Good prices and friendly staff.Check their work. They replaced my battery but did not replace the lock down parts - lost the lock down plate bolt. Plate was loose, but luckily still present when I got home and noticed.

We get our vehicles inspected here. Very nice staff and knowledgeable in function and repairs of vehicles. They will let you know of things your vehicle may need if they spot needed maintenance. Never had a vehicle inspected wo fast and worry free

I hit something on the highway and needed to replace a tire. I searched all over town to find a Cooper tire and after leaving several messages at various places, Josh was the only one that called me back. He had one of his technicians go pick up the tire I needed and had it there in 15 minutes. Come to find out, it wasn’t the tire, it was a bent rim. The guys there helped me tremendously by going above and beyond, and were able to get the bend out of the rim and put the tire on with no issues. This saved me several hundred dollars (and a big headache). All the guys were very nice and professional.

They are fast and knowledgeable when it comes to tire and oil changes. They seem to really care about the customer. I let my oil change go overdue, and when they changed the oil they said it was still dirty and I should have gotten it flushed first because I let it go overdue. I wish they would have offered that option to me before the oil change as it was too late to do it then, but now I have that knowledge for the next time. Everything is always clean and they greet you quickly always. One of the great things about this place is I dont even have to get out of the car for oil changes, which is super great when my babies are asleep in thier car seats. They can just sleep on through.

This is a place where I regularly have my car serviced. They always have great customer service, fair prices, and they stand behind their work.

These men were on top of their game. Professional, thorough, honest. First time being there, but I am going to make that my regular oil change stop.

Junior was super friendly and helpful. I was told the prices upfront and he explained what my car needed. There was no pressure to buy more than I needed and he checked my lights, horn, wipers, and more. They even cleaned my windshield. Junior als0o showed me the oil stick after the oil change so I could verify. I love this place an will be a return customer.

I went there to get an NC inspection.Theyd said it would take about 20 minutes. I kept looking in and seeing the repairman at a computer. After nearly an hour he came over and said hed failed the car because he couldnt find where to plug in his computer. He actually charged me!I went directly to a KIA dealer. They said, Its right there! I was out in 20 minutes with a passing report.

Really condescending staff and overall uncomfortable experience. Ive been coming here for the past few months simply because its normally quick, but its always such a terrible environment and experience. Would especially not reccomend to anyone that isnt a man because the staff will just talk over you or ignore you. Wont be coming back.

I arrived at 540. The guy told me they didn’t have enough time to do my oil change before they closed. They advertise 10 min oil change. Its 20 min before closing.3 guys inside talkingGuess they will get paid 20 min to do nothing

I typically bring my car here for inspections and oil changes without issue but I sent my daughter here for an oil change twice and both times she was made to feel uncomfortable with unwanted advances from the staff, the second time going as far as using her phone number to contact her with more advances which is completely unprofessional. We will not be returning.

This place is awesome and very professional!!! The assistant manager is very quick to assist and doesn’t mind servicing cars and super friendly with customers. I came to get a basic oil change and he notice my tire light was on, I told him I didn’t know how to reset it but he said no problem let’s check em and go from there !! He checked em and the light went off in which he ensured that it did. He was very awesome and even tho I had no cash and was unable to tip from my card his attitude remained the same & I appreciated that and the short time I was there!!! Please give him a raise !!

As they are under management now, their service has lessen. I was using them for my regular oil service and inspection, but on the last oil service they stripped the oil plug but would not take responsibility for it. They were only going to take $20 off replacing the oil pan. As they explained the situation to me, they were not customer friendly. I will not be going there again and I will not recommend anyone going there for service.

Rude, condescending staff. Lazy, no cars in bays and they say itd be 3 hours to get breaks...then an outrageous quote for 2 tires ($260)! COMPLETE fail.

This is the only place I know of that doesn’t charge the flat rate maximum for an inspection - and that pleases me. Had me in and out for my truck in 15 minutes - then went and brought my wife’s car back for its annual inspection, since they were so thorough yet fast.Was watching their operation - very efficient and prices seem in line with what you’d expect.I did take notice of the sign that mentioned something to the likes of if it’s not needed, we won’t recommend it, or something like that, and based on other reviews, seems to be something they adhere to.All the staff was friendly and nice - would easily use them if I didn’t do my own oil changes and such.

The most expensive oil change I ever got in my life. $73.00 with a $5.00 discount, it would have been $78.00. They didnt even put a sticker on the windshield with the mileage and they got the oil filter tool stuck on the car. I should have gone to my normal place but I thought I would give them a second chance. There wont be a 3rd. I do not recommend this place.

I got my oil changed here and had my antifreeze reservoir cap pop off on the freeway. The team of teenagers doing the work needs a better supervisor. I wont be going back and dont recommend anyone else going either.Update:The oil filter was loose and leaking oil. This place is terrible. If you choose to take a chance here, make sure everything is tight and full before you leave. I honestly wish I could give them negative stars.

I took my 2017 Nissan Rogue Fleet vehicle in for inspection and preventive maintenance. They were amazing. I had been taking it to a competitor and it was taking anywhere from 2 to 3 hours just for an oil change. Granted I know they have to do approvals. But Express did the approval, inspection and maintenance and was out in an hour. These guys are great. I believe the guys name Cody. The dude rocks! I will be advising family and friends to start going here.

I am fairly new to North Carolina. We moved down here about a year ago. I bought a car that came with free oil changes for a year, so I didnt really need to find a place. So when I did need to find a place, I googled and found Express oil. I found it humorous that when you get on there site they have an option to schedule an appointment and they say, just come on in. I went at lunch to get my oil changed. They were very courteous, well mannered and was able to give me a price and the options for my car before the work was even started. All this and I was in and out with 7 minutes. Will definitely return in 5000 miles. Thank you for make it easy.

Had to stop today for a check on my car so my daughter and I stopped by here to see if they could squeeze us in. Everyone we encountered in the shop was beyond welcoming and friendly to both me and my toddler. I don’t believe I’ve ever had such a great experience while having my car looked at. Would definitely recommend for any/all your car needs!

Not the best customer service experience. I took my car here for an oil change and inspection. The oil change went fine however the inspection not so much. My one tire barely failed inspection which was fine. I had already ordered new tires and had an appointment to have them put on the next Monday, so I knew the shape they were in. When I was leaving I asked the gentleman that checked me out what I would need to do to complete the inspection. He stated to pull back up, show the one tire, and they would input data into the computer. Thus my inspection would be good to go. No more than a few minutes was the quoted follow up. I called the day after the tires were replaced when leaving work. The manager answered the phone shortly after 5:30. The posted closing time is 6 pm. I asked if it was ok to run my car by there in the next 10 minutes to complete the aforementioned follow up. The manager proceeded to laugh and state they closed at 6 and by the time I got there around 5:40 there wouldnt be time to complete my inspection. After stating that I was told it would be an in and out stop, and not a full inspection. The manager chuckled and stated I would have to make it in much sooner for them to finish my inspection as apparently he nor his staff could possibly stay a minute longer to service a loyal customer. I will not be returning to have my automobiles serviced here again. Overpriced which I thought was for the customer service provided, but that does not seem to be the case any longer.Update: Earlier this week I was contacted by the General Manager Daniel. He was very interested in finding out the details of my experience, and helping resolve the issue. Although I was unable to accept his offer to come that day or the next and meet him personally to repair the relationship due to prior engagements, he was more than willing to dig in and provide me with a means to fix my issue. Thank you Daniel.

Do not use these guys for anything, total rip off artists. Had state inspection for a California car and they ran the test and failed me for after market window tint. Evidently cars have a different standard for tint than SUVs or trucks, They could have given me a heads up but instead ran the test failed me and charged me for the test that failed as an extra. No warning, you fail and FU. Never going to these jerks again, and not for the law but for the attitude.

Getting the oil changed is a pleasure at Express Oil Change in Kernersville. They are always friendly and helpful. Lloyd took care of my oil change today, and I appreciated the quick service while not feeling like they were rushed. Thank you for great service and customer service!

Very happy with our service!!! Long story short my boyfriend and I dropped his truck off early in the morning at a different place where his truck sat in the same spot for 5 hours and was never touched and was told when we went to pick it up it was gonna be another 30 minutes to an hour just for them to patch a hole in his tire where he had a nail in it. Took them only 15 minutes which didnt even seem like it seem less than that lol very happy with our service we will be back again!!! Thank you so much for fixing his tire!! Weve been here a few times but always feeling like weve been duped. My husband went up today around 4pm, asked for an oil change and tire rotation. We usually go somewhere else for an oil change but they dont rotate tires, so we specifically chose this location for a tire rotation. He was told that there wasnt enough time for a tire rotation (at 4pm, when they close at 6?) And then got charged over $55 dollars for an oil change? None of it makes sense, so we will find a new location for these services.

These guys are always so incredibly nice and polite. Theyve never tried to sway me into anything sketchy or that I didnt ask for and always go above and beyond. I had some new rotors and brake pads put on today and to simply not get my hopes up, they quoted me about 3 hours total, but were completely done in about an hour. Great people and a great business!

I did not tell them that I have a 5 year history with Flow Automotive Group. Obviously, I was comparing their business model to determine if I was going to be a repeat customer. I will be. I had an engine light and needed 4 new tires. The manager named Dan was kind enough to drive me home and then pick me up. They even hurried the job so I wasnt even late for my work appointment. Great job guys! The BF Goodrich tires are awesome! Smooth and quiet.

I brought my vehicle to have the brake pads replaced. When I had called ahead for pricing I was quoted one amount but once services were completed the final count was much higher. I mentioned my previous quote and without hesitation the staff matched what I had been quoted. The staff was so nice and professional. This is my go to place for regular maintenance and I’ve never been disappointed.

Second time going, first time they changed my oil in less than 10. I like the fact that I can sit in my car and wait as well. Went this morning and Dave changed my oil for me and didnt mind answering my questions about my car- as I know nothing about them. Thanks guys. :)

I was in and out with an oil change and tire rotation! Yet I was sitting at another facility about 5-10 minutes up the road for a hour and half yet my car was still where I left it in the parking lot. I just took my keys and left and went here. The staff are so friendly and courteous!

All I can truly say is WOW. It says 10min oil change on there sign, but these are TRUE PROFESSIONALS. These people had me out in 5min and not only did they inform me about the issues with my car (I already knew but w/e) but they also kept up a sense of positive conversation as though they werent working. They made it look as simple as breathing. 100% satsifed. Looking forward to coming back (hopefully only for an oil change).

I will not be going back to Modern Chevrolet for the things I can get done at this shop, like oil changes, tires rotation, or any of the other types of service work they do.

However, if you’re not pressed for time, I would recommend trying somewhere else, as they charge double what I usually pay at Precision Tune for an oil change and tire rotation. Double! I will definitely use Express Oil again if time is an issue.

The technicians, Cody and Sam were awesome. They are the ONLY ones that i will let service my car. And i will be sending ALL my friends and family there.

Disappointed. They were to do a full service on my Volkswagen Passat. I was charged $95 for an oil change and handed a paper telling me everything due to be done on my car. Such as changing the air filter. They didnt check it or they would have seen it has a new filter. I have been there many times but I didnt recognize any of the people working there. With a new oil change business very close to there location you would think they would do a better service to the customers who came back to them for service.

I went in with a tire that I thought was leaking. The guys checked it over well, explained that it must have been the weather causing my tire to lose pressure, filled all tires, & sent me on my way. They were all courteous, friendly, & fast.

First time with them they forgot to reset my oil button. Not a big deal. But the second time they totally didnt put the screws in my cover plate under the car. Going down the highway it blew off sticking to a van behind me. No damage to either of our vehicles. I called and they agreed to fix it. Took the cover by there and showed Dan the manager. So I never got a call letting me know what was going on the first day. Next day I called Dan said he was still trying to get the parts and hung up on me. I went and got the part took it to the dealership and let them put it back on. Didnt feel confident in letting them try doing it again. I wouldnt refer them to anyone. Just didnt like how things were handled.

The manager was very polite, provided quick service, and gave me options for what needed to be done in addition to what pricing was involved in each option. Would definitely bring my car here again. Senior mechanic found a vapor leak that my regular mechanic had been hunting for over a year. And I only brought it in for a state safety inspection.

I was in a big time crunch and needed an inspection fast. They got me in and out of there in 15 minutes! Felt like they really cared about their customers. Thanks, guys!

Two days ago-I jumped in my car, and discovered a dead battery. Got a jump, thought I was good, made it through several errands, then came out of the Credit Union to find it dead again. Knew something was wrong, so walked up to this Express Station. It’s always concerning when you have an emergency, and suddenly find yourself dealing with a place you know nothing about. I could not be more pleased with my service! A young man (so sorry I didn’t write down his name as I forgot it in my stress) immediately came out to greet me, then walked down to check the battery. It needed replacing, and again, I was concerned they’d try to up the price. Not only did they give me a very fair price, it was there in 10 minutes and installed while I ate lunch at Panera. Everyone in the place was courteous, professional and kind- and they’ll definitely be getting more business from me in the future. Thank you!!

Friendly and quick service. Some times too quick. On my recent visit to replace a battery and a tire they neglected to complete the tire rotation which I had twice asked them to do. I will continue to use them for oil changes but will be more selective with other services.

5 stars easily for this place. What people need to know is they are more than just an oil change facility. They also have mechanics who can work on your vehicles as well. I just recently had my vw Jetta start running a CEL which in a short note called for the replacement of a new intake manifold. This is no easy job. So I called around to see who was best deal. Just to give everyone an idea of, I have taken my vw to flow vw in past, also Webster’s as well. I will give you the quote breakdowns from each place.Webster’s imports.127.00 CEL diagnostics + 820 for actual work on intake manifold. = 947.00(Webster’s has done great work for my VW & MINI in the past, but it has always seemed like it was kind of pricey)Flow vw Greensboro130.00 CEL diagnostic + 1000.00 for actual work on intake manifold. = 1130.00Carmines of kville.150.00 CEL diagnostic (they wouldn’t give me a quote for how much a intake manifold replacement cost so they seem shady)Express oil change of Kville50.00 CEL diagnostic (way cheaper than everyone else by far) then 375.00 for labor. & I furnished the parts for 250.00 = 675.00 this place fixed my car and it drives great now and I easily saved 300-500 from avoiding to take it to any of these “import” shops.I write this review because I am very happy with the service and appreciate the good work and their commitment to doing a great job and doing it for a very fair price that doesn’t break the bank. Hoping more of Kville gives these guys the business.

I left my car there to get a tire change. And I left my contact info. I didn’t get contacted got an appraisal for the tire. I didn’t get contacted period. I went there the entire next day and my car was sitting there in a handicap spot with the windows rolled down an key in the ignition still. Do not go here. Very unprofessional!

Used to work at a competitors shop in the area. Was able to get in here for a oil change with in 10mins of showing up, they were nice, quick, and reasonably priced. Waiting area was a bit tiny but that’s my only complaint.

While the oil change service was quick and efficient, a day later my car started leaking oil on the exhaust. In the 6 years Ive owned this car it has never leaked one drop of oil. After bringing it back in and complaining of the burned oil smell the oil change guy took a look at it and said my oil pan gasket which is right near the oil filter is leaking. I was expecting him to say theyd tighten it up or replace it but he totally refused to acknowledge that the leak happened because of the oil change. OK.. last time Ill ever visit you guys again, and, of course, Im telling ALL my friends. 2/2/18 Update: After talking with Dan the manager who responded to my original comment they provided friendly helpful service that stopped the leak at no cost to me

Service is always excellent there. I was there today and as usual they went beyond what they had to do. I never go anywhere else.

The Only reason Im giving it a one star is so I can get in the site. This place sucks,the manager at this store is the most incompetent person I have ever met. First,he try s to drive my vehicle off the lift spinning my tires all awhile the truck still on the lift. Then I pay for the safety inspection and leave. Try to pay my taxes on the vehicle and was told by DMV it didnt pass inspection. I was Not told this when I paid them and left,I find out on my own it didnt pass and when I confronted the acting manager my problem and now I have to pay a late fee on my tax due to HIS fault for Not telling me it failed. This place has the worst customer service, unprofessional, and could careless about the consumer. DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLES HERE THEY ARE THEIVES!
