Not a great experience and not great at understanding logic. Took in my desktop after the PSU (battery) died. Clearly explained they needed to finish the PSU installation. That to me means means hooking up ALL the power cables to all components. Failed to do that, only made sure computer started but they did not hook up fans, disk drives or even hard drives, yet still charged me $97. Walked back into the room after figuring out nothing else was really connected and taking a short break to see my cables starting to melt, possibly due to not all fans being connected.

They did a good job on my laptop. I like the fact the they were very knowledgeable and explained to me what was gonna be done to my laptop to get it working. I would refer them to my family and friends.

I was in search of a cord to connect to my AC adapter for my laptop. I had been to at least two different places with no luck. I came here, ask the polite gentleman at the front desk (I am sorry I didnt catch his name) if he sold cords like the one I had. He called on Jordan, who quickly popped his head up and he said hed go look. To my luck he found one! I asked how much it was and he let me have it for free! I asked him twice if he was serious!? and he said yes! I was shocked! Thank you so much for the help in such a short amount of time! Its much appreciated! The cord works like a charm!

Wouldnt bother plugging in my pc to check if the ethernet issue was on my network or my computer. Said he was busy, but i was the only one in there, and no phones ringing.Edit*This was a business computer, not some grandma with a virus. It takes 30 seconds to plug it in and see if it was an issue with the computer or the network. Thats all i wanted. If it was a computer issue, i would have bought a new one from you, right then and there, and fixed the old one later. Your manager was not polite in any way.

I had a very positive experience with these guys. The electric company had an issue that resulted in burning out my computer so I went to them to help me with the re-build. They handled the computer no problem and free of charge they wrote up a statement for me to give Oncore after they had the audacity to claim they were not responsible for the PC.

I feel like the guy I talked to was nice, but I feel like I got nothing. My computer has been overheating. I like to game but Im not very computer literate so I dont understand the hardware things, but I took it here for a diagnostic was told nothing was physically wrong when I asked over the phone. They said reinstall windows and start over that was the fix. I did that and my computer is still getting to 100°c. And I just feel like I paid for nothing.

Took 2 month old dell laptop in to try and have fixed cause I thought it had a virus, tells me it’s the touch screen that just needs to be disabled. Was really gonna charge $100 to go into settings to turn it off and said it would take all day... I may be computer stupid but I ain’t that stupid.

Didnt have what I was looking for, they told me to look at bestbuy, to me thats honestly & good customer service because bestbuy is always my last resort!

Best place to go!!! A friend recommended to me and I will never go anywhere else. I’ve gone to have my phone and sons tablet repaired! Service is great and they are up front with cost and what is needed to be done. Rob especially has been a great! He was able to recommend to me a case that was durable for my sons tablet and communicated with me on when parts were arriving and when my items where ready. 10 out of 10.

I have made a couple of purchases from them and, honestly, I am looking to make another and this is the first place I am going to tomorrow. They are priced fairly and have rotating stock, so you never know what they have until you go in. Last time it took 3 weeks but I found what I was looking for, at a very fair price and I live on disability so I am pretty frugal with my money.

Ive came here 3 times to fix my kids phones and every time theyve done an amazing job the phone was as good as new I highly recommend.

My screen was cracked, I paid $200 to get it fix. I drove home and it immediately starting glitching. It was typing random numbers, so much that it disabled my phone. I would need to connect to iTunes to have it unlocked. I am not able to connect to iTunes. I went back to the store to try to explain that the screen was not fixed and was typing random things. They said “we have signs posted that say no refunds” and tried to charge me $50 more to iTunes unlock the phone. A complete waste of $200. Would not recommend! If they could not fix the screen they should have had the decency to say that instead of robbing me out of $200.

These guys are legit. I took them my 3,000+$ Razer blade Pro and they definitely took very good care of my laptop and gave me a great service. Totally worth it. Would trust em again with my laptop.

I just walked into this store and was not greeted at all. Then a caucasian male walks in right behind me and a little kid turns around and greets him and helps him. An older lady turns around and looks at me and shakes her head, he could be no more then 10 and has a compuzone shirt on. That cannot be legal. I have shopped here before and never had this problem when the boss is here these guys are a joke and you missed out on a new computer build worth at least 1,200. So great customer service. Will never return and that kid should be in school.

They replaced my cell phone screen for me and did a great job. Once the new screen arrived it only took a couple of hours for them to replace it.

I went there to get my computer fixed as I had spilled liquid on it over a month ago. I was scared it was too badly damaged to be fixed or it would cost me simply too much to fix. However I was so wrong when I came here! The guy was upfront about what needed to be fixed, and he was nice and clear about any questions I had. Within 3 days my laptop was fixed and working as if it was brand new! They not only cleaned my laptop keyboard ( which had missing keys) but replaced it so I had a new keyboard! They also cleaned my trackpad which was previously sticky from the spilt beverage. I 100% recommend you to come here if you want a good deal and someone to be honest and upfront about what is wrong with your electronic while being courteous and respectful about it!!

So this was my 2nd time getting my phone repaired here. I have Note 8. This 2nd time...I was told when I dropped the phone off that it would be ready by Tuesday at the earliest. I was ok with that. To my luck...my boyfriend got a phone call after we dropped it off stating that if I was ok getting a different color...same phone...that it would be ready the next day. Just as luck would have it...the color was blue...my favorite color. This made my day! When I went to pick up the phone...the process went very smoothly with the help of little Jordan (super sweet and super smart and super helpful) and Rob..(he was funny on the phone when I called and very nice at the store). Not only did I get my phone back in tip top shape...I got a free Ottor Box case that I was prepared to purchase. My entire experience was inviting and I never have any complaints! I guess thats why I keep going back! Thanks again for everthing Rob and Jordan!😀

So I left town without knowing I left my charging cables for my Droid phone and iPad at home. Not an emergency or anything, since you can find cables at convenience stores these days, but still a little inconvenient. I walk from the hotel to a convenience store just a block away and found some cables, but the lady said she didnt have cables for what I needed. It seemed strange because I was looking at what appeared the be the correct equipment. She said they were five dollars each and I was good with that but didnt want to purchase something that wasnt what I needed. Because of the confusion I simply said thank you and left. On my way back to the hotel I saw CompuZone, a computer repair store. I went in and the man asked if he could help me. I told him what I was looking for and he immediately pointed to the cables specific for each item. Another customer and his son came into the store and as I was looking at the cables I stepped aside to let them conduct their business. The customer told him his son had dropped his laptop and the screen was black. The man took the laptop and in a matter of seconds told them the problem, the price, and time needed for repair. This guy really knows his business! Oh yeah, the price for the cables and plug was a lot less than the convenience store. I would go to CompuZone in a minute if I needed a repair on my computer.

Phone was cracked and wanted it to get repaired. Normally I think small shops would be more expensive and all that, and since it was my phone, that I wouldnt have it back for awhile. Not the case at all here. I paid a great bargain for what I got plus, I was without my phone for just an hour, and when I got it back, good as new ready for me to pick it up. That was today the 2nd of February. Plus, I received a discount due to the referral from someone who works with them via Facebook. Got to find her, she is all over the Killeen public groups. I highly recommend this place, get your cracked screens fixed everyone!

I took my IPhone X here to get the screen repaired. They did an excellent job at a reasonable price. I didn’t think that they were particularly friendly though.

Was very courteous on phone and in person. I had to leave my MacBook there to charge for 2 hours since my charger died on me two nights before. Id already ordered a replacement charger just before my MacBook hit 0% power. While at their shop though, I found they do sell the charger there also (Apple 60W MagSafe 1 Power Adapter for mid 2010 13-inch MacBook Pro).

These guys know how to do business. I have come into this location a few times and have always left pleased with a solution to my problem. Today, despite being obviously very busy the technician took 10 minutes to listen to my issue and show me how to fix the issue myself. He did offer to assist the next day when they were not so busy. I was able to solve the problem with his encouragement and save some money at the same time. Please give this shop a try if you need their help.

This is a great place to bring your machines to be repaired. The technicians are all very knowledgable and take great care of you. Crystal is usually the tech that helps me whenever I come in. Its always good to have someone to go to. She always takes care of me. She has even made office calls! She came to our office and got us squared away quickly. Be sure to ask for her when you go.

This place is absolutely horrible. So first don’t trust the rating on here at all because, I went in there about a month ago to buy two chargers. He said just give me a great review and I will give them to you for free. Now I just got my phone fixed by them the screen went out within the first 5 hours of having it. I went back in there he got my screen to come back on but it goes in and out constantly and I paid 75$ for the replacement. The quality of the screens do not match price of service. Don’t waste your time nor money. 🗑

The staff fixed my problem on my gaming laptop. The problem is that I have stripped screws that I’m trying to remove and used super glue (internet solution for removing stripped screws) and worsen the problem. The staff used his skills to remove those screws without damaging anything at my laptop. Will definitely go here next time if I have other computer problems.

I had brought my cracked phone in to get a new screen. it was replaced but it i feel like it was rushed for the 2 hours i had to wait. there’s some lighter spots on my screen and it feels weird (the screen).

Dudes were kinda rude honestly although I do not think they meant to come of that way. That being said ended up cutting me a deal on a few items that Extreme Systems were not even trying to price check for me. They had very fair pricing on everything I saw in store.

Was in dire need of a PC Power Cable and needed it today. Walked into CompuZone asked the lady (cannot remember her name) behind the counter if they had one, she stepped into the back and less than a minute later she emerged like a savior. She was pleasant throughout my time in the store. My husband and I took my Toshiba P505 18 to Compuzone for repair. The service from the owner, the tech and the receptionist was awesome. They greeted me with a smile, reassure me that they can repair our computer. I was worried that they would not be able to find the parts because Toshiba no longer makes this computer, Compuzone came through with the parts. They call my husband and I with updates on the repair which amaze me. The price for the repair was very reasonable for the amount of work they had to do. The turn around time for the repair was less time that what I expected. When we picked up the computer it was like brand new and they offer the old parts if you want them. I was going to purchase a computer bag; however they through the bag in at no charge and thank me for doing business with them. I am a manager at a large retail company who strive for good service everyday and this service that Compuzone provided is what I call excellent customer service and providing a Wow member experience. Went in for an iPhone battery replacement. Price was competitive ($59) but the speed of the work was impressive! He was done in under 10 minutes (other places quoted 30+ minutes). He was very courteous and knowledgeable and didnt waste our time. Will be the only place we go for battery replacements from now on.

All employee interactions have been positive today I explained my situation to Todd and I’m a clumsy person with bad luck hence I had recently had my phone fixed he explained why the warranty wouldn’t hold but he voluntarily gave me a huge discount and service was fast and friendly and they always know there business and I learn something new everytime PLUS THEY HAVE A GREAT SENSE OF HUMOR which is one thing I haven’t been able to find in all of Killeen all in one business!!! Skills that go above and beyond cell phones and computers. Theyre magicians. They repaired my ancient key machine not once, but twice with no blueprints or manuals to help provide information.
