The Kinston store was very accommodating, helpful and cordial in helping us to acquire our 10 lbs of Bass Farm sausage. They dont carry the hot but do have the sage. We are so happy🙂

They need to do better at checking expiration dates and their fruits and vegetables shouldnt be moldy as soon as you buy them

Love the piggly wiggly me and my wife Teresa Jordan shop at piggly wiggly 3,4,5 times a week matter of fact today 5/29/2021 after shopping I left some of our merchandise at check. Out counter not realising I had and store was busy Saturday evening, we were in car fixing to leave an cashier young man came out of store found us gave us our merchandise me and my wonderful wife give piggly wiggly 5 star rating and always have! The deli food always looks dried out. It lacks warmth in customer service unlike other Piggly Wigglys. Although its closer to me I choose to go to Food Lion.

Went into just walk around since I havent been to one in years. Every thing was arranged nicely, the place was extremely clean and well lit. I bought some fruit and it was on sale but not in the register. Clerk told the staff to ring me up the sales price. I told other clerks to check and they also reiterated the sale price. I definitely will come back to shop.

The customers service is awesome but they need to retrain some of there staffs.

The store manager deserves a few good lessons in manners from his staff. Even the high school students have better manners than he does. It also wouldnt hurt to have their IPA beer vendor come in a little more often. LOL

I called to see if they had any Black eyed peas left. The young lady went to check for me. Meanwhile a gentleman picked up to tell me they had some. After I hung up, the same young lady called to make sure I was told they had some in. She went above and beyond!!

I love this Piggly Wiggly. it has a good variety of foods, the best meats, and a food bar.

I dont like this one, people seem some what racist. I went there today. Was approaching a line. White women was leaving, guy clerck was like thank u, have a nice day. I approach register no, hey how u dping nothing. Never uttered a word. Rung up my order, other guy bagged them walked off nothing. Guy that took my order handed me my change and receipt and that was it. Woman directly behind me white approached and again he stated how u doing. I never got a word. Terrible customer service. Only piggy wiggly in Kinston I feel is like that. Other ones very welcoming.

Friendly staff so are very helpful. Smaller selection than some of the other chain stores but always well stocked.

Even though the store was packed they kept the lines at the registers flowing fast.

Call about product bleach $0.99 they said they had some in all of a sudden they dont have it they said they was saving it for someone else I think thats unfair

Had a date to set up to sell doughnuts for church taken by the manager. They had no one on the book. Called to confirm this morning and they put another church on. Supposedly it never got wrote down...but im sure i can guarantee the reason why the other church was allowed to bump us. It wasnt accidental at all. I will never bother to stop at this so called business again. Guy said sorry thats all i can tell you.

Just about everything you need, but not the cheapest. Bananas were $0.69 per pound on September 14, 2016. Thats expensive. They dont sell smoothies. Overall, its okay
