Worst pharmacy ever!! They are always so rude and take DAYS for prescriptions! Had a prescription sent in by my dr and it took two days! When I called to check - they were so incredibly rude about it! It was time sensitive medication as well and they still didn’t care! They need to either get new staff or retrain them all on how to be kind.

This is absolutely the worst pharmacy to go to. Terrible customer service and they mess up your prescription. When I went back to let the pharmacy know that they had given me the wrong prescription they tried to blame me for their mistake. The lady that helped me was on shift around 7:45 pm and she had dark brown hair and wore glasses. She gave me the worst attitude and cut me off multiple times while I was trying to explain to her that SHE made a mistake. Very very unprofessional and that lady needs to be fired. What if I was allergic to a med that they gave me by mistake? What if I would of had a reaction? I’m sure the pharmacy still would’ve tried to blame me for THEIR mistake. I hope no one else is out there with the wrong med because it seems to happen at this Rite Aid too often. Terrible pharmacy.

First of all you have to wait four or five hours before they will fill your prescription and then you are going to wait in line for 47 minutes. There was 5 people standing in line and it took 47 minutes to get to the front of the line. That is horrible service. Slow staff, slow pharmacist, slow pick up in line and drive thru. This is the last place to get your prescriptions filled.

I used to love this store, still do and thats why theres 2 starts instead of none. Within the last month, there has been a couple of different situations with the Pharmacy. One Pharmacist; Rosalie in particular. Rosalie has a problem understanding basic skills needed to preform her job effectively. She will refuse to fulfill basic needs such as filling a medication that an insurance refuses to pay for. She will not allow you to pay for it out of pocket. She will not take any time to listen to why your medication is important, and that you are willing to pay out of pocket even though she already should know what the medications are for, and how serious they are. I switched my pharmacy because of her.

Horrible pharmacy. Got a prescription for antibiotics sent there for my girlfriend, which was supposed to be paid for by the Department of Health according to Total Care Clinic. I went and picked up her meds, prescription in hand, and they gave me anti depressants for someone else. Girlfriend went back to tell them and they gave her so much attitude for it. What’s even worse is the head pharmacist was one of the lady’s being extremely rude. If you want beer and snacks this is the place, because the people at the registers are always polite, but the pharmacy is absolutely horrible. I will forever drag rite aids name through the friggin mud over this. At no point in all of this we’re me or my gf at fault, but for some reason the people at the pharmacy seemed to think that they could do no wrong and that they’re perfect people.

My daughter just had a CSection and the hospital expedited her pain medication so she didn’t get behind with her pain. The pharmacist proceeded to acid my wife for expecting the prescription to be complete and told us to return in 3 hours. Apparently she knows more about my daughters health than the hospital she was just released from. Get prescriptions elsewhere!

Ive shopped and refilled my prescriptions here for over 20 years. Everyone is friendly and professional. If I need a vaccine, they call me. They let me know when prescriptions are refilled. For Seniors, this is helpful. Cant imagine going anywhere else.

Well, the pharmacy lines can be pretty long, however, the two gentlemen with dark curly hair that worked up front were very kind to me and my husband, they offered help with finding items, they double bag our items, not too talkative but extremely nice and great customer service! Retail is killing it!!

This is the WORST pharmacy I have ever witnessed. The woman working the drive thru window on 11/7 at around 10pm with dark curly hair needs to get a new job or a better attitude. She asked me over and over the date of birth until i finally said it very slowly for her to understand. Then She told me she still couldn’t find it so I stated the name and date of birth for her when she began rolling her eyes at me. EXCUSE ME but it’s not my fault you couldn’t understand the first 5 times I said it. If you hate your job that bad get a different one.

The worst EVER!!!!!!!!!!!The workers (pharmacy) let the job go to their head. Inappropriately rude. They just lost me as a customer. Atleast this one. BEVIN is the lady’s name that was rude and unprofessional when getting my blood pressure medication. She should feel lucky to have a job right now. But seems like they get away with treating customers wrongly.

Service is great throughout the store and pharmacy but the pharmacy does not do well in contacting the customer when they are out of a certain medication, this is frustrating because I’d had to call or go in person to pick up thinking my medicines were filled when In reality they didn’t even have them.

Lets get this right... I actually love Rite-Aid...especially the one in Hermiston Oregon (sales tax free) but this location wow! First off they quit carrying my wine 🍷! Next off their point system sux as points expire in 30 days. Their bathrooms are locked at night tho this store open 24 hours! And when I asked an associates help on whether or not to get a flu or shingles shot she went into long anti-vacc diatribe against. Since shes only a cashier maybe I shouldnt have asked her opinion...my bad! And lastly, this location especially at night is wack. There are a lot of people who solicit money or cigarettes.

STAY AWAY This is the most unprofessional pharmacy staff I’ve ever had the “pleasure” of dealing with. They talked down to me like I was dumb and were extremely rude and snippy on the phone. I was just trying to fill a prescription and now I will have to call a better pharmacy to actually do their job. I would never recommend anyone get they’re prescriptions through here. This pharmacy is the most unprofessional pharmacy I’ve ever encountered and I used to be a technician. I have had countless issues with them over the years but my current one is unforgivable and is icing on the cake. I have been out of my meds for EIGHT DAYS and first the prescription was sent in and nobody contacted me to let me know the meds were out of stock. What pharmacy doesn’t let their patients know that their meds aren’t in stock so they can discuss with their dr if it’s a crucial issue OR check other pharmacies? So I called and they order it and tell me it’ll be 2 days. I wait and nothing happens. I call and ask them where my meds are and they tell me they’re out of stock and need to be ordered despite the fact they already were supposed to be ordered 3 days prior. Ok, order them again. It’s been 3 more days and I still don’t have meds. So then we order them again and here I am on day 8 with no meds and I was PROMISED I would have my medicine TODAY and here I am, without my meds, at 11pm. It takes a lot to make me angry and I am angry. There is zero excuse for this and they have barely communicated anything to me during any of this. What’s worse is I have a hard time getting my prescription filled every month and ALWAYS they fail to communicate to me. I will be taking this prescription to a competent pharmacy after this where I can trust my health to be taken seriously.

The drive thru has the most ridiculous wait time. 3 cars in front of me, and it take 45 mins. They are absolutely worthless. Apparently they cant put a note in the computer for a time I would like to pick up my prescription for the next day. Which the rite aid in puyallup would do so I could pick it up on my way to work. This rite aid said i would have to call the night time people. I was there at 4:30. Like really worst pharmacy ever

Staff on duty at time was rude and very short. Told me I could not wait instore even though the meds were breathing treatment and antibiotics for an infant. Called the manager and meds were ready in 20 minutes. Wish they had more compassion and common sense for customer service. Our kids mom worked here for 4 years, so she knows how things run and this isnt it. Will be changing where my families scrips get sent!

Slowest pharmacy in the entire universe!!!! Not only that, but they keep conveniently deleting prescriptions. When I keep asking questions about it they end up saying they will call my doctor in the morning. Its been 4 days and nothing has changed. They always give you a time your refill will be ready (usually 6-24 hours) and when you go to pick it up they come up w some BS reason as to why it STILL isnt ready. Most of these medications are EASY to fill. For example, a medicated cream. Slap the label on, rite aid.. lets go!!! Do they realize people are sick and need their medications??!! Also, the drive thru is a joke. Takes even longer than going inside.

I had the worst toothache of my life and went to the emergency room at midnight. And I got a prescription from the ER doctor. I had a problem where they overcharged my debit card by $60. When I spoke with a supervisor about it they were very inconvenienced about my problem and assured me that the charge would be reversed. One week later it had not been. When I called back I was told I would need to go through Visa and my bank to take care of it. It was arduous and took 7 more days to get back the money I wasnt suppose to have been charged in the first place. I would have gladly taken cash but that was out of the question. I no longer shop there.

Had the doctor send my sons persciption to the pharmacy at 11am, then at 4 i dropped off another prescription due to the fact it was technically a controlled substance. They take my id and tell me it will be done in two hours. I go back and they have no clue what is going on with the prescription i dropped off and the other one wasnt filled yet either. This is at 630. So i have them hunt down my script which they then tell me they cant fill and hand back to me after 30 mins of waiting for them to even find.... worse pharmacy ever.

I have used rite aid for 2 years. It took me about 3 months to realize the time they give for your prescription to be completed isnt correct. I have shown up 30 minutes after the time given and it wasnt done. I was on my way out of town for the weekend and didnt pick them up until I got back. On a second situation I showed up when they were supposed to be completed, to find out they werent once again. I ended picking them up the next day since It was late and i didnt feel like going out again after i got home. The 3rd time i called it and shown up an hour after the pick up time to be told its not completed. I then expressed my concern about the last 3 times I tried to fill my prescription and she was apologetic. I left and pick them up the next day. So ignore there pick up times. Call it in a day early. There food and drinks are nearly convenient store prices. Staff are human and cant be friendly and cheerful every second of every day. With that said, I have never had a bad experience with the staff. I would give them a 4 star if the pharmacy was remotely accurate with there prescription completion times. Im lucky to be able to skip my meds for a few days without any side effects but I know some people need them. I recommend calling your meds in 24 hours earlier or going somewhere else.

This is the only place to go for your prescriptions. Use the drive thru window to pick up your meds. During the week the ladies that serve you at the drive thru are the kindest and sweetest women you could ever meet~! Fact. 7 years Ive used RiteAid and never had a bad experience.

If I could give 0 stars I would. The phar.qcy staff us incredibly rude, which is a gross understatement. Id rather get punched in the face then deal with them again. Ive been thinking about switching for 4 months now but kept trying to give them a chance thinking maybe the staff all randomly were having a bad day when I came in. Judgemental, rude, completely lacking anything resembling empathy, sympathy or basic human emotion. I dread going in and strongly encourage everyone to steer clear. The store portion is typically clean and the front counter staff are friendly most of the time, it is just the inhuman garbage pharmacy staff I take issue with. If anyone from rite aid reads this, your pharmacy staff should be ashamed of how they have treated me over the last few months.

Please change pharmacies if you cannot be without medicine 25% of the time and do not have time or resources for delays. Chronic delays. Returned prescription to dr twice then told me they had not received. Documented dishonesty. Blamed me, my dr, my insurance, the fact they are busy (essentially blaming their other customers) for their poor performance and business practices. 2 hours to 2 week delays in refilling routine non-narcotic yet vital prescription medications. Once waited 4 day weekend for antibiotic. Wastes my Drs time and mine. Scary how they treat peoples health.

Worst pharmacy ever!!! Called caused my app was doing error vode. My script always comes in from 10pm tge to 6 am tge same day i see my dr. Well some pharmacists Crystal!! Told me i dont need to call cause my script would not come in the middle of the night. When I told her she was completely wrong got very rude!!! Refused to give my her full name to make a complaint. I was in the Rite Aid on Eli Street, Kennewick, WA to fill a prescription for my granddaughter who is in a very high risk pregnancy after losing two babys already. She had just moved here from Libby, MT, at that time juggling two insurances. The staff and manager bent over backwards to get this done, calling insurances, coordinating services,a containsurances, etc. It took three hours, successfully I might add. Everyone in the pharmacy were pleasant and professional all that time. Im getting ready to change pharmacies to this store. Thank you all so much!

I dont even give them a whole star maybe half. Worsw pharmacy ive been to in any town or state. Rude and they will lie to u and say ur script isnt in so ur call your dr looking like a fool. Rude, rude, rude, and then when you think its all over, rude some more. I dont understand why people work in the customer service industry if they hate people so much. And its not just a couple of them either, its pretty much every single person in the pharmacy dept. Itd be one thing if it was just one bad apple, but this is ridiculous. Whatever you do, dont ask if you can just wait for your Rx instead of coming back 8 hours later.

This pharmacy is absolutely the worst pharmacy and the most un ethical place Ive ever been! They are the slowest and they obviously dont practice the hippa law THE DRIVE THRU IS the most rudest and slowest place. I dropped off my medicine at 3 pm they told me it wouldnt be ready till 10 really 7 hours and I go at 11pm and its still not ready and for 20 min they supp lost half the meds and they conviently found them but of course still didnt fill it imbeciles and the associate started talking all loud now the whole line knows my medication aint that against the law? I suggest anyone who needs meds go elsewhere and if everyone quits going to rite aid on Kennewick ave maybe they will fire there whole staff and get better workers in there to take care of or very important needs!!!!!!

It seems at every turn they are screwing up orders, they fail to notify you if there is a problem, they cant even read whats on the script like dont fill tell (next month) then when you cant get your meds they act like it was your fault. Even when I call they are rude and dont seem to understand basic concepts. I would suggest to everyone out there DO NOT USE THIS PLACE. Just called to find out how long my daughters prescription was going to take and they told me 8pm tonight. Thats 6 hours from when I called and all it is is Amoxicillin & Zyrtec. Shes 18mo old with a painful ear infection. Why the hell does it take that long. I shouldve read the reviews on here before choosing this location. I know not to go here next time.
