Usually find everything I want at this location. Except chocolate rice cakes by Quaker, they are hard to get there.*Also The store needs to tell the loss prevention team to back off of customers that are not stealing. Just saying

I understand that staff is limited sometimes but come on now it takes you 2 and a half hours to bring out groceries that you’ve already picked that is unreal. If you’re ordering groceries on the app go somewhere else I beg you it’s not worth it. Like my stuff should be free at this point, you tell me my order is ready then I pull up and wait over 2 hours for them to come out like my food is going to go bad people.

Experience was great until I was walking out the store. Door greeter asked to see my receipt which was no problem, but she watched me self ring my TWO items, and I witnessed her tell the WHITE customer in front of me to go ahead sir youre good? If youre gonna check receipts you should PRACTICE checking EVERYONE!! Not a happy customer today!!

The store is immaculate. Everything is stocked correctly and the floors were shining I’ve never seen floors in a Walmart shining like this location. I was very impressed. We were greeted with welcome at the door so pleasant.

Dont waste your time calling, theyre not going to answer. You cant even find help in the store. Just drive over and answer your own question. Customer Service is a thing of the past.

This I one of the best Walmarts I personally have ever been to. Friendly, helpful and clean.

Years ago food was good. Not so much now... chopped barbecue was like chitterlings yuck! Wet greasy Shredded not chopped barbecue. No hush puppies. They charge more for take out $5 more. Not so COVID-19 friendly.

When you go to Walmart dont ask for help cause you cant find no one to help you at all. I have a earache and trying to find some one to help me find where they keep earache medication....there was no one to find to help me with it.Good luck who ever go there👈💯

I am not getting paid for my time I waste packing my own groceries into bags. Shelves are more than a little bare.

Most of the time theyre either out of stock or running low on everything. The one employee is rude as can be. I was babysitting, had to run and pick up something to make for dinner and the employee was greeting people at the door that day (shes usually a cashier I think). She literally looked at the kids I had with me and told me that theres a sale on protection to prevent that. Not only is that extremely embarrassing, it could be hurtful to someone. If youre looking for groceries, definitely recommend food lion down the road, especially if you have kids with you.

I always enjoy going to Wal-Mart whether I buy anything, which is rare!

I didnt know how to use the automatic machine to pay for my purchase so this good person came up to me and she showed me how to weigh bananas and I think that was awesome

I brought pants and work shoes from here. It took a little long to look thru the clothes and shoes section to find my size. Other than that, I brought exactly what I needed.

I choose the Walmart app so that I dont have to go inside the store because I am elderly disabled and afraid of covid-19 so when I go to pick up my groceries and they say theyll be right out and its 30 minutes later and they still havent been out and when you walk up and knock on the door there are three people standing there talking and then they asked me why are you knocking on my door I explained to them I would like to get my groceries that I have already paid for and that youre paid to load in my car and youre just standing here doing nothing only I am your groceries are right here within five minutes I was loaded up and gone they need better customer service and they need to be more prompt about their deliveries

We ordered our groceries to pick up between 5 and 6:00. We finally left at 7:49 with no groceries. Just had to cancel the order.

The clerk was very unhelpful she didnt g Im and they leave all the bags on the counter for me to put in my own basket while theres a line of five I think Ive counted five people behind me theres absolutely no help and a very negative attitude I feel from them.

Went to salon and got my daughter hair done and Angela is really good at what she do and she cares for customers and give good suggestions

Typical Wal-Mart experience. Waited almost 15 mins for someone to unlock the case in electronics.

All of the self checkouts are card only now. Only 2 registers open for cash customers causing a lot of congestion at the front walk way.

Love walmart has everything you need but the kitchen sink.lol. physically. Photo lab. Meat depth. Clothers.food..fish...swimming pools....bakery....tv..phones..computers..speakers. lab tops...earrings. rings. Flowers.pots..pan dishes.All kinds of food. Toys. Dog food....trees. plants...

They are always out of stock on so many items! It is so frustrating to go to a store: only to find they dont have what you specifically went there for.
