I went to the bed bath and beyond in Kingston and the staff was so helpful. Specifically Lynn. I was able to find everything I needed, and considering I have no eye for design, she really helped me pick things out that went well together. The experience was made easy thanks to Lynn and it was quick! I would shop at the Kingston Bed Bath and Beyond again.

Great place to pick up some things for around the apartment. Pet friendly which is a plus. Only downside is they didnt have any treats for the doggo at the cash. Treats for doggo = Auto 5 stars 😁

I recently received excellent service at this Kingston store. I had to return a heated throw that had quit working. The manager and her staff, made it so easy and I was able to order another one, which is arriving tomorrow. I will definitely continue to shop here again!

Very disappointed with my last purchase. I bought a product called Grandmas Secret Spot Remover from Bed Bath and Beyond. The store website describes the product as Biodegradable and non-toxic, so I decided to purchase it to clean some baby stuff. But then once the product arrived, the package was different from the one shown in the website, and it says: Caution: eye and skin irritant and WARNING: Cancer and reproductive Harm. Also, at no point the product claimed to be biodegradable. It was quite frustrating to receive something so different from expected. I made a review in the website twice, over a week ago, but they never posted it.

The staff doesnt know their own return policy and yet I was condescended to as if I should have known it.I was previously a big fan of this company going there for a most of my gift giving for various individuals and occasions. But no long they lost a customer today.I had called to inquire about returning a gift I had recieved but had no use for. I do not have the reciept which why I called. I explained why I was returning it and what it was exactly and that I hoped to exchange for an item I would use. The staff member explained the policy as a return without receipt and would be valued at 20% off its sale price. They then asked a second staff member to get one of the same item so they could scan it and tell me the value. I was very pleased they would be able to help without the receipt.Once I got the store and waited in line for a staff member, they attempted to return the item, but when a supervisor was called to issue the giftcard I was then told quite condescendingly that they could not return or exchange electonic items without the receipt as per company policy. Like I should have known electronics specifically require a receipt, but not sheets or towels. Interesting policy. And yet at least two of their frontline staff did not know it.They attempted to look up my giftgivers information but without a timeframe to look they could not verify the order number. And sent me away with my unwanted item very displeased.Had I been told prior to making a trip there, and waiting in line around a large group of other people quite pointlessly in the end, I would not be upset. It was the waste of time and gas, and the additional interaction with a number of people that would never have happened had the staff member known their own return policy of electronics.Never again BB&B.

Whats be to be said that hasnt been said before? Classic American big box store that should just retreat to the mother country. Products are cheap, over-priced with little to no associates to peddle them.Although the associate who wished us a good day on our way out (after buying nothing), was very friendly.

If I could give zero stars I would. Placed an online order for an item that was cancelled by the store and received an email that said I would not be charged because I did not pick up the item. So shocked when I checked my account and was charged for the item. Called the store and was told too bad that it would take 5 business days for the charge to be reversed for an item that I never received through no fault of mine. Shady practice and not appreciated, especially at Christmas time when some people might need that to find an item elsewhere. If I cancelled the order it would be different, but when the store does it should be refunded immediately!

A great place to find almost anything u need for home decor & comfort. The only thing I couldnt find was plain polyester fill cushion forms (to put into pillow cases). They had many fashion pillows & bed pillows but not pillow forms. Also it would be nice if we could get one of stores built in Brockville where I live or halfway to Ottawa like at Smiths Falls or Kemptville. Ottawa & Kingston are too far to drive to often.

We stopped in Wednesday to purchase lamps that were on sale and they were out of stock. The Sales associate was very kind and helpful and brought another associate over to put in a our order that had to come from their warehouse. We were told it might take up to 5 working days and will be shipped directly to our home. The lamps came today ( Friday) and they look great. Thanks for the wonderful service.

I gave 4 stars because when i visited the store and i was looking for something specific, I walked around the store about 5x and not 1 associate approached me! I had to approach the associate because i had wanted this item. Other than that the associate that i dealt with was very helpful. He was quick in placing my order and knew pretty much all the answers to my questions without having to ask another associate or searching it via computer

I do not shop here often, and went on this visit for specific sale items. All were in stock and available. Lots if staff available to assist with questions. Store was clean and easily shopped. Lots of carts, tho they were hard to find because of the location that they are kept. Cashiers were friendly and fast. Would definitely recommend.

Picked up a Sunbeam electric warming throw from their display in the back area of the store. There were about 7 of the same product in the pile with a price of $99 on sale for $69 on a tag above them. There were no price tags on the actual product. Went to checkout about to pay until the cashier told me its was $112 after tax. When I told the cashier it was on sale she said it wasnt. The cashier told me they were out of stock of the on sale item and the wrong product was in their place. They did not offer to return it back to the shelf. I ended up returning it there myself to find 3 other staff looking at the display and changing the display label. When I told them they should honor the label posted the refuted and proceeded to just thank me for bringing it to their attention. Not impressed. If you mess up on a display pricing and product you should be accountable for your mistake. No customer satisfaction today no other purchases from here either.

Comes off as cheap to me but prices dont reflect. I went in for a baby registry only to find that they dont even have a baby section! All baby items have to be ordered online. Part of my online order shipped immediately but 1 remaining item took almost 2 weeks to arrive which meant that I had only part of my shower gift to give at the event...not cool.Also, shipping info was hard to find so I tried to cancel my order and couldnt do it. I emailed customer service and never heard back from anyone.

Honesty, their prices are horrendous. Everything in there is priced far higher than I think it should be.

I went into the Kingston Ontario store today to buy a 10 inch wedge pillow for 39. and change. I couldnt find them so I asked for help. The guy that (helped?) me pointed and said they were over there. I told him I didnt see the one I was looking for as I had seen them on the website. His response... Not everything on the website is in the store. And then walked away. Rude. I may be older now but I still have feelings. Maybe he could have suggested ordering one or another alternative. A sorry would have gone a long way after I drove 20 km to attend that store. Will I be back? Not very likely. Maybe this should be one of the stores corporate closes. I know the store wont respond because they just dont care.

Neat place to shop and look around. I mwrbt there to my friend an item I was looking at for my car. It was the car seat cover if y8y have pets. I dont and it is waterproof and it helps keeping seats clean. I will pick one up in the new year

The score is exactly what we expected. We were looking for a good manual can opener to open an oddly-shaped can from a different country. And we were able to find one that worked well. It took us almost no time at all to find them.

Its is a good place. Not fantastic but ok. However, one of the last places you can purchase anything from glassware to pots/pans and bed linens and ready made curtains. They bed linens are expensive for what they are but most other products are priced ok.

The woman who helped us knew what I needed for University more than I did, she was familiar with every residence and what was already provided. She helped me find everything I needed and half the time got it herself and brought it to us. Very knowledgable and helpful, first place you should go if moving into residence at queens.

Lots of selection here. Its a large store with huge inventory. The check out lane is overly crowded with merchandise, I have no accessibility limitations but I can image it would be unpleasant in a wheelchair. Often times finding help is difficult if you need to verify a price its hard to locate staff. If you are seeking a unique item youll find everything under the sun here. From misting water bottles to essential oils, you could almost get lost in this store.

Lets just say you get what you pay for ! Absolutely love this place ...

Lots of options for things that you would want to buy for your home but most things seem way overpriced. Staff is helpful if you have questions or need anything.

Could not shop in this location due to heavy use of scents. People with asthma, copd allergies and other scent related issues may not find this a friendly environment. Excercise caution or choose another retailer. I noticed other older ( 2 years) with the same issue reported. It seems they do not care enough to be inclusive for all people.

Went in looking for the toaster oven thatwas on sale and sales lady asked if she could help and she found it for me but was too small for what I wanted. So she took me right over to that section and she took extra time to show me some of the different brand names. There was 1 from Hamilton Beach with no price on it and off she went to find out. She came back with the serial number and she checked the box and it matched $69.98 and I sd Ill take it.She was pretty persistent in carrying the box for me, but I sd Im good and she took me right up to the check out and then wanted to get a cart for me to take out to my car.I recd A1 service and really appreciated it.

I was in tbe Kingston Store on March 29, 2019 and saw floor mats that were the exact same as ones I saw at Home Sense for half the price.I purchased an item for $8.99 and when I got home I removed the price sticker and the price under the sticker was $4.99 Im not impressed with this Store at all

Lots of stuff...much of it junk. I needed a mattress pad and they didnt have the size (queen) I wanted. But if you wanted UGGs for your dog - well, there were blankets, jackets, booties, pillows and more.
