Man, good thing my co worker told me to get my battery checked after jumping me. Thankfully Hayden H helped me because he didnt even have to actually check the battery with the machine because he saw it leaking already. He saw my batter was somehow cracked and got my battery and cleaned the mess, and was nice about the whole situation. He probably wont see it but thank you again for helping me and replacing my battery!

Amazing customer service. Had a incident with my alternator going out 2 hours from home and they helped me match the part and lent me the tools to change it in their parking lot. The employee gave me great advice on changing my alternator and i would highly reccomend this place to anyone. I am a car enthusiast and its nice to see a auto parts store with employees that actually have car knowledge. Back home its hard to get parts matched correctly and you can forget advice. Keep up the great work guys and thanks for everything.

Great staff, prices can be a little high, but you can order online with discount codes and pick up in store later, so thats cool. They have a nice clean store and website, any parts you may need they have and if they dont they can get them ordered up for you.

Helpful staff that seems to know enough to help make meaningful suggestions and offer decent advice for basic maintenance. Well organized and clearly marked aisles. Good selection of products. Fair prices. I havent done a whole lot of business with this particular autozone but Ive been pleased with most autozones Ive walked into and this was no exception

I stopped by on the 31st for a new battery and Rob helped with everything. He was very kind and helpful even realized one of my headlights were busted and even helped me change the bulb! Thanks for your help !

Terrible serviceI went across the street to OReillys and wrote a check they took it and it cleared.

The sales clerk was very nice.

Went in to get brake pads, gave my car information and proceeded to brake shop. Car is on the lift with no brakes and what do you know they gave me the wrong brake pads. Called store and they want me to bring them back first. How do you do that when your car is on a lift with no brakes? This is not the first time this same store has given me wrong products. I got the wrong spark plugs 3 different times by the store manager. I will not be returning to this store. I will take my business elsewhere.

One of the managers, Chad Older went above and beyond after his shift to help install a new battery in my car that left me stranded in the cold. I truly appreciate his kindness and willingness to help.

Their assistant store manager Chad Older is very helpful, knowledgeable, as well as goes up and beyond for his customers that comes into the store. He doesnt see customers as dollar signs but as of friends. Happy to see each and everyone.

Although you would think an AutoZone would just be a place to buy parts for a car maybe get a check up on your car or have small parts replaced this place goes above and beyond giving you multiple options and going the extra mile to help you with what you need stay inspect they suggest they give you options to go with and beyond that day look into ways to make your car a better vehicle for you your personalized vehicle not just for the road before what you want in your vehicle itself I cant say enough about this shot I really cant the people who helps me hear did show was Glee before I could even walk into the store the manager was asking me what he could do for me and how he can help held the door open for me and wash me in to show me what he could give me after that he left me to my own shopping and made me feel welcome and made me want to come back I would do nothing less than she just for you at least stop by the store next time you have a question or a problem with your vehicle because these guys not only know what theyre doing but they love what they do and they are willing to help you no matter what and will not quit until they have a solution for your problem

I went to purchase a DC converter to plug into my cigarette lighter and the employee took my box and placed it under the counter and lays a box on the counter to ring up. I opened the box there in front of him and ask if that is the way they are boxed. The cord was wrapped around the the product and to other material. I took it to my truck and low and behold it did not work. I walked it back in got my money back and that is the last time I will use them. NAPA has better quality and same if not lower prices.

Went in this morning to get a bulb for my daughters headlamp. While I was there, I asked the manager how his windshield wiper prices compared to Wally Worlds. He said that while they cant completely compete, they get very close. He then went over, picked out reasonably priced blades for me, then he threw in a free bottle of rainx for me. For the cherry on the top, he insisted on replacing the wipers on my van for me because it was raining and he didnt want me to have to do it in the rain. THIS is why I will be going back to get parts for one of our 6 cars that we own. He was simply outstanding!! Thank you so much!!

This particular AutoZone was very accommodating. Service was excellent. The store itself looked worn down, especially for an out if towner like me. But the service more than made up for it. Went to get windshield wipers. The employee took old off and put new on. But he also looked at all my fluids to be sure everything was ok. Was really nice.

I bought a belt for the alternator from Auto zone on e .stone and it didnt fit and they wouldnt give me my $ back or give me in store credit and I was buying something else. I will never go back there for anything what so ever. I will be doing my business at OReilly from now on and a few ppl agree with me . Me and my family have been going there snice I can remember but not anymore...

I just went into this store today for a battery check because my car wasnt starting right,and the associate was extremely helpful and polite. I bought a new battery and they had it in within ten minutes.

If its nothing too critical,,,this a fair place to get, bulbs, wiper blades, oil,,etc etc etc.For a critical part,,, I always use another parts outlet.

Always a good place to shop for quality auto parts.
