My daughter and I were greeted warmly by Debra, the store manager (and only employee there at the time). The entire experience was great. There was another couple in the store at the same time as my daughter & I and Debra effortlessly answered their questions as well as our own, without feeling pressure to buy anything. She explained many great features and deals available at this time. My family has been long-term customers of this business and she was even able to discuss my previous purchases in relation to beds that I was looking at currently. I ended up purchasing a great new bed and frame from her and would highly recommend Debra and this store to anyone looking for a straightforward, no-pressure bed shopping experience in the future.

We had a great experience with Mattress Firm. Kyle, the Sleep Expert really was an expert. He listened carefully to what we wanted in a mattress, and what our budget range was. He showed us several options, at different prices, and encouraged us to take as much time as we wanted to try them out. He cheerfully answered all our questions (we had a lot), and never made us feel rushed or pressured to make a decision too quickly. When we chose our favorite mattress, he carefully reviewed store policy, warranty, and how the delivery service worked. And he was a delightful, nice person - we left the store smiling!Just two days later, two friendly, polite deliverymen arrived to neatly remove our old mattress and install the new one. (I should mention it was a really hot day, and our bedroom is on the second floor of an older house with no central A/C. They were working hard.) They couldnt have been more pleasant, or more careful while maneuvering through our home.I highly recommend this store. Great service all around, and we are looking forward to many comfortable years of sleep on our lovely new mattress!

I had a great experience with Mattress Firm in Kingston. I went in on a Saturday and was immediately greeted by a friendly and knowledgeable sales person Jim. I knew I wanted a Temperpedic but wasn’t sure which one. He explained all the different models and I ended up finding the perfect bed. We scheduled delivery a few weeks out as I was waiting on my floors to be done and the bed just arrived today. The process couldn’t have gone smoother. Jim even threw in two free pillows! 🤩 I’m so excited to finally have the bed I always wanted! We will definitely be back for our guest bedroom bed. Definitely recommend!

I suffer from back pain and have very specific requirements in terms of features. I explained this to Jim (Kingston, NY location) and asked him to recommend options. Jim, who was polite, positive, professional and demonstrated a thorough knowledge of all offerings, helped me to select the perfect bed for my needs.

I am giving this store 1 star because although I found Deborah at the store helpful, I was a very informed customer walking in. I had done my due diligence and researched which mattress I wanted and all she had to do was ring me up. She convinced me that the free delivery offer did not include assembly of my adjustable base and up sold me a platinum package that I did not need. Upon arrival, the frame needed to be plugged in and 4 legs were screwed on. I did it myself as I wanted to ensure I knew how to assemble and de-assemble it. It did not require a $75 platinum plan. They also did not go up any stairs or haul away my old mattress. I don’t feel I needed that extra charge and really hope she considers refunding me that fee. It does not feel like she was honest with me.

Our Mattress Firm ExperienceBuying from MATTRESS FIRM was easy and satisfying from the time weentered the Kingston store through delivery. The salesman ( SEAN ) was easy to speak to and answered all our questions in a soft friendly manor.The delivery was yesterday( Dec. 8 2017 ) by two very able, polite men. they were fast and very efficient.To protect our hardwood floors, we asked the men to put booties on over their shoes. I was happy to find the store in operation after having been closed for so long. I arrived just after it opened and was the only customer. I was happy to see that hand sanitizer, disposable masks and gloves were available at the door but I brought my own mask and gloves. I used the hand sanitizer on the way out.I had spoken to Debbie the night before. She was extremely knowledgeable and helpful, so I had a good idea when I arrived about what I wanted. Jim was at the store this morning and he was equally knowledgeable and helpful. I was able to choose a mattress pretty quickly and was happy that it was available for almost immediate delivery.I am also very happy that you will place the mattress in our house and take away the old one.This was another excellent experience with Mattress Firm/Sleepy’s.

I went shopping at the clearance store and worked with a gentleman named Bob. He was very talkative, warm, and friendly, and got me a great deal on a mattress, box-spring, and pillow. We saved over 1/2 of the original amount, and Bob had everything wrapped up and ready to go for me when I arrived the next day to pick it up. A wonderful man named Reggie helped me load the mattress set up, and we had a good chat- wonderful guy and very helpful.I highly recommend this place, and if you work with Bob, I believe hed take care of you.
