I rented a U-Haul from Gonnason Boats over the weekend and was very impressed with their company. Another U-Haul location had cancelled my appointment without telling me and sent me to Gonnason without transferring my reservation. I had movers standing around getting frustrated and I was desperate. The woman at the front desk at Gonnason starting working with me 20 mins before they even opened. She found several solutions to my problem and once I chose the one I preferred, I was on the road within 5 mins. Very simple check out/check in and phenomenal customer service. Cant vouch for their boating related services but Im sure they are equally fantastic!

Used Gonnason’s for my last 3 uhaul rentals. Always a smooth and quick process. Love that I can just check in my return on my phone. Also send my friends with boats for their maintenance and supplies.

We bought a new boat last year and we use Gonnason for storing our trailer during the summer and the boat/trailer over the winter. We could not be happier with the service there. Everyone we have worked with there (family business) is friendly, knowledgeable, dependable and professional. When the summer was over last year, they met me with our trailer at Alki boat launch, we drove the boat there, they helped us load it and too the boat back to their spot. It was so easy and took so much stress out of it. They the. Cleaned it perfectly (it was moored in salt water all summer), winterized it and wrapped/dry stored it.This season, I worked with Tori the Monday before Memorial Day weekend asking if they could unwrap, test, prep our boat and again deliver our boat to us at Alki. Busy week for them but they were so quick to respond and was able to do it. Tori stopped and filled the tank with gas, launched our boat, and took off! It was so easy and allows us to just enjoy the boat. They offer so many services but what make the great, is the people that work there. They take away so much of the stress of that comes with owning a boat. I would and DO recommend them for any service the offer, if you have a boat!

Didnt secure the dolly in the uhaul rental. When I called to make sure that I wouldnt be charged any damages to the dolly or truck, the worker said Im already checked out and dont care and hung up.Terrible service, take your business elsewhere

Gonnason Boats was awesome to work with. We purchased a used boat from them without any issues or heartache. Tori was amazing, she held the boat for us without a deposit because we were coming from out of state to look at the boat. She also answered my countless questions about the boat and set tons of detailed pictures so there were no surprises when we made the 5 hour drive to pick up the boat.I would absolutely recommend Gonnason Boat to anyone looking to buy a boat. Not to mention its pretty cool to support a multi generation family owned business.

Cool people but the techs there dont like working on SBT engines.

This place is a little out of the way from where I live but they do great work. I came in after my boat died on the lake. Even though they were extremely busy during the summer months, Tori said if you bring it in well take a look. Their Seadoo mechanic Dusty who does all the work on my boat took care of the issue. Time to enjoy the lake again before the summer ends.Another satisfied customer!

Tori and crew are absolutely the best. I have my boat serviced, winterized, and stored there and they always do quality work. Costs always match the estimate for any work done, and they are quick to complete. Service is also outstanding. When I picked up my boat last spring, the trailer lights had stopped working. One of the techs took the time to find and fix a wiring issue and got me on my way in about 15 minutes, and with no charge. Always very friendly and excellent customer service. Highly recommend!

We are beyond appreciative of the service we received from Gonnason Boats this week on our jetski! This is a very popular, highly rated company, and the repair shop was booked out several weeks...however, the office manager, Tori, went above and beyond to squeeze us in for repair after telling her of our situation - we recently purchased two used jetskis for our two sons, who have nothing to do for fun right now (besides Xbox) due to COVID. And unfortunately, we purchased a lemon from a private seller - after two times out on the water, the impeller and wear ring blew out due to improper installation and maintenance. My kids were stuck in the middle of Puget Sound and luckily had a tow rope / so my 12-year old had to tow his brother to shore. Tori coordinated the service from beginning to end and made us feel like family.We won’t go anywhere else besides Gonnason’s for servicing of both our jetskis and our boat from now on - thank you Tori, you put a huge smile on my boys’ faces and we are very grateful!! 😊

I called these guys about ordering a part. That was almost 3 weeks ago. Yes it was a small part (gasket for a waterpump) but they initially told me on the phone that the part was ordered and that Id have it in a few days. Never got a call back. So after at least a week I called and nothing got ordered. And called them again... left a message... never called me back and now finally 3 weeks later I call AGAIN and now its a totally different story and all this time I couldnt fix my boat or ride it or sell it because of someone that didnt care enough to do their job. Im really disappointed with these guys and I will never do business with them. Sigh

I had a great experience buying our boat at Gonnasons late this past summer. I worked directly with Tori on the purchase, she is very professional and very customer focused. She is a straight shooter, no BS. If she says she is going to do something, she gets it done, period. Communication was top notch during the whole process. I would not hesitate to highly recommend this dealer to friends and family, and to anyone shopping for a boat or boat service. This is a small family owned business and they realize treating the customer right is their lifeblood. I also want to give a shout out to Ken, Gonnasons mechanic. Have to tip my hat to Tori (sales) and Dustin (Technician) for the great service in my purchase of two 2008 SeaDoo RXT 215s. Great experience on all aspects. I was considering buying used from private parties, but these beauties became available and I had confidence buying from them knowing I could trust their business reputation. They had gone through both machines, checking every detail and were able to demonstrate that the Seadoos were in great working order with a test demonstration in their onsite water tank. Both were very accommodating regarding my schedule, demonstrating their operation and addressing the small details. Very positive experience.

I bought my first Supra boat from Gonnasons ten years ago and then upgraded to our current Regal with them. They have taken great care of our maintenance, winterizing and winter storage. They have always taken great care of us. Highly recommend.

Gonnason has been keeping my boat stored, detailed, and repaired for about a year now and the process has been consistently pleasant and reasonably priced. They have gone above and beyond for me to make sure that I get everything Ive asked for. Tori has been fantastic to work with.

I came in the store looking for some parts, found them very easily and the workers were very nice. All of the negative reviews are just from people who cant find stuff themselves or do simple maintenance to their boats. Dont blame the company everyone

A little understaffed but in todays economy we all do our best to try save a little. I read a few bad reviews on here and I was wondering if I should go there for anything. Im glad I did. Absolute worst customer service...Worst dealership I have ever dealt with. Save your time and more importantly your money. Bought a boat, no oil in it. Their response to this problem: Thats your problem, not ours instead of just working with me and trying to resolve this problem and and doing a proper service, they leave it for me to deal with. Shame on you Gonnason Boats. Theres obviously a reason they have terrible reviews on google and yelp etc.

Gonnasons is the best - if I could give them 10 stars I would!!! My husband and I bought a boat (from another place) and it has had a few different issues. Tori and the rest of the crew at Gonnasons have gone above and beyond to fix our boat with fair pricing and the best customer service. We live all the way down in Olympia and still bring it to Gonnasons because we know theyre the very best. We will definitely be getting our next boat from them and would highly recommend them to anyone!

We have always be treated with respect hereWe bring our Jetskis in regularly and Dusty is so quick and knowledgeable. They even let us pick our Jetskis up for the weekend when they were in line for servicing but we wanted to use the one that was running and we didnt loose our spot in line. We wont go anywhere else even when they are busy!

Great place for uhaul rentals and great customer service

Bought a boat, Tori was great, did not haggle the price, because I was supposed to get a few things fixed, and some accessories that were not present at the time. Mooring cover, spare tire and wheel for the trailer, at which time they would fix the broken mounting studs, the shower nozzle that was missing was going to be replaced, and the table that was missing... they never came through on ANY of it. I was written 2 tickets for operating the boat on expired temp tags due to the fact it took them 6 months to get the title to my bank, then could not register the boat, so the refunded me the licensing costs, and I got to spend 2 hours at the licensing department to get it registered. After 5 hours of operating it, the boat was in another shop, the oil had never been changed, original fouled spark plugs, dirty out drive oil... (I was told all maintenance had been performed) I had made over a dozen attempts to remedy these problems over the past year and a half, and now that I live across country I doubt I will ever be made whole. My advise would be to take your business elsewhere. I should have got a lawyer involved, but I was hoping they would make it right. I was wrong.

CALLED AND ASKED TO CHECK A PRICE OF A PART AND COULD NOT REMEMBER THE EXACT NAME OF IT. INSTEAD OF TRYING TO HELP ME HE SAID HE HAS BETTER THINGS TO DO THAN FIGURE OUT THE NAME OF THE PART CALL BACK WHEN I HAVE THE PART NUMBER. WOW.

Great place for service and purchases for boats!

I have two Seadoos a 96 GTX and a 01 GTI. The seadoos have being in a number of times for diagnosis and services. Every time I felt that Gonnason have being fair and straight forward with what they found and service prices. Dusty the jet skis tech is something else, not only he fix these skis for a living he also provided me with DIY informations. In doing so he show me his great chactator. Im able to do a bit of DIY myself but I also know when to handle over the work to someone with greater knowledge. Thank you Gonnason and Dusty.

Bad customer service. Charged me to winterize my boat engine but didnt end up winterizing my engine while storing my boat at Gonnassons. Cracked my engine block. Didnt want to fix it.
