I dropped in for a couple of new batteries. The lady working that afternoon was all smiles & positive attitude! Donny helped me pick them out, AND ... He installed them for me in my RV, even though the store began to get busy. THANKS!

I am a petro-head, and this is my candy store! I find all my car needs items here and if I cannot find it, they can order it in for me. Great prices as well since most of the time they have multiple suppliers for custom parts shipments.

I visited the Auto Zone at 200 west Main St. In Kerrville Texas today and there was only 1 person working. This isnt a good look and its seems a bit unsafe for you to only have one person working in your stores.

I am from South Dakota this store has the best customer service I have ever seen. They go the extra mile to help you out. Michael the store manager I can not say enough good things about home.

Bad customer service almost walked out employees ignored us as we were waiting in line never even told us theyd be right with us very unprofessional and no dont send us a private email and never get back with us we already experienced enough of that the first time

An attendant asked me immediately if I needed help. They had the clip on mirror I needed. So busy that we had a short line to wait in but once we were up to the register we were out of there in no time.

My wife needed a new battery for her car and asked for the least expensive one available as she was selling the car. The clerk chose a battery that was 80% more expensive than the one she should have been sold. The problem was not resolved until I went to the store with her and asked for the least expensive battery. If you are a female on your own you should not expect honesty from this dealer.

I had questions re: card transactions. Auto Zone advised me to call card company. They told me to call back to the store. For first and hope only time the patient, courteous service I was used to seemed to evaporate. I can possibly expect be told little that be helpful yet come to expect it done with rmutual respect and no disdain.perhaps that one fella not be the norm for rest of gentlemen. Thank you

I have been coming here since I moved to the Hill Country almost 3 years ago now. It really has been a bumpy ride until up to a few months ago. They replaced the management and brought in a lady named Tasha and to me this is the best thing to happen to this store. The customer service is outstanding and Tasha is always helpful and I am glad to see the store improve so much. I was at the point of giving up on this store and just driving into Hellotes to get all my parts or just changing to another auto parts store local, but the changes have kept me as a customer. As a customer I think there is some more changes that need to be done with the existing help there but this will come in time. Keep up the good work Tasha and thank you.

This store goes the extra mile. Assisting customers all the way out to their cars. I watched a clerk carry a customers battery to their car then open the hood and install the battery. I was having trouble with my A/C blower and the clerk asked multiple questions to determine where the problem originated. Thats what I call good customer service.

Battery replacement gone wrong. I have a small fleet of 7 trucks. Auto Zone has always been the go to place till now. Took the truck to a mechanic this morning. He called and said battery was bad but under warranty with auto zone. I picked the truck up and went in. Told the guy behind the counter the battery was out. He gave me a blank stare. He finally gave me a battery and said to bring the old back. Always in the past they would check the battery and then install it. This guy was a complete waste. I dont have a charge account with them but he never charged me for the battery. He just loaded it into the truck.

Good advice

I came to Autozone looking for help. Mind you I know nothing about cars and the associates knew another about cars as well. No help what so ever, she had no idea what to say to me, unless the computer tells her something. If your going to work at a auto parts store you should probably know something about vehicles.

Ive been meaning to write this review for weeks now sorry Im using speech to text.Anyways I went to the store couple weeks ago and when I first went older man who had holes in his uniform and was rather unfriendly tried to help replace my alternator which has a lifetime warranty on itNow the guy told me the satellites must have been down by the Russians and I would have to go back to the store some other timeHe is a larger guy has a big belly gray hair glassesIts difficult for me to do that because I work two jobs and I really needed the alternator right then and there so my wife and sub calling the store and speaks to Christian he works the night shiftChristian was more than eager to help very very professional and got business done I managed to get to the store later on the same night I first tried to go and Christian helped me it exactly what I needed during my lunch breakI would have given a 5-star review and I do towards Christian however that first employee the older gentleman with holes in his uniform and was very unfriendly and dirty-looking made this review for stars and I dont recommend anyone to go the first gentleman for help and totally recommend Christian

Usually easy to get parts, typically good service and locating help, fair amount of on hand tools, spray paints, manuals, bulbs, electrical equipment etc. Auto accessories and interior strip lighting, basic maintenance easily achieved. Worst thing I have to say is the price is usually above average and sales are typically terrible for industry comparison but good against their own

Good service under terrible weather conditions

Know what you need before you go in there because youll be disturbing then from talking or being on their phones and really dont want to be bothered to look something up. Even the manager who was actually busy asked the other associates to help (it was great to be finally acknowledged since I was only 1 of 2 customers) received an eye roll from them

Once the manager leaves for the day the crew ignores the phone including hanging up the phone cause its ringing too much. Love the availability of parts that others cant even order but way under staffed and towards the end of the day customer service goes in the toilet.

The service here can be incredibly slow. The employees are not the most knowledgeable, but would have you believe they are experts, which is rather annoying considering I have overt thirty years experience as a professional automotive technician and Ive been treated like an idiot in more than one occasion. Now I realize they dont know my skill level, but it would help if they would at least listen to what I need, instead of just assuming they know what I wantand trying to tell me what I need. Its never a good idea to argue with a customer.

Waited 15 minutes with part number in hand...at least four employees in the store and only one on register. I will NEVER return to Auto Zone. Chucked my key fob out the window and forfeited many points. Goodbye Chinese parts.

Had my last two new batteries go bad on me within a week. Been buying batteries from Autozone for over 30 years and never had a bad battery. Both batteries would fully charge but would drain over-night even when off the truck...so...no parasitic drain. Of course, by the time I got it to Autozone (after an hour of driving) it was showing 100% charged. I explained to Kyle that I lived out in the middle of no where, and that I had charged this battery twice to 100%, only to have it drain again. Because all the readings were good, Kyle had to call and talk to his district manager and he agreed to provide me with a new battery. That was a week ago and the new battery is still working well. Thanks for the great service.

Whats to say..i needed some brake pads for my Ford Edge and of course they have them, from cheap to expensive..i always choose midway. And changing brake pads is aboutadd eat as changing a tire..But autozone is my go to place here In Kerrville because the other place that begins with A closes way to early even for a small town! And the guys here are always helpful including passing along somelitters of what your about to do working on your car..

I broke down on my way to El Paso 2/8 and spent 7 hours on the side of the road freezing, we got towed to the Kerrville Autozone dropped off just as it was opening. The problem with my ford Excursion was the alternator, I buy almost all my parts for the last 25 years from Autozone. With my limited tools I started taking off the alternator I just needed a 1/2 ratchet to get it off, a sales. Person said “3/8’s is all we have to loan out but I could buy one. I bought an $11 breaker bar. Once I got the alternator off I had them check for my warranty they looked “Nope no warranty” $241 later and a rebuilt alternator I asked for a jump, while there I had charged both batteries for a few hours and had one checked. The guy that gave me the jump was pretty judgmental saying I probably ran them completely dead and that’s why it wouldn’t start. In El Paso I stopped at Oreiley auto parts to see if the alternator was through them the guy found a sticker that began with DL- and said “it’s an Autozone product” we went to Autozone at 5900 Alameda Ave in El Paso, where In less than 10 minutes Leroy & Luis found the warranty info and refunded me the core charge & $241. Two thumbs down for Kerrville Autozone.

Going to El Paso from San Antonio, and my check gauges warning light comes on. Notice my battery gauge is marking my battery charge is low and suspect my alternator is not charging, but I’m not 100% sure. Make emergency stop at this Kerrville AutoZone, explained my problem with the parts clerk and he immediately gets his volt meter, connects it to my truck and confirms my alternator is not charging. Looks for my alternator and he has it in stock, pulls it out confirms it’s the correct one, tells me I can stay where I’m parked, so I can fix it. I put in my new alternator and I’m gone in less than an hours. Thank you AutoZone for your great service, knowledge, and professionalism,

Very helpful service to find the correct wiper blades for my car. They helped me test fit and find the correct adapters after their computer was wrong about which part number was supposed to fit.

They could have been nicer & helped my son more.
