Every time I come into this store I always get a hard time from the manager who acts like it’s such an inconvenience to print out a document that I have to pay for. She even tried to tell me that I have to tell them a day in advance when I need to print out a simple piece of paper. After I told her that I was leaving a review on here she used a statement that I feel was racial towards me. I have since called corporate and I will be filing suit for defamation of character. I will come back to update this comment after speaking with the regional manager in regards to this issue.
I was treated awfully by a woman with dark black short hair who looks fairly Indian if I’m not mistaken. She treated the gentleman in front of me very polite (white male) but she humiliated me (by the way I’m African American). I asked her where should I put the mailing address on the envelope and she raised her voice and said “ma’am I’m pretty sure you went to school here so you should know where to put the mailing address”. I then stated to her “ You will not talk to me like that”. Then she said “well fine you can leave” while walking away from me and throwing her hands up as if i wasn’t worthy of customer service from her. I will never ever recommend anyone come to this location. It seems that you will be treated according to your race.
Absolutely love this store! I have been utilizing this store for over a decade and love the customer service. Professional every-time I need to fax, drop off things to shred and just to mail anything.
The manager here has either been stealing or throwing out my Amazon returns, because my packages have not been getting back to the buyer. Because of this I will have to pay hundreds of dollars on returns I no longer have and gave to her. THIS IS INSANITY AND ILLEGAL!!
I have been a customer at this UPS Store for 14 years now. They are simply excellent - the very best! Its probably my favorite place to do business. Every time I walk in the door they are excited to see me, ask about my children and family, and are eager to help me ship my packages or help with whatever I need. Ive used their notary services several times. I also have my school carpool signs laminated every year there, too. I just bring in whatever I need shipped, most of the time I need packaging as well, and they take it from there. If theres ever something that I ask for and that they cannot accommodate, I am politely told why and I respect their rules and limitations. I will never take my business or packages anywhere else!
Woman manager is RUDE, INCOMPETENT, and to top it all off a their. She stole my packages after being so rude to my bf and I that we were just going to go to another location. UPS must not care who holds their name anymore. Franchise or not, this vile woman needs a reality check. You can’t treat people, including her employees (in front of all the customers) that way. I can’t believe with all the negative reviews she still has any customers.
Came in to send out multiple return packages and the women working (of Indian descent) (only saying a description due to no name tag) was EXTREMELY RUDE. Talked to us like we were stupid and very demeaning until we were sick of it and told her we would just go to another UPS store. She then proceeded to keep our items that were under the same scan code so now we have to get a another code made because she refused to give us our other items back. On top of that, she was talking very condescending to her Employee, Austin. Who btw was AWESOME. I’ve already filed a complaint with corporate and will be following up with them as well. Just go to the next store until this lady is gone!! Even the other gentleman that was in there was siding with us and said she was crazy. Come on now UPS, we’re just trying to send mail. Shouldn’t of had this kind of interaction with an employee for any reason.Do better.
The manager here is so rude was not helpful at all she honestly makes me feel uncomfortable when i come to the store. I will be using FedEx instead.
I am in and out of this store at a minimum once a week and feel that I (and my business) is treated with great respect. My preference is to find locally owned or franchised businesses and to make them mine by introducing myself, getting to know the owner and employees and treating everyone with kindness, respect and gratitude. This ensures a great human interaction and that is the relationship I have with Tarana and her employees.
I have been using this store since 2016. I wouldnt use any other ups store for my personal or business needs. They have shipped all types of packages for me stateside and internationally, printed business cards, and provided design work and printed all types of signs for my business. I have always received wonderful service since the first day that I walked into the store.
They are awesome the workers and owner of this store is more like family i have been with them for 2 yrs..they have and still are helping with my business and are doing a great job..emailing calling me to make sure we have what we need..i have also sent business owners to them and they have served them with excellence as well...we have moved further away from the store but due to the service we dont mind traveling..they give good service to all, with a smile, caring attitude..Thank you keep up the good work God bless

Terrible experience, Ive visited this location twice,manager/owner & employee on duty wasnt helpful nor friendly. Apparently I didnt fit the narrative of the wealthy locals that do business there. Less than 1 star rating, Ill definitely let UPS Corporate know of my experience.
The manager was training her newly hired lady and she was soooo rude and insulting her! Like she hired a slave or something lol. One guy from the waiting line approach her and said she needs to go home and stop insulting people. Never going there again!

Owner/Manager is rude ... no other way to put it. After suggesting that a mixup may have occurred regarding packages to separate destinations, I was invited to use the UPS Store in another location. Her employees seem intimidated and on edge. UPS corporate has apparently lowered their standards regarding who purchases and operates their franchises.
This use to be my favorite store until today. I was standing in line and waited while the staff spoke pleasantly with a caucasian woman. then a African American young man came in and I let him go before me and before he could get out what he wanted her whole demeanor changed and she literally shouted at him. When it was my turn she was the same way with me she was curt, rude and she kept rushing me through my orders which was making me nervous. I asked was she having a good day (making conversation) she replied with a curt tone I have alot of people that I have to see I was the only one in line. I packed my things and left this woman obviously has a problem with certain kinds of people Please be careful when entering this store

The lady, manager, or whatever she is, named Tanara Alam was very RUDE to my mother and I. My mother went into the store during her lunch break to fax some important documents off. Upon her walking in the store she witnessed Tanara arguing with her employees, which is very unprofessional. Especially when you have customers in your presence. Any who, the young men proceeded to help my mother but Tanara made it her business to rudely interrupt and demanded my mother to sit down in which I’m confused why she even asked her to do that. When my mom told her it’s okay, I will stand Tanara got upset and in her feelings threatening to call the police on my mom. She then proceeded to wrongfully profile my mother and falsely accused her for being a constant nuisance in the store and said she had my mother on camera from previous visits to the store. Clearly she has my mom confused with someone else because my mom hasn’t been outside in while because of COVID, yet alone this store. Her behavior is unacceptable and need to be dealt with immediately. To add, I called the store to try and defuse the situation but she proceeded to get smart and with me and hung up when I asked her what the issue was and corporates number. I called back several times and she didn’t answer. I then proceeded to call another local store and ask them for corporates number and they were very nice and understanding about the situation. Tanara knows exactly what she is doing because she then called my phone back 20 minutes later and asks if I called. Tanara has had so many complaints about her customer service skills, attitude, and rudeness towards customers. Her behavior is UNACCEPTABLE and should not be tolerated. I will be filing a complaint with UPS and contacting my lawyer.
The lady working there is very kind. I saw her working with other customers ahead of me, and she was nice with them. When it was my turn she was cordial and very nice to me. I made it a point to go on here right after and write a review because of how kind she was.
This location is awesome Tarana is always pleasant and easy going very customer friendly. The entire staff is always kind and hard working. I go here several times a week and its always a smooth transaction. This UPS store is what all of them should strive to be like. Big ups!
I have patronize this store on several occasions but I will no longer enter this store again. The store manager is not only rude, she has no customer service skills at all. She is very disrespectful to people of color. I’ve witness this on several occasions. I came in the store just to print a label. She told me I need to use the computers that’s what they are there for..... I told her but her employee always just let me email one sheet printout and she goes to say I don’t care I have other customers 😳. So I decided to leave before things turn left and she had the nerve to say I’m not doing anything use the computers or get out. I call her on the phone to get her name and corporate number. She still was rude and hung up in my face! Then she called my phone back again don’t know why but I will be calling corporate. That behavior needs to aware of......
They are the nicest people. Always friendly and helpful. Whenever I have UPS needs, I come here.
People of color be very careful of going in this store this woman is dangerous and probably would have no problem calling the police after she antagonizes you.
UPS store 4106 in Kennesaw, GA has the friendliest and most helpful people working there. We ship young trees and are in there constantly with big heavy boxes, and they never complain or get frustrated with us. They always have a smile and even help us unload boxes from the truck if they arent too busy. We really, really appreciate this store and the people! :-)

I was on vacation and had purchased too much stuff to take home on my return flight. The lady (owner) that helped me was very professional. She was a little surprised at the weight when she lifted one of the bags and told me that bag might put the shipment over the weight she had charged me. I asked her if she wanted to weigh it all before finalizing the transaction. She told me that if it did go over, it wouldnt be very costly and she would cover it. I received my shipment today. It was packed very well and all looks great. I was worried about the bags of shells I had collected on the beaches I visited, they were received the same as I left them there - not broken. Overall, a great transaction!
I can not say enough good things about this store and the people who work here! I am in the store to ship something almost every week and they are so helpful and kind! I look forward to coming in just because of how they brighten my day! When I have had problems or questions they have always helped me! It doesnt matter if they are crazy busy they always have a smile on their face and ready to help you! Trust me when I say these people are good people and care for their customers!
I went to this store yesterday evening to print out some invitations from pdf -- just as the UPS driver was arriving to load all the shipments. The employees knew many of their customers by name and were so friendly and kind to everyone. They were working rapidly to get all the last minute packages out the door with the driver, all the while being helpful to me. They gave me lots of good ideas about how to handle the invitations and even found some beautiful envelopes for me, much better than the ones I already had. I got several great ideas for the future too. Wonderful experience from wonderful people. Thank you!
The woman that runs this office is BEYOND SNIDE AND RUDE. On 3 separate occasions, she has given a lecture as to how she doesnt tape boxes here at UPS nor offer this service of placing tape on the box. And I have told her that she is the ONLY personnel that has given this malarkey of a story and that in many cities I’ve visited if some of my packages are taped and others aren’t. There is NO ISSUE posed with a simple act of taping a box closed.This woman is implementing her own personal store policy outside that of UPS! And once more she is passive-aggressively rude, not to mention the verbal insult that she threw my way as I left the store. This location is within walking distance of my old home but I will GLADLY patron/visit locations outside my area to avoid this individual.Repugnant!UPDATE!!!I went back to the store to request her name she refused...No verbal response or eye contact. I asked if there was an identifying employee number. This woman says she is calling 911. I said for what?!?! I told her you can’t mistreat people this way!...you can’t passively aggressively treat customers rudely, deny service! (Especially for pseudo policies!) ..she shuffles the gates closed and told me to leave threateningly it had NOT EVEN REACHED CLOSING TIME!!. I videoed the last portion of this interaction and will REPORT HER! Complete NONSENSE of it all!!!UPDATE!!!This woman called the police and I am now BARRED TO ENTER THIS LOCATION OR ELSE CHARGED/ARRESTED FOR TRESPASSING!!!WITHOUT A DOUBT THE MOST INSANE TREATMENT IN MY ENTIRE LIFE FROM A BUSINESS!!!WARNING!!! What I love most about Tarana and her team is the neighborhood feel they have created at this store with all of their customers. They truly care and take the time to get to know their customers on a personal and professional level. We have been doing business with this amazing team for about five years now. We have a business post office box as well as use this store for all of our printing, creative and shipping needs. One stop shopping! I have referred several friends and business colleagues who continue to do business here because of the exceptional customer service!
This UPS Store is one of the best that I have visited. The personnel cares about your packages and ensures that the packages are shipped with the best option available for shipping. They are very knowledgeable when it comes to packing various items and have the inventory needed to ship your items. Tarana even recognizes regular customers by name. You couldnt ask for a better personal touch. Their services dont stop with the physical box. They also offer all services that one could want when it comes to shipping. I went the other day and they were stuffing envelopes for a customers Christmas card mailings! Now that is truly going above and beyond.
The customer service here is laughably bad. The lady owner was overbearing, micromanaging, belittling, and plain mean to her employees. It was very uncomfortable for myself and two other customers.I began to think it was an episode of Dateline NBC and I was supposed to intervene. The tall gentleman, probably her son, was handling my business very smoothly and confidently, then the owner comes over and starts micromanaging. (I have no idea how the employees were so calm, absolute nerves of steel.) Eventually the owner lady starts making me feel anxious, speaking very fast and raising her voice at me. I was flabbergasted. I was trying to send a small letter, not even a package. I remained calm with a smile on my face and told her Im in no rush, but was fighting my reaction to walk out and go to another location.Please, owner/manager, if you read this, take a deep breath and relax a bit You dont work in the Emergency Room! No one is dying! Also...The ONLY value you can add as a franchise owner is CUSTOMER SERVICE!
Quite honestly, Ive read some of the bad reviews for this location and can not make sense of them! Ive been treated with absolutely nothing but kindness every time Ive frequented this location (which has become quite often because I love both the owners).I have watched the owner/manager, the kindest & sweetest woman, deal with some of the meanest and crappiest customers, some of whom Ive assumed have left bad reviews, and she has been nothing but kind and calm with them as well. That being said, she wins 5 GOLD STARS for her kindness.I definitely recommend this location. If you go in with a positive attitude and kindness, you will be sure to receive the same, as with ANY store you go to!

I have had two great experiences here. Staff is very patient and pleasant. I have had no trouble with Amazon returns, other UPS stores have mentioned having a processing fee, there was nothing like that here. Also very fast, even with the holiday crowd. Great service, will definitely be back.
I have been a customer of this UPS Store for the past 4 years. I mail packages primarily internationally, but also due some domestic business.I have had nothing but very pleasant experiences with this store. The owner (female) has always been very attentive, courteous and friendly whenever I am there. Ive also had several occasions when my next day packages did not arrive as promised and she got my total costs refunded. In my opinion, she has gone above and beyond and I will continue to do my business with this establishment.

I was trying to get something notarized last minute on a Friday afternoon. I tried my bank and they were unable to do it (very frustrating). However, I called this UPS Store and they told me to come on in. The lady working that afternoon was beyond pleasant. She had my documents notarized, copied, and shipped within 10 minutes. She was so sweet! I definitely recommend this store and will get all my documents notarized here from now on.

The owner of the store is miserable, rude and unprofessional.Every time I am in there I have experienced her either being rude to myself, another customer, an employee, and even customers calling in.I have witnessed her humiliating her employees and actually firing one of her employees with a room full of customers.She acts like she is doing her customers a favor by providing them with the service when we are doing her a favor by giving her our business to keep her location open.I have stop doing business there and I refuse to return.She is just awful !
Their customer service is lacking. The manager or owner or whoever she is is rude and so is the blonde. They’re condescending and don’t handle your packages with care.I sent a package through them and they said it was a guaranteed delivery on a specific date at 1:30pm. The delivery date was changed to the following day with no notification to myself or the recipient.For $60 shipping that’s outrageous.I called to see why and was abruptly cut off before I could even finish my sentence and was told there was a line of 10 or so people. Once she finally got back on the phone she kept interrupting me more every time I tried to talk. When I told her to stop interrupting me numerous times she hung up on me.Don’t do business with these low lifes.
Torana, the owner, is such a wonderful lady and makes it so easy to send and receive packages and use their business services. We always get such great and timely service!

Had to print something in color immediately so when I called for a price was told it would be about $.50 per sheet. When My print was completed I Was charged an additional $2.00 for a file access fee ( fee to open up your file). $1.50 print became $3.50 print job. When I asked the attendant said thats what UPS charges. Unfortunately I had no choice but to pay the charge since did not have enough time to go elsewhere or home. $2 isnt much but its the principle behind not disclosing fees that exceed the service. Will not be going to any UPS Store again especially if I have large print job!!!

I recently had the worst experience at this store. It was so bad after they misprinted my label for the third time in a row and I had been there over 30 minutes I walked out in exasperation. Every other customer in there while I was there was also frustrated by the poor customer service and several left without completing their transactions as well. There was a sign on the door as you walk in that said they were messy because of a remodel but it is clear its just an old messy store. Boxes all over the floors. Outdated. Etc. I was so upset by the terrible service I left without completing my transaction and will take my business elsewhere from now on. It isnt that hard to provide good customer service and there are plenty of other UPS franchises or mailing services out there. Will not be back!

The owner/manager was extremely rude to me yet very kind to the older white folks who walked through the door. I would rather you post a sign that reads “ white only”. Make it clear and save me the negative energy overload.
