I had to have my vehicle towed to the company so my experience there is limited, however I can say that they had my vehicle for from Sunday to Tuesday, and in that time, they diagnosed and replaced my faulty alternator, then during a test drive, it ran raggedly, uncovering the need to replace some cylinder heads and all of the associated labor including an oil change . I paid only for the alternator and labor associated with that due to it being under warranty. Once the vehicle was done, they called, let me know, ordered me a Lyft, which arrived promptly within 15 minutes, and had me to the dealership in no time, where I was greeted promptly, and within maybe another 15 minutes I was out the door. Vehicle runs great, I will be a repeat customer.
We had no issues when it was Freedom Country.Since under new ownership….No answer, left voice mailSecond call transferred to service and “on hold” over 15 minutesHung up called third time, told person who answered, transferred to service and scheduled.Appt at 0900 this morning, two and 1/2 hours later finally done with oil change, rotate tires, inspection, and replace rear windshield wiperCharged 25.00 for wiper, refused, told them to remove it- came back and said was priced wrong, only 12.00Nothing against Joshua, as he tried, but is over scheduled and over booked.This new ownership is quickly losing business as we won’t return for such shoddy management, and customer service under new owner
Super positive experience. Our wait was going to take a bit of time. They paid for Uber back and forth for lunch. Timely responses to keep us informed on progress. Who knew a service appointment would be such a pleasant experience? Thank you Valarie.
I called on Thursday because my Dodge Charger had a recall for something concerning the emissions on my car. I called the service department on Thursday and spoke to a gentleman who was amazing from the moment I called he checked to see if the part was in and told me he could get me scheduled for the next day. I couldn’t make it in Friday because of work, so I asked if he could get me on Saturday if available and sure enough he told me I could bring my car Saturday morning when the service department opened at 8, but he wanted to let me know it would have to be in the shop for a few hours which I let him know it would be no problem. Today I dropped my car off at 8 and was greeted by another wonderful associate and he informed me if I needed a ride they offer a courtesy shuttle but I let him know I had a ride and I got a call in 3hrs that my car was ready. They were great from the moment I called. If I need to go back to a dealership I will return to this one.

DO NOT GET YOUR VEHICLE SERVICED HERE!!!! I took my Jeep Patriot in to have the transmission looked at because it kept over heating. They recommended the transmission be replaced. I had warranty coverage and a claim was made and approved. They told me 7-10 days to ship. On day 14 I reach out and asked for an update and am told they are still awaiting parts. So I call the warranty company to ask where the transmission was. They tell me it was DELIVERED AND SIGNED FOR TWO WEEKS AGO. So I was LIED TO and my car needlessly sat, leaving me stranded with no transportation. It has been 25 days without my car. I had no choice but to quit my job because I couldnt make the hour drive to work and the worst part is that I will have to PAY THEM for it.Bottom line: if you enjoy being lied to and left high and dry, then this is the service center for you. As for me, I would trust a jar of 2 week old mayonnaise to fix my car before I ever trust this place again.
I took my car in on a Thursday afternoon to have a door looked at and possibly repaired (it wouldn’t open). When I called to check on it, Friday afternoon, it was apparent that it had not been looked at yet. Saturday morning I got a call from the guy going to work on it and he asks me what door (more evidence it hadn’t been looked at on Friday). I finally called around 4:30 on Saturday to see if the car was done and I was informed that a part was needed for the door and it had been ordered. Shouldn’t I have been called earlier in the day? I went to pick up my car and drove it around most of this week with the door panel off. It was finally fixed on Thursday, a week after I initially took it in.
Everyone was super friendly. I had five recalled parts and they got replaced fast. I got my car back the next day! Excellent customer service!
Went in for routine oil change and didnt realize my tires were losing a lot of rubber. Josh pointed that out for me and offered to research best deals for tires. i recently moved so this was never a concern until now with the new roads I have to travel. So, thank you!

Hi Valerie great job however I would suggest that the mechanic or Whomever parked my truck would at least not leave white cat litter substance on my truck armrest. Unsatisfactory on that.Otherwise great job.I may or not return.Respectfully Charles

Sometimes you have an easy issue to resolve and sometimes you have a difficult issue to resolve. Sometimes your parts come in quick and sometimes it takes awhile. The service department has always been up front and honest about what needs to happen to resolve my issues. Even when swamped with other vehicle issues they still took the time to treat me like I was the only person there. Not everyone has the same experience but attitude and expectations go along way when you deal with people on a professional level.
Josh was able to help me out and was kind and professional! I have a permanent place where I can take my vehicle and have no worries!
I came in need of assistance because the line that connects my shifter transmission broke off. Turns out it was a recall on my vehicle with this issue & Jonathan checked my car in and within a few hours service my vehicle so I can back to my day. There was a mess up with the bill and I was over charged. With a lot of back and forth it was determined that I was correct. They were confused with my extended warranty, and I had to explain my policy with them several times until finally they had to work it out with my warranty. They charge crazy out of pocket fees which dont make sense (charging shop repair fees for using tools, equipment, and machinery to fix vehicles when they already charge labor fees). I wasnt happy with the service.

Had an issue with the trim piece between my windshield and dash coming out. Eric and the service department were able to the trim piece and have me on my way in about an hour.

Went there to have a brand new engine put in my 2014 ram 2500 the service advisor I had at that time Eric Valdez wasnt doing his job didnt check anything wouldnt call me back always avoided me. Jeremy Ryan one of the salesmen who Ive bought numerous cars thru, excellent salesman had referred me to a new service advisor Juan Ortiz. After he told over as my advisor they had figured out what was wrong with my truck. I went ahead and got other things fixed Id been putting off. Plan to take my other vehicles there for the great customer service Ive had.

Staff was very friendly but the wait time of 1hr and 10 mins is inexcusable. The price for an oil change was expensive. I asked to see if they could fix my passenger headlight bulb because I had put in incorrectly. It wasnt broke or damage. I thought it would be easy for them to just take it out and put it back in correctly but they wanted to charge me almost the same amount it was for the oil change. I will not be taking none of my Dodge owned cars back to this establishment again.
