get it done!A particular staff member Aiden (Sorry if I butchered the spelling) went above and beyond in my opinion. Yesterday he worked with us, reminded me I didnt need to apologize, didnt seem annoyed in anyway shape and or form and made sure our orders were correct, reading them back to us as he handed them out. Aiden is the definition of 10/10 customer service. Friendly, kind, productive and professional. You are appreciated.

The drive thru is chronically and unreasonably slow. Poor logistics for drive thru and cars can be lined up out to the road and through parking lot, much due to the slow service. Coffee is good a majority of the time but is not consistent in quality and, like today, I got another bitter, watery latte that is hardly drinkable. I put in a complaint and was told that they can only refund or remake your coffee if you come back in to store right away, which was not an option for me. Its only coffee, but at $4.50 a whack, am going to find a different drive thru.

Slowest Starbucks in Kirkland. I do UE and I think less than a handful of times I didn’t have to wait . Usually 8-10min wait .

Good coffee shop. Drive thru is a bit slow but they do provide faster service if you go inside. Baristas produce better drinks here than at the Safeway across the street.

Great workers, really bad drive thru. Other drivers cut you off and block parking and drive way. Almost impossible to turn in across traffic as people keep trying to turn in ahead of you.

I am a constant regular at this location but something about today threw me off. Lady was being super rude when I walked in despite I had a mobile order... she didn’t ask if the drinks were mine but instead finishes the order and calls out the name and walks away. She didn’t even give me a straw for my drink, and when I asked her, she didn’t say a word and tossed the straw at me? What did I do? Yikes!

This Starbucks gets very busy most mornings and the parking lot is too small to handle the volume in the drive thru. Line ups can be insane.

Clean and super friendly staff

This Starbucks had decent parking and a dive through. More importantly though, the people who work here are especially nice and friendly. And the coffee is great!

They couldn’t locate my mobile food order and I waited for awhile.

Staff is friendly and the drinks are normal Starbucks drinks, but this place always seems to take longer than other Starbucks. Especially the drive thru. Even when there aren’t many cars in line, I often find myself frustrated with the wait. Mobile order is better, but can also be a long wait at times.

This is one of the worst designed Starbucks Ive ever been too. If there is more than like 2 card waiting to order you cant even get into the main entrance and if you go it the side entrance Im not even sure you could get in place in line if theres multiple people waiting to get in. So drive thru wide this one is not good. Overall just normal strabucks. If you like Starbucks I have no complaints.

I’ve had a great experience here. This has become my new home store and they are starting to remember me and my drink. They are always friendly.

The staff was friendly but gave me the wrong drink when going through the drive thru which resulted in me having a caffeinated late night drink instead of my requested non-caffeinated drink. I went back to make another order for my kiddos. They remember me, which was great but told me they gave me the wrong drink. What made me feel most unhappy is they failed to offer a “standard gold company” complimentary drink or refund for inconvenience caused even after I hinted to them I would appreciate it. Instead they laughed and continued to chat with one another about their own non-work conversation.

Amazing place. Always makes sure my drink is right. You cant expect everybody to do everything (slip on drink, remembering water) but if you politely ask, they are always enthusiastic and jump to help as quickly as they can. Great place!!!!

Terrible Sandwiches. I cant believe the Audacity of Starbucks..perhaps just this location management..who knows. My wife just got home with two turkey pesto paninis costing $15 bucks for 2. They each had one small slice of turkey a dab of pesto and like 3 small pieces of red pepper. it was like eating flavored bread, I ate half and tossed the other and made a sandwich on my own. Ridiculous. Id rather have a big mac and I hate McDonalds. We will NEVER buy food from them again, what a ripoff.

While I was waiting for my drinks, a homeless person came in to get warm. After awhile, one of the staff came out with a hot chocolate for her. The staff at this store have a warm heart!

Customer service at this location is one of the worse. Dont even bother asking for a cup of water WITH your order. They never give that to you, they always seems to be to busy to give you a cup of water when you already spent $20+ with their other drinks. This happens everytime! Definitely need to improve their customer service.

This is an absolute PIT of a Starbucks. Horrible customer service. No greeting. Bathrooms are terrifying. Why are there 7 people working, and no one can take the time to wipe the blood off the toilet, change the garbage, refill the soap, or maybe say hello? The employees are loud.. So loud I can not hear the person writing down my drink. I assume she can also not hear me since my drink is wrong. This is more like walking into a dorm room after a frat party with the host still drunk and the music too loud. Get a grip, people. Close this place down or find another manager!

Like the coffee, though the time before last I paid with a gift card and the person sign my ask if I wan wanted a receipt ( which I use to keep track of my balance) I had to ask for it and she still couldnt get it for me. I would have waited for someone with more experience but there was a long line behind me. :/

Great spot for a Starbucks. Awesome decor as usual. This Starbucks has a reasonably sized interior with comfortable sitting areas. The staff was very friendly and service was quick.

Love me some coffee and the Starbucks Reward app on my phone makes ordering and paying easy and I saved enough stars to get an insulated mug which means I am truly addicted to coffee 😎

Most of the staff is incompetent, slow, and have zero customer service skills. Also, a few need to be informed about personal hygiene, as well as the disgraceful state of the bathrooms. They reek of stale urine and have not been cleaned for sometime

Drive thru line can be quite intimidating at times. The parking lot layout is less than ideal for how busy Starbucks can be.

Literally the most friendly employees Ive ever interacted with at a Starbucks. They tried to make conversation with everyone ordering (I went at a non-peak hour so there wasnt really a line), and said goodbye to me by name as I left.

Im giving this Starbucks 5 stars because the guy who took my order actually spelled my name correctly! LoL. Lately I have been obsessed with the Dragon Drink. I highly recommend it on a hot sunny day.

Need a slip with my hot tea. I never get one always have to do it myself, while my friend get one for his coffee.

Not the best customer service. I placed a mobile order for Frappuccino without Mocha Drizzle on top and it came out with no Whipped Cream at all. I have had no problem getting customized order when I specifically asked something at any Starbucks so far. When I politely asked the barista for Whipped Cream she had an attitude and then passed the drink back to me after adding cream without any word or expression of apology. It made me feel like my simple request for correcting order somehow offended her or something.

At 6:30am on a Sunday, they can be forgiven for not having a lot of my favorite: Blonde Drip coffee made already. ;-)

Slowest location I’ve ever experienced. This is after repeated chances. Two times I’ve used mobile and both times they weren’t even working on them when I arrived, and both times it was not busy. There were no apologies the second time. The barista gave off an air of superiority and even lied as to the reason why the drink wasn’t being made. She said they were slammed, but when I walked in no one was in line and she was wiping some counters down. A lady who came behind me said this location is notorious for being slow. The fact that I choose a Safeway location over this one is telling. Shoot, if you’re slow and know it then step up the customer service with smiles and good eye contact and sincere apologies.

Being a lifetime coffee connoisseur has led me into a numerous coffee shops. Although loud, this store is not without kind baristas who are always eager to take my order. It gets busy, but the regulars and coffee make the visit worth it.

Starbucks are the same everywhere in terms of quality of product - and for the most part quality of service. This location *really* wanted a drive-through, but unfortunately its in a terrible location. Based on the entrance to the drive-through being located right at the entrance to a busy 7-11, AND just feet away from a busy intersection, during peak hours traffic backs up on 100th as well as blocking traffic in the parking lots to other businesses.

Im glad that theres a drive through but it sometimes takes 10-15 to get through. Friendly staff the coffee is pretty consistent with Starbucks i personally just cant get over the long wait.

We order a venti iced caramel macchiato sugar free and a ultra caramel frappe and not whip cream and macciato was ready when put to window but frappe we waited 5 mins for? Not sure why since it had whip cream on it and when we told him he went to the sink and used the lid to just scrap it off and gave it some more caramel and then handed it back all sticky from whip and syup all down the sides. We had to ask for napkins and straws and he only gave us one straw. Had to ask for a second straw. This location is always just off but it is across the street from us so it is hard not to keep trying hoping for better service. Hope it improves!

100th Ave. STARBUCKS is my favorite location in Kirkland. The staff is friendly and know my husband and I by our names and coffee choices. Its like an extension of home.
