After several months of searching the Eastern side of the U.S. on Dodge’s website for an Octane Red Durango R/T AWD with all the right options, I finally found one in transit to Tri-Cities CDJR. Called the dealership and worked out a deal with Kyle to purchase it over the phone. When she finally arrived, the wife and I drove up from Florida to take delivery. The whole process couldn’t of been any easier and our salesman Kyle was awesome to work with. Thank you so much!!!

I took my truck there to have it aligned and my tires rotated. For almost 2 months my truck did fine, so I never messed with anything. I started hearing a noise coming from my left front tire and was going to take my tire off to check it out. They had tightened my lug nuts so tight that my key broke while trying to loosen them. The lug nuts that I did manage to get off showed that they had been over torqued and caused it caused my rim to crack. I do not recommend anyone having tire services done take their vehicles here.

The absolute worst dealership my husband and I have ever been to... Very shady salesmen and just about everything to do with our purchase there, down to the warranty, was a down right lie. I do not recommend selling or buying a car here at all. Save your time and GO SOMEWHERE ELSE, and be treated with respect. Worst expercience ever. This is the perfect place to go if you like being ripped off.

I needed my first oil change in a 2021 RAM 5500 Garbage truck.They cant do it because. Pick 1 or 2 -their reasons.1 -their lift is to small.2 -they cant catch 3 gallons of oil without using the container they use under a lift.I live 1.5 miles from here but have to go to Johnson City(20 mile) or Abington (20 miles)to get my oil changed saving my warranty. They wont roll under the truck and do it in Kingsport.

The only reason theyre not getting 5 stars is because salesman was preoccupied with his phone the entire time I was there. He had things going on at home and shouldnt have been working at all if you ask me. Several times he asked the same questions that I had previously answered. Questions such as where my spouse had gone although he knew he left for work. I was very irritated with this because we asked if there was anything else they needed from my spouse before he left and we were assured there wasnt.Though the experience was poor, Im still very pleased with the vehicle I purchased. Thus the 4 star rating.

I took my jeep here three years ago to get my air condition fixed because it wasn’t blowing cold air. I took it in, they said I needed a new fan. So I was like ok. They change the fan and I left and it didn’t help. It didn’t fix the problem. So I take it back a week later and they tell me ‘oh it’s the condenser’. So I spent $600 on a fan that I didn’t need. The new condenser will cost another $600. I don’t have that kind of money. It would’ve been nice if they refunded me for the fan, considering they were the ones who miss diagnosed the problem, so I could use that money to get a new condenser. They can afford that. So here I am going around in Tennessee heat for the past three years, going on four, with no air condition. I’m still mad about it. Feel free to reach out to me to fix this issue. I’m sure you have my number in your system.

Not even sure this is worth one star. Boyfriend has bought two new cars from them, he got a special deal in his email and he called them, they were going to see what they could do for him. He called back and was told we dont have anything on the lot you are looking for he calls back and talks to the sales manager and he tells him they have some to come on it, we drive down and get a run around and they will need to call him back the next day (Friday) he waits all day and nothing, he called back on Saturday and it was an apology after apology nothing had been worked on but they would give him a call back momentarily. Its now Monday and still no call. Going forward we will not be dealing with them because of such disappointing customer service.

I dealt with Bill in service and Alexis and Dan on the show room floor.The truck we had was becoming unreliable and with a wife who just had back surgery, we simply needed a newer truck. Alexis started working with me at 8:45am! She took the time to ask me what things were most important, and stayed with me until we found the right truck! I purchased at 2018 used Kia Optima on Tuesday May 18, 2021 that I paid 27,000 for paid off and the next day my front tire rolled right off the car while I was driving with my toddler child. I informed them of the problem and they said I would just have to buy a new tire. Like if the tires was bad already they should’ve be replaced before selling the car. Not only that but after I purchased the car it was not detailed. I still had dirt on my gas petal and the outside of the car was not washed at all it was still dirty. My first time even coming in it was bad customer service. I was talking with Israel first and then I asked for someone else to help me because of his bad customer service. While I was asking him questioning him about the car he was giving me short answers. I asked for him to delete my personal bank statements out of his cell phone number. Then I had Alexis to help me who still was short with answers. Honestly all they cared about was making a sale and not helping me. Very poor experience here

I recently spent 5 hours at this dealership. I was greeted by a young woman named Mikaela Cantu. She went out of her way, above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable. Not pushy at all. My 10 year old niece was kept entertained and occupied by her. We drove 4 trucks and she was very knowledgeable about each vehicle.I would highly recommend this young woman to anyone looking to buy a new or used vehicle. Especially if you have children. We not only received great customer service from Mikaela, but we also gained a new friend in the process.

Tri-Citi Dodge is the worst dealership to do business with. I had to escalate to the GM of the dealership just to ensure things were done right because the people in the finance department messed the cancellation up on my insurance.Then come to find out, my mother purchased a car from here, she told them, not to run her credit NO MORE than 3X and then they insisted to run it 8X. They have people in their finance department that can’t seem to count or understand numerical numbers. How do you get 8 from 3? Confused moment here! Found that out from when we just viewed the credit! This will be disputed by the way. Stay away because these people will lie, just to get one of their vehicles sold off the lot. Save your money & go to another Jeep dealership. I sure did.

DO NOT BUY A VEHICLE HERE, Especially from ALEXIS NEWTON! Its not enough for her to sell a vehicle, she has to be dishonest and conniving while doing so. We went on a Saturday, already pre qualified for a loan through ECU. We made it clear to her that we had already been prequalified and were not interested in going through their dealership for a loan. We stated we did not want our credit ran through them. She took our information while at the same time lying by stating she was not obtaining it for purposes of running it. It shouldve been as simple as her giving us the dealers note to the vehicle and us bringing her a check back for the vehicle. We sign the paperwork then come Sunday evening shes calling bothering us, wanting check stubs after we explained to her again that we had already been prequalified through our bank who had not required any additional information. Come Monday we check with our bank to find out that Tri Cities Dodge had obtained our credit and had pre qualified us through another loan they had set up between their dealership and our bank, not the loan we had already been pre qualified for. This, of course, added tons of hidden costs. We immediately go to the dealership to tell them we are not interested and want our trade in back. Come to find out, the lady in the back office had never even been told by Alexis that we had qualified for a loan through our bank, but instead of making it right and either allowing us to go with our original loan pre approval or just squashing the deal all together, they leave us waiting in the lobby while they finalize the deal behind our backs then come out and tell us theyve already sent our trade in to auction. It was an awful, unnecessary experience. I hope to enjoy my new vehicle regardless, but will absolutely never purchase from them again and will tell everyone I know what horrible people they will be encountering if they choose to do business there.

While we waited for to see the truck several more salesman stopped to check on us and make sure that someone was helping us.Nathan was a pleasure to work with. My girlfriend bought her car from this dealership and the service has been mediocre to just plain awful. We went to have her normal maintenance like the oil changed, tired rotated an balanced and a check engine light figured out. As were waiting one of the employees came out to her an told her that her rear tires were so far out of alignment that they werent even showing up on their charts. They wanted to charge $78 to align them before more issues came from it. She declined and we took it to another tire store near by where they told us that the tires were perfectly aligned. Im not sure if this was a case of faulty equipment or not but it isnt the first time weve taken her vehicle to get a second opinion and its been proven to be a bogus issue.

Friendly salesman fair deal until I noticed after arriving home and reviewing paperwork that $500 had been added to purchase price for dealer prep and delivery. Contacted sales manager who said give him a few days and he would take care of it. No response for 2 weeks. Stopped by today and new sales manager said everyone is charged this fee even though it is not listed on sales and finance form and salesman is supposed to notify buyers of this fee. This is in addition to $699 doc fee, total fees $1199. This would have been a deal breaker if I had been notified of it. New sales manager, NIck refuses to honor old sales managers promise. When told I would no longer consider his dealership, his response was I sorry you feel that way. Buyer beware of hidden fees st this dealership! I have bought dozens of new cars in my 74 yrs and have never had this happen at any other dealership. BUYER BEWARE!

Worth the 1 hour 20 minute drive one way. We live in Burnsville, NC and our local dealer closed. I go out of my way not to deal with Fields in Asheville for either sales or service. They have tried to take advantage of us several times and we both said no more.Decided to try Tri-Cities as they are literally THE ONLY dealer anywhere in a 2 hour drive that has full blown service on a Saturday. I have a 2020 Power Wagon that needed its 1st oil change & Tire rotation but also needed a few other minor items tweaked such as the parking brake, tailgate drop and driver side seat greased/re torqued. The latter 3 items can only be done by service personnel. We arrived about 10 minutes early to a set of very friendly and smiling faces in the service drive. They they already had a service loaner ready and waiting. Jessica was our service advisor and she was very nice. She must have reviewed the next up service appointment as she already knew why I was there. I thought that was a class act. Something as simple as that makes all the difference in the world for the customer experience.Appreciating the loaner we putted around and we were on our way back to the dealership when we received the call it was ready. We were only about a half mile away, topped off fuel in the loaner and brought it back. My truck was ready and waiting not jammed into some tiny parking spot but out in the open paralleled where it was easy to get into and drive out. That was very much appreciated.I also always check the oil after all of our oil changes and the level was spot on where it should be, not overfilled & not under filled. Also took note it was not greasy on the hood or fender (I keep my truck very clean) not was there spilled oil on the engine or surrounding area) . My wife also has a 2020 Jeep Grand Cherokee Summit that we will be coming to this dealership from now on as well. To Jessicas credit she earned the dealership continuing service business of 2 new 2020 vehicles, although purchased elsewhere, we will be coming back for our service needs.

I was very pleased with how the people at Tri Cities Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram especially Mikaela Cantu went out if their way to put me in a brand new jeep of my choice. I pulled up onto their lot on Saturday the 14th of November because my old jeep was leaking and I was very concerned. They had me pull un the bay so they could look at it and see what the problem was. While I waited I was greeted by Mikaela Cantu and she took my information and tried everything she could to work it to where I could drive a new car home. I left and went back home and Im Sunday u got a call from Daniel ODell and he talked to me and said what can I do to put u in that new jeep today? To make a long story short he gave me more than my trade was worth and came down to a payment u could afford and that evening he delivered my new jeep to my home.

Unfortunately I have to give this place one star. I was in the market for a new truck and left there feeling like they tried every trick they could. I made it clear on the test drive i was going to test drive other makes and models of trucks that day but i was wanting a price before i left. The priced my trade but all but refused to tell me what that price was, they discounted their truck but again all but refused to give me that number. When i asked for a difference number as i was a cash buyer, he gave me one but said it was only a rough number, they wouldnt give me an actual number unless i committed to buying their truck or at the very least to NOT going to test drive other trucks. Ive bought dozens of new cars over the years, both personally and for my businesses, ive never had a dealership flat refuse to give me a number and then even a printout. I had to find a sheet of paper in front of the sales guy to write his name down and the price he told me before leaving because he refused to write it down and refused a printout. If you are going to buy here make sure you do your research on what your trade is worth and what other options are out there for what you are buying. For me and my family we will be taking our business elsewhere in the future as i just cant trust them now.

Bought several vehicles from this dealership. Chris Christian my salesman was excellent, very pleasant to talk too, and extremely helpful. Very humble young man. The Finance manager and GM were both approachable and willing. Enjoyed the experience so much that after we had the new Rubicon lifted and my wife dressing it up, we took it back to show Tim the finance Manager who also owns a Rubi. These guys are very down to earth, your experience will be what YOU make it out to be, ours was great as usual.Gave only 5 stars because there was not a spot for 6.

The Service Advisor was very polite and professional in scheduling my recall appointment and explained what steps that they would take and gave an estimated time frame in which the work was expected to be completed. Don’t even bother with setting an appointment for service here because they won’t keep that time. All I needed was an oil changed and they told me it would be at least an hour and a half before they could get to my vehicle and they refused to give me a loaner to drive. An appointment is set for a reason. So I am taking my business elsewhere and will not visit this Jeep dealership again.

Terrible service. I bought a car in July where they titled my car in the wrong name and spelling. I caught the mistake the next day, drove back to the dealership and had them fix It and was told that they hadn’t submitted the title yet so it should come to me correctly. I had to go back and resign paperwork only to figure out all the paperwork still wasn’t correct. They call and tell me that my tag had arrived just to figure out that the car is titled in the wrong name and spelling. I then have to explain to the bank the situation so they can release my title to change the name. Spoke with Justin in finance about getting a refund for the new tag I would have to purchase since it was the dealerships fault in the first place. He agreed that they would do the refund which I do have proof of in text. I wait almost a week to receive the check and it never shows up. Called to speak with the manger nick and In the process of waiting I get merged with another customer also waiting to figure out about her vehicle. I called the dealership back and asked to speak with nick, he answers and says he isn’t going to refund what I had to pay for the title to be changed and new tags so that it would be correct. I do not recommend buying a vehicle from them. They have poor communication and horrible service all around.

We purchased a jeep here in November, our salesman was great, beyond that it has been a nightmare. The staff in financing told us the only way they could give us a price on our trade in, is if they ran our credit. We asked multiple people about what they were going to give us for our trade and got the same answer, we had to run our credit. So we let them. The jeep was a good price it had 2500 miles on it and the sticker said 31306.00 and a came with a 2 year car doc. So we let them run our credit for the loan we told them through Eastman only( come to find out they ran it through another company also) Eastman approved us. The finance guy came back with the paperwork and they were giving us less then what we owed on our vehicle, at that point I did not agree but my other half wanted the jeep so I went ahead and agreed. I left and he stayed to sign paperwork I was to go back and sign my half the next day. They were suppose to make sure the jeep was clean also.( Which it was not.) So I go in the next day to sign and there was about 3000.00 extra dollars on the loan. I stopped finance and told him to explain, they had added another car doc for 3 years, they also added fees for what they called Doc fees, and GAP insurance, so the good deal was not so good anymore. I went ahead and finished signing. I told them they did not clean the jeep properly so they told us to bring it back. My other half works all the time and he drives it so we had not had a chance yet. Well on 1 of the warmer days my other half took the top off because it was not sitting right and was letting air in. When he started taking the top off he noticed the top did not sit in the channel right. So we call the dealer, the jeep is still under warranty and they say to send pics and they will send it to Chrysler and see what the warranty says. We wait and here nothing so we call Chrysler and they tell us the lady that deals with it at the dealership sent it in as cosmetic and they sent an email back to her before Christmas saying they needed more details which she did not respond to. We are in February now and we dropped the jeep off 9 days ago and they called us 3 days after we dropped it off and said they had to order another part.( we asked if they had all parts before we dropped it off and they said yes) Now nine days later my other half goes up there and it is still sitting in their bay with no top on and nothing being done about it. From the finance guys to the Gm to the service department they are terrible and they also lie. This has been the worst car buying experience ever. It is not even over yet. Buyers beware. Also they told a friend if we came in and bought they would get 100.00 dollars which we have mentioned twice and the dealership has not gave it to him and we bought in November. I would not buy a car here even if it was the last place with cars. They should be ashamed of themselves.

Excellent service and very professional staff. My appointment was for a recall and I requested an oil change, tire rotation and a general look at my Ram as I was preparing to do some traveling. They ever so politely went ahead and performed these services for me making sure I felt comfortable traveling in my Ram. I would definitely recommend them. This was a great buying experience. Tyler Neal was my salesman and was great with communication. Tim was the sales manager and gave me a great price for my trade in. Basically I told them where I needed to be out the door for the certified pre-owned 2019 Ram I was interested in and after some negotiation (to be expected) they made it happen. The F & I guy was super friendly and helpful. This is just a professionally run organization. Friendship CDJR in Bristol could really learn something from these guys. No false advertising and no bait and switch.

Rick Leonard did a great job. A lot of people will say that just because they think that is what they have to say for a good salesperson. But Im telling you this because that is what I believe. I am 70 yrs old and when I was a kid I was told that a man is only worth his word, so make it good. Well Im the kind of person that will only tell you what I feel, not what you want to hear. Rick did do a great job and did not give up on helping my wife and I find the car we wanted, even when we were ready to give up. I can not thank him enough.

Let me start by saying that Ive never physically been to the Tri-Cities dealership. My whole experience was by phone and texting. But let me tell you this, it has been one of the most pleasurable vehicle buying experiences of my life. I had the great satisfaction of getting to transact with Zack Qualls. He was extremely friendly, helpful, courteous and patient. I say patient because I am a perfectionist by nature and Zack was always ready to address my most minute concerns. After we agreed on an acceptable price and made a verbal agreement, Zack then made the 3 hour trip to personally deliver my new Ram ProMaster 1500. What can I say? My wife and I are ready to adopt the young man. When our business transaction was completed, we were sadden for him to leave. In a nutshell, what can I say? Buy from Tri-Cities and be sure and ask for Zack. You wont be disappointed!

I got into Kingsport in the late afternoon and couldnt remember when the service dept would close. I called and checked for the time and to see if it was too late to come in for an oil change. I was greeted and answered very cheerfully and drove directly to the dealership. As usual, I was greeted as soon as I drove up - this time by Dena- and there was another vehicle ahead of me. It was not a long wait at all for my service to be completed (as estimated) and I was able to receive the write up along with the recommendations -which I will schedule as soon as I can!

Bought a brand new truck, paid for the extra warranties. It was a factory lift they put the traction bar in backwards and it was scrubbing. Took it in to get it fixed and get the fender wells trimmed bar was fixed no fenders trimmed and it had been driven 15 miles. They will give you the run around on everything.DO NOT BUY A VEHICLE HERE.

Price for the vehicle I purchased was fair... that is about the only positive thing I have to say about this dealership. I had discussed a price with a sales person before coming and was told that the payment I had in mind was very doable. When we got there, the payment amount was $80 more per month than we had discussed. The finance manager is a snake too. He never did show us numbers, figures, interest rates, etc. My car was also never detailed or cleaned properly. They left markings on the windshields, dirt everywhere and cleaned a stain on the inside interior that just smeared it and made it worse. We will never trade with them again.

Liars, thieves and all around shady dealers. Bought one of my first cars here and the salesman lied on my credit application to get me approved despite me asking him not to. Sold me a lemon of a car for a high price. They had knowledge of the cars issues prior to selling it. I would, and have since, look elsewhere to purchase a vehicle.
