I really appreciate the location - being able to service my Cobalt without having to go into Seattle. Additionally, I have been utilizing the Kent facility for many years and they have always been accessible and responsive to my needs. Finally, I have appreciate the quality of their work too. Obviously, the construction at the site made serving customers much more challenging for the staff, but they always took care of me!

I switched to Seattle Boat in Kent for maintenance and repairs because the staff is very friendly and keeps me posted on the status of the work by email or phone. I also appreciate finding the free sample of cleaner in the boat when I pick it up. Special thanks to Mike and Jesse! I’ve been to the Kent location twice and both times Mike has discovered small but critical repairs that were needed to prevent me from needing a tow back to the marina. Brittany and Jesse kept me well informed about the cost estimates and status of the repair. DH

Great service and communication. They take the time to explain everything and you can speak to the tech that worked on your boat. They are crazy busy and the location is under construction to make way for a new facility. That being said, Jesse and Brittany still give you all the time needed to understand what maintenance or repair is needed. Nice job!

Expensive bit worth the quality service

Very professional operation that I have used now for the past 3 seasons and located in Kent! Knowledgeable experienced boat techs that have taking the utmost care of my REGAL. Ask for Mike Wood (one of the mechanics/my favorite) whom is very friendly and one of the main reasons I continue to come back. I won’t have anyone else work on my boat. Very thorough, comprehensive, and always a complete walk thru of the service he has done when he delivers the vessel back to you. I give my highest recommendations and worth the extra couple of bucks to get it done right!

Great location and the service is fantastic. I have been a boat owner for 30 years and have been to many maintenance facilities and Seattle Boat Co. in Kent is by far the best. Jesse is very customer focused and JPs mechanical ability is exceptional.

JP is an amazing boat mechanic. He has worked on my boat doing a plethora of things for me. Winterize, lighting, carb problems, ignition issues, wiring, fuel filters, oil changes... you name it. Oh also a bulge pump add on. He even went to a boat that I am buying to do a survey for me. Seattle boats has a gem of there. Thanks for the service and all the effort. I will always go to JP

Seattle Boat Co. (Jesse) never gave up on us. Our Cobalt had a very intermittent problem to diagnose. Jesse continued to pursue all the needed steps working with the rep, testing, and retesting until the underlying condition was finally discovered. He returned calls/emails and always kept us informed. When we are ready to look for our next boat, we will certainly talk with him first.

Seattle Boat Co has absolutely mastered the art of customer service. The Kent service dept - specifically JP - go out of their way to take care of you. I highly recommend them.

Not sure Google has enough space for me to say everything that I have to say good about Seattle Boat in Kent. My boat was in tough shape and needed help. it has served our family well, but it is older and well, everything has its time. It was my Dads boat, so there is a very sentimental reason for holding on to it as long as I can. We have had it since my son was 5 and he is now 28, so been in the family a while. I know that it needed hours of work. Everyone has been great there, but there is one person in particular I need to mention. Mike Wood. He is a friend of the family and I had not seen him for years and did not know he worked there. Was awesome to reconnect and he did the work on our boat. it sure seemed fitting it would be him and that has been beyond, well awesome. I KNOW that the boat was in good hands and I also know that he gave some of his own time to put things back together because he knows about that boat and what it means to me. Not only did my Dad have it before me, but all my kids and some of their friends learned to ski and swim from that boat, so it has a lot of legacy with our family. I know it is just a thing, but hey, one gets attached. Through the repair process, I knew exactly what was going on with the boat at all times, everything that was what going to be down, was done and done right, no shortcuts. Mike also let me know why something needed attention, so I understood. Mike Wood and my family go back many years...BUT...that is how Mike is with everyone. He is a great boat mechanic, but he is even a better person and when you meet him, you will see what I mean. People just dont come better. I have noticed that the people I have met down at SBC all kind of have that kind of demeanor. It always feels like you are dealing with family. That is hard to find in business today. If you have a boat, take it to SBC in Kent. It will be done right. You wont be sorry and you will be treated very well. Thanks Mike and team for taking care of our boat for our family.
