After one experience i will definitely be using this store in the future. I came in for a simple problem that they took care of quickly, but Danny who assisted me noticed an issue with my account that I had been trying to get corrected but had given up on under Sprint, and immediately offered help. Then after it seemed like it would take a long time to resolve, a manager stepped in and basically said go on with your day, we got this. Ive been a sprint customer for 25 years, this is the customer service I was waiting for. 5 stars

I tried to take my survey on my phone but it timed out. However I wanted to shout out Nirvana for helping me out with my new phone and helping me connect it to my watch. Im also Im glad she speaks Spanish because she helped my sister understand everything to help me out in case I forget since Im not very technology smart but she assured I didnt feel dumb during the whole set up haha thank you! So I don’t normally give reviews, however, I was so upset at the fact that T-Mobile by Best Buy wasn’t trying to help me and just gave me the run around saying they can’t help sprint customers… I THOUGHT IT WAS ONE COMPANY ??? Sprint part of T-Mobile am I right? Anyways, I was lucky enough to encounter Nirvana when I came into the store by hobby lobby and she apologized for THEIR ignorance. To me they were being lazy but I can tell she was just trying to empathize and not make them look bad. She took great care of me and I was out in a heart beat. I’ll be coming to this store from now on because the T-Mobile by Best Buy are liars, lazy, and just plain rude!

Great service. Technical experts are top notch here. The T-Mobile experts are really great as well. They work together in a great way. Shout out to Megan and Eric. Also keykey and Nelly.Just one thing come with patience and time. This store gets packed often and the time to get service might be longer than expected. Waited 45 minutes and all we got to do was check in. There are 6 customer service reps and 7 customers. So shouldnt take long you would think. Wrong. The several employees were just standing around chit chating with each other. We were not the only ones either. Another lady had been there for over 30 minutes just to pick up something that was mailed there. When I went to tell a customer service agent that we would just go elsewhere or do the upgrades online, since it was taking so long, instead of her apologizing and trying to rectify the situation, she just said ok. Sad way to start a partnership with sprint customers and sad that they didnt even care. Just poor customer service all around.

Horrible customer service. Justin is rude and unwelcoming. My wife and I came in and waited and over 45 minutes and then Justin assisted us and couldn’t answer any of our questions and had a rude attitude maybe he had a bad day but entire store has an unwelcoming vibe. Never going back there again.

Thanks to Dre and the team at TMobile (next to BestBuy). It was busy and they all took the time to give each person the attention that was needed and not turn anyone away. It takes patience for these customer service jobs because each of us that wait in line really need the time allowed for each one to satisfaction. I have been coming here for years; thanks!

Bob at the Sprint store in Killeen (near Hobby Lobby) is amazing! Bob was very professional over the phone and in person! Bob answered all of my questions and addressed all of my concerns! I’m going to leave 3 stars because this last visit was terrible. One of the females that works there (don’t want to put her name out here but you know who you are) ended up giving us the WORST customer service I have ever had there at sprint/TMobile. Anyway I understand it’s a little difficult to deal with transferring phone data, activating a new phone and doing your job. I will be contacting the actual T-Mobile Customer Service online and phone instead of calling that store. She didn’t help us out and just kept giving us attitude, literally left us there to go help another customer while she had my phone! Then she took off and NEVER updated us on the phone data being transferred and luckily for the other nice employees they helped us out and were even confused why the lady left us. Also I know i have bad hearing but when I ask you to repeat what you said doesn’t mean you have to raise your voice. I guess she must be the bad apple. Anyway hopefully corporate handles her and this situation!

IF I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS I WOULD!The following events happened within a month.I had a Galaxy A50 and since switching over to Sprint it was giving me issues. Constant freezing, service dropping, and having a dead zone even though I had four bars. I had no service when I went to San Antonio and I was STRANDED in Austin when my service went dead and I had to aimlessly drive to try and find a spot so I can figure out where I was. When I came back I was told by one of the workers here that this phone wasnt compatible and it could possibly be defective with the store and that I needed to call customer service to get a new one. It didnt click at first until a week later and I was upset. Why send me a different phone if it wasnt compatible and do you really not know the difference between the two? I ended up rolling over and got a new, refurbished phone. I got the A51. In a WEEK, I was getting issues.Today; I was five hours away in Corpus Christi and my phone started freezing. I didnt think much of it until I couldnt even get into my phone. When I tried to turn it on it would freeze so long that it timed out and turned black, I couldnt restart it and it wouldnt acknowledge that it was charging. I tried to call customer service on a different phone but told me they couldnt do anything except sending me a new one. How was that suppose to help me?! Thank God my boyfriend was there or I wouldnt have been able to get home! When we got back, I went to this store before they closed to try and figure out what was going on. The tech hooked it up and explained that sometimes with the cache it could make the phone do that. When I finally got back home it started acting up AGAIN! Im sorry but how does CHARGING fill up my cache? I am beyond angry. I am being lied to and am being given a phone that doesnt work properly!

What a dang joke. Required to wear a face mask to go in the store but the employees are not held to that standard. Their excuse was they just got here!! As an employee, you already know the requirements for what you are trying to enforce and there is NO excuse for not following your stores rules or requirements. Having different standards for employees and customers is garbage. Also, denied service after I pointed this out. If I am not sick, I DO NOT need to wear a mask. The mask is for those who are sick.

It was a great visit and the service and the environment was excellent and top notch! I have been a customer there since 2001 and would not trade for any reason whatsoever! Thanks to Ms. Travis, the store mgr, and here very professional and excellent staff they made my visit there well worth my time! The person I was attended by seemed to be clueless. I simply need a phone transfer, something simple, however, the employee was not really paying attention and was just trying to shuffle us out. Without even checking if the phone i has was compatible, the employee already processed it, then come to find out, my phone was not compatible. Overall, i understand that everything with the virus is stressful, but there were literally only 4 customers in the store.

Great customer service but they can only talk. Nothing have change since September. I keep coming back every month after my bill comes because since August 2018 !!! they can not apply military discount to the bill. And I keep coming and calling to Sprint care. Even other carriers have bad signal on base I would 100% switch after 2 billing cycles if discount is not going to appear in my bill.26 December. They messed up again. I came to cancel insurance on my phone. I repeated number at least 5 times. They asked me to make sure its that number and phone. But 2 days later I decided to check. And it was different phone and number. It happened second time. And it means I need to go to the store with another phone, show it to put insurance back and so on. Headache.

I’d give them a 5 star, but they still have the typical mark up for retail sales. The people here help as much as they can - just understand that not everything can be resolved at the store level. For as busy as they are they do what they can and are as friendly as I’d expect them to be in this town - they deal with a lot of rude people who expect everything for free when something doesn’t go right.

Came in to buy a SIM card after my store in Copperas Cove tried to sell me one for $20. They also repaired my wifes phone on the spot. They diagnosed my Galaxy S6, warranty replaced the battery and offered to replace the screen for $29 on the spot . Ended my lease for less than I anticipated and all in under an hour as a walk-in. Johnathan and his team are top-notch. They activated my BYOD S9 and included a SIM card. All the while teaching a new employee. I am absolutely impressed with the attention and service I received from the repair technicians and the front end of this store. A-plus, yall.

This is a Corporate store, meaning the employees are actual Sprint employees. Being a former employee and still having an employee referral account, this is the only store in my area that I can go to to purchase phones or make changes to my account. I have never had a problem with any of the employees or the service Ive received. To the people who are complaining about poor customer service, youre probably going into the store in peak hours when everyone is really busy....your best bet? Make and appointment in advance, and youll be sure to get the best customer service they have. Even if I didnt have my employee type account, this is still the store I would go to because its a one stop shop for shopping, accessories and repairs.

Expensive and they are not very truthful! Tell you the amount your bill will be and when its due your bill is double of what they said it will be! 18 month lease on phones but after 15 months your promotion ends so for three months you pay more money! $50+ more! Then you still have half the cost of your device due or you trade it in for another 18 month lease!

Businesses such as those selling health care plans Etc, are using Sprint numbers without the knowledge of the owner of the number. I routinely get automated call Hall trying to sell me something. When I call that number back the person has no clue what Im talking about. So as far as Im concerned Sprint numbers or unsecured. Businesses can use your number without your knowledge. I asked the person at the Sprint store about this she seemed like she didnt know about it. When I asked could that business get information off of my phone since theyre using my number she said theres no way they can do that? Well if theyre using my number without my knowledge Im sure they could probably get information off of my phone, Im guessing anyway. They say theyre going to investigate it. I doubt that seriously. So anyone with a sprint number beware, some business maybe using your number to sell their products without your knowledge. If this is exclusive to Sprint or not I have no idea. But the Sprint representative basically was of no help.

Ive had a bad experience there once and only once. That one bad experience I blame on the individual that I worked with and not the store, or the brand. Every other time Ive gone in there, Ive left feeling as though the individual I dealt with really cared and that means a lot when youre spending $400 + a month for the convenience of having a phone in you pocket for you and your family. My most recent visit blew me away with how fast I was approached, how genuinely thoughtful the associate seemed and how quickly he took care of my issue. I was in a panic when I walked in and when I left, I was on cloud 9 again. The associate that took care of me is named EMANUEL L. HUDSON! If he ever leaves that store, for any reason, itll be a sad day in the world of happy Sprint customers.

Repair center changed the screen on s8. It is defective. I was wondering what was wrong with it. I called Samsung and was told to go to the best buy on Round rock where their personnel is properly trained to change screens and fix phones. Long story short... the screen was not good and there is a test that can be done on the phone to make sure the screen works properly, whoever is doing the work on the phone can verify before giving the phone back to the customer that it actually works... This is a Corp store and wish I couldve taken it to Samsung before I had sprint put hands on my phone. Now I will have to wait to get it change at another store because I do not trust the staff at this location. Do not recommend.

Be careful, with what you buy and what the company or salesperson promises you make sure your paperwork states your offer before you sign. In December 2017 bought 2 iPhones buy one get one free a Samsung with 18 months of free service, also a free bluetooth speaker. They will say it takes 2 billing cycles its a lie its June 2018 and Im still paying for all of it😡. Also just to go to the store every month and nothing was done they also fired Michelle the one that completed my transaction. One employee stated that She did that all the time to sell. Its not fair that Sprint trains their EMPLOYEES to RIP off people. I wouldnt give you 0 stars but I wouldnt be able to post my review.

I was hesitant to go to Sprint when my iPhone began having a software issue. However with the nearest Apple Store being in Austin I was left with no other option after many failed attempts at fixing it myself. They were clearly understaffed and I began to get more anxious as I waited to speak to someone. I am so glad I so happen to get Vanessa. If you go here I highly recommend asking to specifically work with Vanessa and regardless how long it takes dont go to anyone BUT her. She was extremely nice, sympathetic, and helpful with my issue. Needless to say I brought my iPhone in today and Im now comfortably at home with a fixed iPhone. Ill be calling tomorrow to speak to a manager and commend her, I wish there were A LOT more Vanessas in Killeen!

Well where do I start? I bought an IPhone 10 from here and actually put over half down on the phone. When I found out that my son bill was going to be more than my family plan bill I canceled. Im glad I did cancel within 14 day period. I was lied to from the time I bought the phone till the time I returned the phone. They told me they couldnt send my money to my P.O. Box. Its been 20 days since I returned the phone and my $600 still have not been returned. After calling the call center several times and being lied to and hung up on I finally got a person with some sense. The lady told me they have a 26 day policy and I have to wait 6 more days for them to reissue my check. I found out that they could from the lady manager in the call center. I wouldnt recommend them as telephone service provider. Its Christmas and I returned the phone on the 1st also check was mailed on the 5th. You think they care about my kids Christmas, no they dont only their policies. They are corporate thieves.

Repair department sucked sat there over 30 mins so I have note 8 yesterday while at work phone said over heating and turned off. Got home tried charging and turning it on nothing took it in all he was worried about was a lil crack on the bottom of the phone. Which has been there since I bought the phone when it first came out i dropped it so hes charging me 140 stating i have to fix the crack. im like i came in to see why it is overheating im not worried about small crack at the bottom of the phone ....

Jason the Manager and the team he had helping me were GREAT! I had an issue at the Temple store off General Bruce Drive, they were not able to help me at all. In fact the Temple store created more problems for me and actually broke my phone beyond repair. I called the Killeen store and without hesitation they were able to resolve the problem in the same way that I asked the Temple store to do, but claimed they were unable to. Killeen is a further drive for me than Temple is. I will make the trip and only go to this store from now on.

The worst customer service Ive ever received. Ive had to return two HTC Evos the last six months because of defects with these phones. Every time the techs claim theres nothing wrong with my phone, even though theres no sound coming out, and when you request a manager you get the run around. When you finally manage to coax the manager out of hiding, they treat you like youre dirt under their feet.
