They did a great job on my truck. I had a dent on the side and they were able to fix it. Now it looks like new. Everyone was very courteous and professional in that shop. I would do business with them again .

Worst customer service experience in my entire adult life. The manager should be flipping burgers and never allowed to interact with the public.I was told it would take 2 weeks to prep and paint my truck. After 2 months of being lied to, the manager finally admitted they were only working on it 1 -2 hours per day.When I came to pick up the vehicle, it was painted bright orange rather than the deep red I selected. The manager was aggressive, abraisive and tried to gaslight me into thinking it was the color I chose. Only after I threatened to call the corporate office did he agree to fix the mistake.Like many people, I was lured by the affordable price. I deeply regret ever bringing my vehicle to MAACO. The manager is unfit to interact with customers and if I could give it zero stars I would have.

Ok my experience for the first time taking my vehicle there was not the best yes I got a deal Ill give them that but that deal came with the following dropped off my car on august 6th was supposed to get it the 16th that got changed to the 27th the day before the 27th was so much extra I dealt with in the since it wasnt ready then I had to keep calling to figure out the status of my car then at pick up on 8/31 to realize my driver window didnt go down and inside pieces was broken like driver side panel under steering wheel went back on 9/1 so a worker can refix that Francisco made everythin right got my window to work and was the only person to show any love and interest to get me right no one else gave any interest that was my experience even though there was more but never again I liked macco but I always dealt with Scott RIP or Jr at American paint thats where Ill be doing my business

I could not believe how terrible the customer service was. I got 5 quotes from surrounding areas and they were double the price for HALF of the work. Hung up on my in the middle of me asking a question on my first call.. its shocking how awful the customer service was.. zero integrity. . I am a very polite and soft spoken female so it was not like he was rude because I was being rude.. i was being nice and respectful . Would NOT recommend. How could i trust somebody to do a good job painting my trailers when they treated me so disrespectful from the first conversation. Clearly he does not give a care about his name/work.

Great service and stands by their warranty. I showed them some paint that was coming off and no questions they had me scheduled to come in as soon as I was able. They got the work done in three days and cleaned the car inside and out.

They sent me an email for a 50% off paint coupon. I book an appointment and show up A DAY LATER and they say oh that expired last week. There is no expiration date on the email. Guess the guy just didn’t like me . Not impressed. Email said under new management, they might want to make another change. Find another location.

Body work coming out of a tweekers garage is better than these guys. The painter, I think his name was Dan had to redo the paint due to bad body work. I wont bring my cars back here or recommend. And the new owner is clueless and rude.

This Maaco branch location in Kent did a horrific job of painting my passenger side doors. First off they made additional scratches and the paint job had TONS of bubbles in it, which ultimately leads to the peeling of the entire paint on the body of the car. Then not only that they use a plastic film that goes over the car, and they placed this plastic film incorrectly on my car which baked onto it. For this, they did nothing to help and said it was not their responsiblity. YET THEIR WORKERS DID THE ADDITIONAL DAMAGE TO MY CAR. Now I have to find another detail shop to get it fixed. STAY CLEAR from these people, they take shortcuts and do not use high-quality products or skillmanship.

Worst place I can go first they were suppose to be done my car in two weeks took a month in a half then when car was finally done they painted it wrong color and tried to force me to take it and give me discount for something I didn’t like then after arguing they decided to repaint it but I can tell they just painted over old color and still was not color I wanted but close enough I just took cause been 2 months now at this point but over all they don’t know colors they try force u take something u don’t want and they still over charged for it I think

Took car in on 10-22. Was told it would be done on 10-28 no call. I called on 10-29 was told it wouldnt be ready until 11-3. It was. They painted the bumper and replaced the tail light. When I left the parking lot my gf flagged me and said I had no taillight or turn signal on the side that was replaced. I took it back. They put back the old bulbs and didnt check to see if they worked, at that time I noticed some scratches on the car that werent there when I took it in. Today they are going to put touch up paint on them. The bumper looks good.

Very bad last 2 vehicles I did with them came out bad and the last vehicle I took them took almost 10 months to get done and they still left unsanded Bondo noticeable behind the bumper Ive been doing business with them for over 10 years I dont think Im going to do business anymore with them

Told me it was going to take 3-5 business days but ended up taking 8. Which meant I had to get a rental car for 10 days that I spent over $900 on because I am under age. Even after I told them how much of an inconvenience this was they still took their sweet time on fixing my car. Definitely would not recommend to anyone.

I had my 72 SS Nova painted there, paint turned out very nice for the money I had spent. After some time the paint acquired a couple of imperfections, so I brought it back down to Joel and his team, the manager Jeff took a look at the car and agreed to fix it asap with no excuses .Unfortunately the paint was a metal flake, which ment they needed to paint the whole car again.My car was returned in no time and was better then I expected .Many thanks to Joel and his team for the hard work and effort to make my car their priority!And for the record my car was full of stereo and high end car parts, all in which, were still there when I got my car back.Thanks guys !

Paid out of pocket to fix a problem. The problem got fixed but another problem occurred. The break light was not working! The technitian said: I dont know whats wrong. Youd need to take to the dealership now.

Crappy painting work and still charge an arm and a leg. If you have an expensive car pay a bit more and go to a professional paint shop where they do flawless paint spraying in a clean environment. Cause Maaco aint giving a damn about your car. And if you do go to Maaco with an old clunker trying to save a few bux make sure you dont let them paint it in single-stage painting. Cause your car will still look like s-t despite the new paint.Regardless of single or two-stage painting they do a horrible paint work. I dont know how long theyve been in this business but any paint shop sprays the paint in a clean dust-free environment. At Maaco your car or parts are gonna have lots of air bubbles and dirt on them. And they will tell you to buff/polish that yourself. Yeah, right. Whats the point of saving a few bux if I have to hire somebody to do that and PAY A FEW MORE HUNDRED DOLLARS. They are jokers. Anyway, I do not recommend Maaco. I am still mad at them for such a BS painting job.

Once again these guys knocked it out of the park. They painted my fiberglass mustang hood and It looks great. 11/4/20 If you need a great job done at a reasonable price. This is the spot. Nice job reasonable price. Color match was spot on! Ps the Wife’s Volvo hood still looks great...I had them paint the hood only on a Volvo XC90 7/7/19 silver.... asked a friend to tell me what I had repaired and he couldnt... ya thatll work

I had my 05 sti done with this Maaco, Jeff promised they would do a quality job for an affordable price and they delivered, they repaired my broken bumpers and fixed the digs all over the car, now my old lady look brand new, i highly recommend this Maaco, and would most definently use them for my next project.

ATTENITION BEOFRE GOING Had the most horrible experience with these guys. Brought in my (Toyota Prius) working very nice got it back from them with the hybrid battery not working properly at all. I dont know what they do. I wouldnt recommend this place. Its worth spending more at some other body shop.
