A bit pricey but I love the place

Favorite store. Found the most beautiful pillows for my office. So many choices, good quality, & great prices! Always in there for something weather it’s for a cookware, hair dryer, bathroom decor or even pills an throw blankets. Great Store.

Good for many types of home goods, especially towels, pillows, interesting packaged foods... but there it also just a lot of stuff that people just dont need and will eventually find its way to the trash can or dump adding more wasted materials and polluting the environment.

MY FAVORITE PLACE TO GO N SHOP! I literally spend 2 hours in there each time. Great staff, clean,organized, great deals. Ill be a life-long customer!

Trying to make a $9.99 purchase with 20 i was asked for the .99 cents told her to give me a $10 and she said no can do. ??? Wow .Do you notice that then inferred beams are pointed at you so you can burn your eyes.

I love them for their amazing selection of good quality home decor. I probably stop there every few months and cant will myself to leave until Ive checked out everything have since treasures are always hiding behind other items. The workers are always friendly and helpful, and I always feel like they keep the place really clean.

Easy to get to, and plenty of parking. Store has a lot of quality goods for the home, and a small selection of toys for children.

I love this store. One of my favorites. I spend a fair amount of money in HomeGoods and in saying that, I think I should get better customer service. I found a shell dish I fell in love with. I bought it and 2 days later I accidentally broke it. I was so upset. My daughter went back to the store and asked if they had another. All we got was no. I dont know if they even checked the back room. But one would think they would at least go on the computer to see if any of the other stores had one.

I almost bought a frame that I really loved!

I bought a soap dispenser in the Kingston store and it didn’t work. I went to exchange it for one that worked and the manager would not honor the exchange because it was on clearance. They do not honor their products and don’t care if they work or not. The manager was rude and condescending. I will never go back to a place that does not stand behind their product and threats their customer like that ! Never.

The store was a mess to many items on the floor over crowded isles. Couldnt get through the isles . Isles were to close for the amount of clutter. Very disappointed in the Kingston N.Y. store.

No toliet paper in any of three stalls.Very difficult situation.
