Work was fast (next day) and price was very fair. Felt like these guys take pride in their work - professional and trustworthy.Car looked like new and was washed & cleaned before pickup.

Bus was not running and had many a mechanic make an attempt, but where others fall short, my man Bob soars above all else with his impeccable skill and ability to make the Cummins roar again and my head spin with his record time..... what more could you ask for?!?

Could of been better. After I pick up the car. Found masking paper and tape inside the gas cap cover when I was refueling. Over spray on windows. The last thing was my driver side carpet was dirty UNDERNEATH my floor mat. Little extra time would of gone a long way

How many 5 star reviews does this shop need... well here is another one. In my case the location was just as important as quality (walking distance from my business) and with the other good reviews it was a no brainer. The result: very professional restoration on a hail damaged car plus a high quality paint job. What impressed me the most was how much personal involvement by the owner went into this project. Since I was not in a hurry, I was able to stop by and see each step of the work and he was always excited to show me how things were going. You dont get that in a mass production collision chain shop. Based on this experience, I would not hesitate to trust this shop with high end repair work or complete restoration on a priceless classic.

Dropped off my new truck canopy to have it painted to match new truck. Dropped off at 10am and it was ready same day @ 5pm. Looks great. Friendly staff and i would definitely recommend them for auto body/paint work.

Place is fantastic. They gave great advice and changed my key battery for free. 2 months later I noticed they forgot to connect my power locks after replacing my back door they did it for me in 5 minutes.

Brought my 2017 Jeep Grand Cherokee to their shop for a back quarter panel repair and they did a phenomenal job. When I picked up my car to the shop it looked so brand new again. No hints of different shade on the paint at all. It didnt look like it had an accident. All fully detailed also. Would definately recommend this place!Also, do not let their new location fool you, their work is worth 5 star!

Very very very nice people. Very reasonable prices and service. Just excellent all around. I found them by accident and was so delighted with the result. Their place is very unassuming - they didnt even have business cards so I could take one. But they did a beautiful job on my car and were as proud of their work as I was delighted with it.

These folks worked on my car on two different occasions and the prices are reasonable. first is when I had an accident, second when I wanted Some cosmetic upgrades. The work was awesome on both times and They are straightforward with your questions and will do their best to help you with your needs. Do not, and I mean do not let their location fool you, the new area has alot of competition, But I can say that its a bigger facility and these guys earned my trust. I will be back here for more cosmetic work if need to.

This is the second time Ive used this shop and they have been excellent to work with both times. Estimates/charges were reasonably priced and didnt change. Work was completed when they said it would. The owner obviously takes pride in keeping customers happy. I hope I never need a body shop again, but if I do, Ill be using them.

I wish i can give 6 stars for a review. By far, this has been THE best body shop Ive been to my entire life. Dont let the outside appearance fool you, the staff is very friendly, and I had great conversations with the owner. He has owned this place for 17 years and business is good!I came to this shop to get my rear bumper fixed from someone rear ending me. I was wanting to get my front end fixed as well, to get my custom bodywork patched up. He ended up fixing the front end for FREE, and he said it was on the house. (It would have cost around $300). Upon dropping my car off, the owner even personally drove me back to my place. I couldnt ask for a better experience, and i highly recommend this place to anyone else.

I am super impressed by the integrity of this place. We went in after a collision for an estimate making it clear that we only cared about functionality. The repair guy came out and just unbent the metal for us for free and said we really dont need to repair it if thats all we care about. They passed up a $1,300 estimate to do the right thing! We will come back here in a heartbeat anytime we do need a repair in the future.

I damaged my front drivers side fender, side panel, and door turning to quickly and into a structural pole in a garage. Bratch was able to look at my car and take it the next day. They had it from Wednesday to Saturday, and they did an excellent job! The car looks like new and they even vacuumed and cleaned the rugs! Service was professional and brief, and repair cost exactly what was estimated, no funny business here! Highly recommend!

Bratch did a great job fixing up some dents and chipped paint in our truck. They were very friendly and did the whole job in one day and for half the price of some of the other quotes I got. I will take it to them again if I ever need anything in the future!

This part was ready and dried in 4hours of a unplanned appointment..I offered to pay more just for squeezing me in an unplanned appointment as Surinder simply replied he will not charge me more just simply leave a real review as all his business is word of mouth for the pass 20 years! Choose Bracht based on good Google and Yelp reviews for repair of superficial damage to side doors from damage done in a parking lot. A $3000 repair job.The good: the repairs were well done and of good quality. Ultimately, this is what mattersThe bad: Was told on two occasions that car would be ready, only to then told it was not - a delay of a day and inconvenience to reschedule pickup twice. A wheel was to be replaced and it was not - I had to point this out in order for charge to be removed.

Got a parking garage dent in my (new to me) Evoque, and wanted to repair without hassling with insurance. They did an amazing job at a great price! Dropped it off on a Wednesday and picked it up in time for the weekend shining like new!!

DO NOT GO HEREI went into the main office which was under construction. I have a squeeking noise on the bottom of my car. Some Indian guy who looks like he doesnt know a thing about cars insists that he drives my cat to see the noise. The vibe I got from his was he either wanted to steal my car or kidnap me. I asked if he had a license and he replied Are you serious man? I asked he he owned the place and he goes Come on man. My instincts said he either wanted to steal my car or kidnap me. The location already looks kinda ghetto. Dont go here

Working with Bratch Auto Body was a fabulous experience; I really couldnt have asked for a better experience and have recommended their services to all of my friends. I recently hit my Prius on a cement support pole in my office parking lot and did some pretty significant damage to the back right passenger door and wheel well. Bratch Auto Body was the least expensive bid I received and also had the shortest estimated time line in terms of work performed. The damage to my car was going to require 2-3 weeks according to other shops and Bratch had my car back to me in one week. In addition to being cost competitive and timely; they made it a pleasure to work with them. Their delivery service picked up the vehicle at my condo and returned it to me as well; they even offered to give me a ride to the car rental place. The work done was BEAUTIFUL- Ive had several people comment on how you cant even tell there was an accident. I will never go anywhere else and cant recommend their services highly enough.

They even helped the Lyft driver who brought me there to pick up my car. He had a small dent they popped out really quick at no charge.
