Its my go-to place when buying parts in Kerrville but its hard to spend money on expensive parts there when they wont warranty him when they keep failing.

Absolutely love the staff here. They are always friendly and extremely knowledgeable about all types of vehicles and problems.

Very helpful employees. We had been traveling all day and the battery cable had become loose and kept turning the truck off. One of the helpful employees came out and helped us. We had a man help us get to the advanced auto from a gas station we were trying to fix it ourselves. Kerrville is a nice place!

Left your store today and purchased from O’Rileys down the street. Employees were not helpful and the rock music was blaring inside the store.

Wow, so impressed with the staff at Advance Auto Parts! I woke up to a dead battery. I called AAA, got a jump start, drove straight to Advance and they had me set up with a new installed battery in less than an hour. Great courteous and speedy service. Thanks Advance!

The two guys working at advance auto parts this evening 9/25/21, were extremely helpful to me to solve my problem with my car. They went out of their way to make sure I was satisfied I know what I need to do now with my car and I am extremely grateful for their knowledge and expertise. It seemed like every other place I went to find the solution they didnt care or didnt really want to help me but advance they really went out of the way to help me thank you advance

The first time I came in to change my brake lights I had been pulled over for having one out. The lady at the front was very nice and tried to help me find the right bulbs but later when I went home it did not work. When I came back to exchange them I got a man named Ken who was very helpful and genuine! My brake light is now fixed because of his wonderful customer service. I was frustrated at first but now I feel confident coming back here to get the help I need but I will probably be asking for him from now on!

Have all the supplies I need to service my car. Clean friendly place.

Nice clean store and the manager is a great guy.

In Kerr ille I prefer them over the others and a Big plus is Specs Liquor and Tractor Supply in The same parking Lot!! EXCELLENT!!!!

I was very dissappionted with the over all experience not only was the store manager Richard very rude and disrespectful he treated me as though I was some dumb White blonde. His assistant Jeanette was amazing and helped me to the best of the abilities!! If you ask me its she that should be in his position and him hold no position there!! I will not be back in the store as long as he there running it.!

Personally in comparison to others like Auto zone and OReillys, absolutely the best in Kerrville. Especially if you are dealing with Ken who goes above and beyond anyone Ive ever met.
