I’ve heard people say let me have my mechanic look at it. I never understood that until now. The Saddler auto care family has gone above and beyond every time I have had car trouble. They stick to the time table they said. They come in with a better value than other mechanics I have used in the past. I now have a mechanic and you should too!!

My Prius was in need of a tune up, I also had a randomly weird noise coming from the front left wheel. Noise was very sporadic, making it kind of difficult to determine the source. Their team diagnosed the problem to be a bad wheel bearing. They installed new bearings and completed a tune up at a very competitive price. Very friendly and honest folks to deal with, it was an A+ experience. They were highly recommended to me from a friend that said his family had been using their service for many years and guaranteed me that I would be a repeat customer if I gave them a try. Two thumbs up for sure.

Sent our Jeep in for diagnosis, and to be fixed. Got it done in a timely manner for a decent price. They also mounted a tire for our other car and done our inspection. They are also very welcoming and friendly! Will definitely go back and recommend.

Took my Jeep for a smoke test and AC recharge. AC is still cold, the evap leak was found and repaired quickly, and for a reasonable price. Would recommend to anybody.

I went there 2 days ago and told them to check my tire sensor I got my tire sensor from advanced auto and advanced auto referred me to this place and told me they could reset it for me and the guy told me I needed 2 more sensors out in the front and it would cost me $60 a piece so then I went to the Mitsubishi dealer and then I went down the street to peche automotive and they checked it out for me and said all my sensors are good I just needed to take it to the Mitsubishi dealer and when I did they rest my light in no time so this place lied to me when there wasn’t nothing wrong with my tire sensor at all just needed to reset

Poor leveling kit install. I don’t wanna be rude about it they’re nice people and I know they do good work. Just bad luck for me I reckon. Having some costly repairs done else where due to the strut mount being elongated. It cause vibrations while driving. All control arm bushings where shot from the vibration.

Had the clutch replaced in my car 5 months ago. The clutch felt good but the pedal had to pushed further down to shift. Spoke to them an they were willing to look at it but I never brought it in. It also developed a rattle that they offered to look at and again, I never took it back in until this week.They were awesome. Got it done in a day and didn’t charge me. I expected them to have it for a few days since they were busy.The car is so much quieter and easier to shift. Wished I’d taken it back months ago but that was my fault.Will def do business with again in the future.

My daughter broke down off of Hwy 52. We towed it to Flow Honda where they diagnosed it as a blown head gasket and quoted me $1730 to fix it. We called Saddler Auto Repair in Kernersville for a second opinion. He said it didnt sound like a blown head gasket to him from our description. Had it towed to Saddlers and turns out to be a faulty spark plug! Thank you ..Thank you... Thank you for the honest people that take care of us. Dan is the man! Go no where else!

This place was my savior!! I discovered while driving home from work after midnight one night that nothing attached to my steering column was working. I had no turn signals, no wipers for my windshield or back glass...of course no windshield washer ability, and no headlight control. Somehow, I had very low beams that stayed on the whole time, but nothing else. By pure luck when trying to figure out what was wrong I saw Saddlers and stopped. They let me leave my car and drove me home, the following day when they were finished repairing (they also did my overdue oil change and changed my wipers), they picked me back up to collect my car. That was amazing! Otherwise, I dont know what I would have done. Sat for hours until a friend or family member could get me. The price that was charged was a really great rate for all that they did. Very thankful! Recommending to all my friends!

Had to put a water pump thermostat an timing chain on my 86 Ford f150! Gave me a very reasonable price for the job, things break on older trucks so of course there was a little extra cost! Still under every other shop I called! Was also finished the same business day! Would definitely recommend to anyone in a pinch!

IF I COULD GIVE THEM 0 STARS THAT WOULD STILL BE TOO HIGH!! We requested front brake pads be replaced ONLY! Since when does replacing front brake pads require taking off the back tires. Conveniently, the calipers were frozen on the back and had to be replaced before the tire could be put back on. The next day, the calipers were leaking on the other side and had to be replaced. Somehow our $134 quote became over $600 and then they had the audacity to add an additional $21.07 to the bill for shop towels! Not only did you do work that was not authorized, but you hold my car hostage until we pay for the work that was not requested. ABSOLUTE RIP OFF and I will be filing a complaint with the BBB.

I waited a while to review this place so that it will not be done out of anger or malice. The integrity of the place is questionable but I can definitely assure you that the owner has no couth. I had to return my vehicle several times, I think 8 times to be exact, for the same issue and every time I got my vehicle back there was another problem that should have been addressed before I even got the vehicle back. However each time I returned the vehicle they did attempt to get it right and didnt charge me again but would keep my vehicle a MINIMUM of 2 weeks and then get an attitude if I called to check on the status. I was going to post this on Saddler Auto Repairs Facebook page but much to my surprise,(not really), Ive been blocked from the page. Ive never posted anything on there page so cant claim that I was disrupting the business. Therefore for them to remove and block me from the page, make me feel as if the condition I got my vehicle back WAS intentionally done and they know they did not handle matters professionally.
