They have such great experts and the atmosphere is very friendly. The product recommendations are super good too. Im really picky and they found and eyebrow pencil i actually like omg with a primer that doesnt make my skin feel weird.

As someone who works in retail, i know the difference between good & bad customer service. that being said, the staff made me feel really uncomfortable with a return i was trying to do for a product that was damaged upon opening. i understand it probably looked sketchy because 28 days passed (their return policy is 30 days after purchase), but i usually work closing shifts at my job so it’s hard to make it in. all things considered, i probably won’t be going back any time soon :/

Was not a fan of the customer service I received recentlyI went in to return a purchase I had madeI even had the receiptI stopped at the Fenty Beauty section to see if they had the primer I was originally wanting (hence the reason for my return, I grabbed the wrong one)The lady who rang me up was really niceAsked why I was returningTold her 2 items I didnt like and the other item I just grabbed the wrong oneOne of the workers there who had seen me go to the Fenty Beauty section first goes out of her way to go behind the cashier and just looks at my stuff and the receiptIt was weird, rude, and completely unnecessaryDont bother coming hereI have a bad experience every time I go in there, this one was just it for meGo to ULTAThey go above and beyond for you therePlus they provide excellent service every visitWhether you have a full face or not

We recently moved here from Seattle. Although this Sephora is really small compared to what I’m used to, I have always been satisfied. Every time I come in here with my two kids, trying to rush in and out, I have ran into Shawna. She’s always so quick to give me advice and suggestions. The first time I was here we spent about 30 minutes together, trying to find the right product. She is very patient and sweet. I highly recommend that if you’re coming in here ask for her, you won’t be disappointed.

They followed me around like if i was going to steal, i felt really uncomfortable because they were all just staring at me, i was just trying to shop but they kept on bothering me, i had both of my airpods in, thinking that they won’t bother me since i’m obviously listening to music but no. idk i just felt really uncomfortable, not buying from this Sephora again.

Very busy, but the ladys who work here are amazing! My only complaint is they tend to be out of stock on a few products - I dont really consider that theyre fault with as busy as they stay. Keep it up! You are so much better than Ulta! :)

I will never shop another make up department. Yes Sephora is expensive. But the reality is all makeup and skincare care departments are expensive. But Sephora is the only one I go into that actually treats customers respectfully. They are kind and helpful and knowledgeable. And they dont mind taking their time to help their customers. If you go ask for Tracy, she is a top notch employee.

I love sephora, but every time i stop in for something i want or need, there is never enough employees to help. End up standing around waiting for someone for far too long. Very frustrating.

If I could post a 0 I would, worst customer service ever! I never write reviews, but I will here. I got lashes for my birthday a few days ago and I didn’t like them, never ever wore them nothing! I come in and they tell me I can’t return them because I’ve worn them. I’ve never worn them! Super rude and unprofessional, don’t know why Sephora always has the worst workers

The absolute worst Sephora I have ever been into. As somebody who works customer service, I honestly don’t know how they haven’t fired that entire team yet. I always shop ULTA, but unfortunately only Sephora sells the foundation I need. There has been many instances in which Sephora has baffled me, but today was by far the most frustrating. I went in to exchange my foundation for a different color. The lady tried to tell me that she can’t look up my previous purchases by my Beauty Insider Card. I thought, well that’s weird considering they always look up my purchases to help me find the right shades I’ve bought in the past. So I leave and then google their exchange policy, of course it says they can look up my account for an exchange. So I called the store to ask, not even 10 minutes after being told no, and the woman on the phone said that they can. (After I waited on hold multiple times because they’re so understaffed apparently.) I wasn’t asking for money back, I just wanted an exchange. Something ULTA has done for me many times with absolutely no issues. This Sephora needs to get it together.
