Pretty good store. Prices are through the roof right now though!:/

JCPenney has always been my go-to spot for shoes ever since I was a little kid. Alot of people dont know that since the JCPenney card is financed through synchrony that they offer 0% interest for active duty military. When you add in their rewards program it is hard to beat their deals a majority of the time.

First, how unprofessional to display a sign stating your hours of operation and not be in compliance with your own hours. Second, I purchased shoes from your store and you forgot to remove the security device. Thank you for wasting my time because clearly I don’t have nothing else better to do than come by your store to ensure you do your job to standard. I will be sure to do less business with your company in the future. Thank you, an unsatisfied customer.

Decor was bright and cheery. Employees were quiet, but available for questions. Found just what I needed and was done on a flash.

I’m standing at jewelry counter and lady working I believe she is a manager in that department did not budge once. She continued working like whatever she doing was so important that she couldn’t helped me. Another customer was trying to get her attention by saying excuse mam which should be other way around. Oh well there’s other place to shop besides this store.

Unprofessionalism based on one clerk..........The clerk at the register in the womens dept was not friendly at all. I was shopping near there (not in line), and she said Are you ready in a not nice or courteous way! When I did get to the register, she was counting money, never greeted me, just asked me a stupid personal question, she never responded to my answer, and rang me up with grunts. Clearly, I wont go to that worker again if I can help it!

The store seems clean and well cared for but checking was insane. There were only 6 people in line but I gave up and left after 40 minutes of waiting. The cashier needed some kinda manager approval for something with the first customer and it took about 10 minutes for one to show up. Then 2 people later it happened again but took about 15 minutes for one to show up. After about 40 minutes in line there was still 2 people in front of me so I just left what I was going to buy and walked out. When I got home I looked up the same items online and found them cheaper anyways. Its no wonder retail stores are struggling when their service has turned into this. Its like they have no respect for their customers time.

Plenty of mens clothing at affordable prices.

Need more organization on the dresses side. JCP is one of my favorite stores but this location is not great yet. Its hard to find someone at the jewelry department. People dont respect the line. Cashiers let people cut off the lines maybe because they can see the line up. They facing the back ! Line should be where you see it.

Good the dressing rooms were kinda icky but other than that ok.

You will never come out empty hands at JCPenney. The store is well organized with great items at great prices.

I give five stars because of NYA. She was very helpful, professional and went out of her way patiently to help me find a buttonup shirt I was looking for. Other than that, prices are like Dillards - too high.

I wanted to get a layered haircut, but that is not what I got and my hair was still wet and wavy in the roots. So, they didnt style it. I looked like an umbrella.

I went to JCPenney because I needed to go to Sephora. Fun fact you can only use Sephoras store credit in JCPenney online or in store, NOT in Sephora. The closest one is hours away from Killeen and you would have to take it there to be able to use any credits in all Sephora stores. Kind of disappointing. However, what I saw of the store was clean.

Had blue jean coveralls and when I got to the register they had been placed on wrong rack. Wasnt gonna pay $60 for a pair of overhauls so left empty handed

Got my hair cut and styled at the salon. The stylist did an excellent cut.

Got my hair done in the salon. Dont know what I am going to do if they close.

Went shopping for a specific outfit and unfortunately didnt have my friend with me to help with feedback. The clerks were so helpful in helping me determine what sizes best showed off my figure. Above and beyond the job 10/10 will shop again!

Nice variety of things to choose from in the children selection.

Ridiculous. They waited until 6 people were in line to call for a second cashier. 20 minutes wait being the second person in line. And the other register actually seemed slower, despite having 2 people working it.

They are not sure on how the check out will be organize I was on line to pay when another cash register was open on the other side of the building when I move to be check out to that line the cashier told me that she is calling the other people on first register even though there was no sing to tell me that, the attitude she give me was not correct she was rude.I was supposed to spend over 120 dollars but I decide to left some items becuase of the way she make me feel at the end I only spend 40dallors on something we couldnt purchase somewhere else unfortunately.

None of the employees give you the time of day. I go in there often just to browse and they dont even attempt to speak. Most of them are on their phones. Now the ladies who work in the Sephora are very friendly, always speak and ready to help

I went to the salon to get my son a haircut. I left so happy. In tears infact. The ladies were so pleasant! All of them treated us so wonderful. I left feeling like family. I havent shopped at J.C. Penneys for a few years and was pleasantly surprised at the quality and stylishness of their clothing and jewelry. I found a great sale going on and couldnt pass up the bargains! Will definitely be shopping there more often!

It seems like they are improving the store. The staff is sparse but very helpful. I was taken care of by Mary she did a great job and was super patient. She made the whole shopping experience better I will definatly go back because of her.

I had a huge problem with their delivery drivers. They didnt deliver my refrigerator because a truck broke down. If I had a refrigerator it would have been no big deal but I didnt and I already had to wait for 3 days to get it delivered. I ended up having to pay a friend with a truck to go pick up the refrigerator, which ended up being the floor model with scratches on it. It was pretty stressful. JCPENNEY did everything they could to get me a refrigerator on delivery day so this is why I give them a star. However, their team of drivers is really causing bad business and a huge inconvenience to their customers and since I cant rate their drivers separately I had to rate them as a whole. The lady I spoke with was very unapologetic and inexperienced and was the supervisor! I was a nervous wreck watching my $1050 refrigerator standing up in the back of a truck that I had to take my kids home while my husband handled it and promised me it was secure. I mean this refrigerator cost more then my first car and is definitely the most I ever spent on a refrigerator. Thank the good Lord it made it home safe and I was finally able to put some milk and water in it in this heat but it was a horrible experience. Not to mention I didnt receive any discount for the store model one that had some scuffs already on it!!

Okay, I had a pretty high limit on my JCPenney card, and owed about 2500, so being the good customer that I am, I paid it off completely. I got punished for paying it off early by them dropping my limit to 100 dollars. I told them to cancel my account period. They will not be getting any more of my business not anyone in my families business. Customer beware! They want you to make monthly payments so they can rack up that interest!

50% to 60% off shopping in addition to a Tax free weekend for back to school is a great yearly gift......Dont forget to search the emails and internet for digital deals also. We saved 25% off all our clothes. The granddaughter was the primary mission however the wife and I also bought some nice clothes for us too. Our total was $467, with the digital coupon we saved over $100 and we paid $326! Get to JC Penny before this is over.......Money Well spent!!!

Bought online shoes and they cancel my purchase. I can’t see the money back in to my paypal account or checking account. Don’t buy online the stock availability is not correct.

JCP is JCP. Fair-ish quality at a kinda steep price, usually served with indifference if its a good day. Shoe dept had ZERO shoes for women in any width but medium. Sales rep also would not match incentives from the JCP website! The Killeen Mall is drying up, and it shows in the stores that remain. Anyone who wants to survive needs to get on the shop from your couch movement.

I visited this store with my family but could not find any clothes for my kids.

The staff at the Temple Mall jewelry counter were amazing. They were patient and helped me determine exactly what I wanted. No pressure, just amazing customer service. I highly recommend this location for anyone trying to fill their Christmas list (even when shopping for the most difficult of people.)
