We used them to upgrade all the windows in our house about a year ago. We went with triple-pane to save on the heating/cooling costs. They gave us a great deal on the windows and install. Easy and clean install - we havent had any problems.

They did an OK job on our Windows. Some windows do not lock properly. They brought the wrong size screen for one window and promised to return with the correct screen. That was probably 4 years ago. I have made numerous calls about getting the correct screen to no avail. I would look elsewhere for someone more dependable and reliable.

I have had problems getting them to come out and replace my picture window that shattered! ! I called the last of April here its August and my picture window in the front STILL NOT REPLACED !! . I cant even clean my window in front . They keep putting me off to come out and replace it !!!! They say they cant get service people to come do it. You CAN NOT depend on them for getting any service if they tear up. They say they are a Christian based company. Well they need to stand on their word. I know another couple said they had trouble getting Windows replaced Also. Ive called so many times they just say well we cant get no one out there !! So frustrated !! Now SEPTEMBER 12!!!!! Still no show for my window. I guess small claims court will have to settle it! UPDATING SEPT. 15 th. STILL NO WORD FROM THEM. THEY MAY DO A GOOD JOB BUT WHEN YOU NEED ONE REPLACED OR YOU HAVE TROUBLE WITH A WINDOW IF One SHATTERES LIKE OUR PICTURE WINDOW YOU CAN NOT GET THEM TO COME REPLACE IT!! Its been since end of April !!!!! UPDATE!!!!!! Well since my attorney gave them 14 days to replace my window, THEY JUST CALLED AND ARE FINALLY COMING, ITS ASHAMED A ATTORNEY HAD TO WRITE THEM A LETTER ! IT WAS WELL WORTH MY MONEY TO GET IT DONE. NEXT TIME IT HAPPENS AGAIN I WILL DO IT AGAIN ! ITS THE PRINCILPE !! Oh by the way OCTOBER 3rd .......... I called End of APRIL !!!! Look closely at my window this has been shattered all the way from top to bottom since end of April !!! You cant see it all but. An you believe they still would not come out to replace it !!!!!! Shame on this Christian based company Danny owns!

I first contacted this company in April to replace all of the windows in my older home. They were prompt on coming out giving me and estimate. When they came to put the windows in, this was some time in May, every window was wrong. They were supposed to only have the grid on the top and they brought ones with grid on the top and bottom. Ok, not a big deal, reorder all the the bottom panes. They dont make it back out until almost two months later to fix them. Guess what? they STILL messed up, two were still completely wrong and they were short one. So, back to reordering. It is now the end of October and I just received a call asking me what I still needed fixed. They STILL do not have the correct windows in their warehouse. I will never recommend them. Ive used them in the past and did not experience near as much problems. Upon reading other reviews, seems like the business has gone downhill and Im not the only one that they cant seem to complete the job for.
