Shopping at advance auto for parts is really easy with helpful associates such as Jay from the advance auto on stone drive in Allendale. Hes very helpful and likes his job I can tell that from every time I am in there. Thank you Jay hope you become a manager someday. Also hes got a great attitude for the store.

Jay was very knowledgeable very attentive and really listened to my problem before trying to sell me something I did not need. Jay also recommended me the right part the first time and it wasnt outrageously priced. I will be back to see Jay again with more problems as they arise.

Jay is awesome! I have been restoring an old truck and have been in the store quite a bit lately. Every time that I go in there, Jay is always super helpful and knowledgeable. He is very professional, but also very personable - which is something I dont see very much in a lot of businesses. Yesterday, I came in to buy a new door pin and bushing kit. While I was looking around, some headlight bulbs caught my eyes and after talking to Jay and asking a few questions, I plan on coming back and buying some LED headlights as well as an exhaust system.

Thank God for Jay at Advance Auto he went above and beyond even after the store had closed! I had a battery that was covered under warranty or at least thats what the receipt said but oriellys told me that it was closing time they didnt have time to exchange my battery and they closed the doors at 854pm I sat there until 9:30 when Jay from Advanced came over and ask if he could help, I am so thankful for Jay because if he hadnt stopped I wouldnt have made it to work that night.Thank you Jay, because of you Advance Auto has gained a new customer for Life!

I had the best experience out of all the parts store I have ever been to in all of my life I wanted to recognize Jay for the extremely professional and willingness to help while not making me feel incapable or telling me I was wrong instead he went about it from a different approach I was ready to buy a 75$ part but he saved me in his process to ensure that he didnt sell me wrong part or part I didnt need he seen the original problem and told me how to fix it thanks again! I went to get some1 to help me look under my hood and the older guy there answered i dont know how to fix that b4 i even spoke to say what i needed. Then when i did finally get him out to look he said i dont know what it takes google it. So i went to autozone instead and they helped me way more. The guy at advanced didnt want to do his job he wanted to sit inside and be lazy. He dont need the job he has if he doesnt want to help people. . So low low stars for that awful attitude...
