They now do a mobile service as Light Rail took over the property. They are professional and do a fantastic job with reasonable rates. I would highly recommend them to anyone!

I suspect there is more to the issue of the previous person review. I had a major emergency issue with my boat and trailer leaving for Arizona. Ron rearranged his schedule and got me in the same day. He and his team jumped all over my complex problem and finished it in half the time Ron first estimated cutting the labor time and cost in half. I am extremely satisfied with the completed job and thrilled with the final invoice. I strongly recommend Allison Marine for any boat or trailer service. They are the best in all respects.

They ripped me off too. Paid way too much for a motor that cant even get out of its own way. Then wanted to charge me to fix it! Like I would trust them again. Walking away, shaking head. Live and learn, wont take my boat here again.

Had such a great experience with Allison marine. I had a shop throw a rod in my mercury pump and in the process I got ahold of gabe and found they had a 06 Yamaha outboard. I live 250 miles away from them. They sent me highly detailed pictures, took all the measurements I needed. Ron and his guys were the most friendly people when I showed up. He introduced me to every employee on site, which made me feel very comfortable. They had cleaned the motor and let me see it run in the tank. Very smooth sale and I will only use Ron for my boat problems. Thank you guys!

I met one of the guys that works there in in the parking lot. His name is Joe, he kept winking at me and trying to get my attention while I was talking to someone else. I left just to get away from him. He is a really creepy guy, if you are a woman you definitely want to stay away him

Worst Service Ever, Charged me for a bad bearing on my trailer and never replaced it. Overcharged me and added unnecessary repairs. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Stay away and save your money.

Ive brought my boat for a pre-purchase inspection at Allison Marine Service. As part of the inspection the technician pulled spark plugs to check cylinders compression. When I brought my boat to my home in Portland OR I tried to start the engine and engine wouldnt start backfiring violently. I had to call a local boat mechanic to investigate and fix the issue and he found out that Allison Marine Service installed spark cables in wrong firing order. I had to pay mechanic $85 for the troubleshooting. After that I called Allison Marine Service, explained the situation and asked to be refunded $85 due to their mistake. I was told that since I was there during my boat inspection my presence created a distraction for the mechanic and it is basically my fault and they would not reimburse me. I said that Ill then cancel my credit card and the owner began threatening me personally.

Horrible service said they were going to fix my trailer but ended up not doing any of the work and on top of it they didn’t tighten my lug nuts so my boat almost fall off my trailer on the highway!! And I had to hassle them to get my money back!!!

They had a hard to find part and was fairly reasonable on the price and was very helpful.

Cracked block turned into the worst experience I have ever had with a mechanic. I got taken for a ride and ended up shelling out 3 times as much as initially quoted for the repair.Unfortunately the work didnt hold up and the crack re-opened after 1 trip on the lake. Allison Marine was unwilling to honor the 90 day warranty offered on their work. I was blamed for an overheating issue on a boat that never overheated prior to the cooling system being worked on.Bottom line is avoid this place if you want to avoid a headache. Ron wants you to pay in cash for a reason.

Their just not up front with you. Told me one thing, ended up being another. I got scammed. The appearance around the place isn’t great either.
