Rob is great. Hes always up-front with you about what is and isnt wrong with your car. Hell have it done when he says it will be done. Honestly, the only downside I have ever seen is that sometimes hes very busy. But you cant fault the guy for being popular!

Very poor customer service. I set an appointment 2 weeks in advance and we agreed what my repairs would be. About 4 hours after dropping my car off I was told that they did not have the parts needed for my repair, so I had to wait another 24 hours to have my car done. No apology, and no consideration for the inconvenience when the bill was finalized. This is a shame, because they are nice guys and do good work.Update: I decided to give them a second chance a few months later. I made a total of 3 appointments for the same issue with my vehicle. Each time I arrived, I was asked if I could come another day because they didn’t have time. They’ve permanently lost a customer due to their inability to honor appointments, and their inexcusable disregard for a customer’s time.

Pros: A&H is a great shop! Rob, the owner, is an excellent mechanic with 30 years of experience. His prices are fair, and the turnaround is generally pretty fast.Cons: Rob gets cranky when hes busy, which is fairly often.

They were great! I was there for probably 45 mins-hour to have the a/c system filled and recharged. The service was great, honest, and they checked in with me about every 15-20 mins to let me know where they were in the process. I would definitely recommend them.

If you have a European/Swedish vehicle take it to some one who specializes in such cars. these guys dont know a thing about them however they still charged me and the problem wasnt solved. what they claimed was broken was actually not when i wen to the dealer ship. its supposed to do that said the mechanic at the dealer ship. next if you misplace or forget something at that place consider it gone.
