I needed a bunch of photos (164 qty. 4x6 ) printed for an event tomorrow and they had them done in 2.5 hours. And I got 65% off because of one of their specials was for over 65 prints!Pretty sweet deal for high quality prints. Seriously. I’m getting photo books made today!

Went to store on 10 -2-21 got 9 items paid at cashier, then was told they had no bags. I told them I wanted my money back, then they found a 20 gallon trash bag and charged me 10 cents for it.

When you look up open pharmacies near me Walgreens is one of the first ones that pops up for my area so I called talked to somebody about an over-the-counter drug which they said theyd have in stock went to the store and the pharmacy was actually closed

Never ever EVER taking my business here again. Tonight I was shopping for one of my customers, asked 2 associates to help me find a product and they said they couldn’t because I worked for another company! WHAT?!? They missed out on a sale and all future sales for my customers because I will never shop there again. HORRIBLE customer service.

The store on 27th ave has Horrible service Ive depended on this Walgreens for 16 years to refill my prescription needs, and their computers messes up every time, telling me my prescription is available for pickup when its not even time, also its in for pickup and not even available at the suggested store.Ive asked for auto refill and i get no alerts, it drops off every month forgetting to remind me. What is more important tho to me than anything else is my prescription being private, and this last time when i went in, the conversation was on why my prescription wasnt available, but instead of telling me my prescriptions medical name, he blurted out what it was disigned to do !!! (Everyone turned and looked at me ), I cannot stand this Walgreens lack of professionalism, if I knew of another place I could go for my prescription needs I would go there and for this give them one star.

During a recent trip to Kennewick I needed to fill two prescriptions. While my hometown, privately owned pharmacy didnt seem to be able to accomplish the transfer, the pharmacy technician took it upon himself to call my insurance company and get a vacation over-ride so I wouldnt be without my medication.From my previous experience with other pharmacies, this was going above and beyond to help me. I was amazed! 😁

Always find what Im looking for higher price and picture are not always perfect

I typically get good customer service at this location. My coupons are always accepted at all walgreens locations. Today i was highly unsatisfied! Cashier and assistant manager were great but they had no knowledge on enfanmil coupons. I typically get enfanmil coupons mailed to me monthly. I show up and grab what i need. I give the coupons to the cashier and she thinks it’s a wic coupon. I tell her no it’s an enfamil coupon mailed by the manufacture company. She calls the asst. manager. The coupon has clear instructions on what to do with it. He said he has to contact the store manager to find out if they accept it and it might take a while because he typically doesn’t answer right away.Store manager-can you please train employees to have knowledge on coupon policies and instructions. I love Walgreens! I’ll continue to shop here but i would really like to use my coupons.

Convenient place to shop if you dont want to drive to Walmart

Thank you to the wonderful Walgreens pharmacist who pushed my prescription through in about ten minutes this morning. I felt horrible and needed to get back home and his speed really helped.

Pharmacy staff was very short & abrupt on the phone today. Was attempting to update my insurance information & was told I needed to bring in my card; this was not possible as Im still waiting for it to arrive in the mail. I called the Richland pharmacy & they were much more accommodating & I was able to update my insurance information over the phone with them so now I can get my prescriptions refilled. Thank You Richland Walgreens!!!

Online says they are a 24 hour pharmacy. we havent been 24 hour in 5 yearsPlease update your hours so prescriptions arent sent to where they wont be available

Since when does a Walgreens direct a customer to use a bathroom at Panda Express? Well thats exactly what Loren did at the pharmacy here. Will never be using this location again as she wasnt even apologetic that the bathrooms were a little messed up and closed for cleaning. Doesnt help either that the item I stopped for, which the shelf showed on sale, was only on sale with their damn card. I dont do cards and Im incredibly disappointed that I didnt just go to the grocery store instead.

Great place too shop for last minute things like makeup etc etc...

The pharmacy here is awful. They screwed up my order two times in a row....and that was after having to wait forever to get scripts filled! Even in the middle of the day I had to wait 30 minutes.....and I was the only one there! Rude people working in the pharmacy as well. I wont be going back.

I was extremely disapointed with how I was treated at this location. I was already having a rough day and I did not appreciate being approached so crudely by what seemed like the manager at the time. An unpleasant experience
