Very very unprofessional and rude. Apparently the evening crew and “manager” can’t even track a package in the store I have to call customer service for that (although a earlier shift was able to do this)? Any question you ask will be responded with “customer service” shouted at you and the young lady at the door will not acknowledge you’re there until you mention that you have been standing there. The package finally showed up today at that location and I will NOT be picking it up from there. I called to request a rerouting and once again was met with the rude young lady who said “I can’t help you” and then put me on hold where I was sent to customer service. If you want to pick up a package and that’s all this place is fine but if you need any assistance or have questions I’d suggest UPS or maybe another location. Complaining that nobody will work for you is no reason to be rude to a customer who stood there for 10 minutes without even a “we’ll be right with you”. Do better. However the customer service line has been upmost helpful when I can get a human.
Staff is always great, kind and helpful with any shipment I have always needed assistance with. Little rough with chick fil a drive thru wrapped around but this place is where you want to go to get your packages and other services handled.
Staff was rude and not helpful at all. I guess corporate did not discuss the importance of customer service with the employees at this location. I will happily take time to drive to a different location.
I had to return my DirecTV equipment, and the inside of this store is very clean and has space to stand around without being shoulder to shoulder with other people. The associate working was very efficient, friendly, and quick with processing my order. I will use this FedEx facility for any shipping needs I need in the future.
This morning 3/15/21 at 9:15am I went into this location in Kennesaw off Chastain road to ship an international package of household items not commercial to Taiwan. I normally do not use this location, but it seemed convenient so I pulled in. I will not return to this location! First, I walked in and the agent barely looked at me, messed with computer, answered a phone, did not acknowledge me or say I’ll be right with you. I had to ask which desk she would like to help me at since I needed packing and shipping support. She was at the printing desk. I was told I could not ship without an EEI number. However, I explained that Taiwan is not China and no EEI is required to ship to Taiwan. The agent who was helping me would not proceed with my shipment until I gave her an EEI number. She also called another manager who also said EEI number is required for China. I again explained several more times that Taiwan is not China. Its the republic of china (Taiwan), NOT the peoples republic of China. There is a big difference and different government. Even another customer agreed with me and tried to explain. The agent made a comment about how Texas doesn’t want to be a part of USA but they are still a part of USA. I stated that it is not the same, Taiwan is a totally different country than China. Still she would not help me. She would not even try to start my order or help me with packing. So I left and went to my normal FedEx that I always ship from and they of course were happily able to assist me and shipped my package with no problems. I also called the FedEx customer service center to ask if I was wrong, they stated no that this agent in this store needs to be re-trained. My point of this is sometimes you have to trust the customer who does this frequently, I understand rules and laws change all the time - but I think this was more than a policy issue this was a logical issue. Taiwan is NOT China! And I learned that this location is a training store, I believe more training is needed on geography/history. I really think she just did not want to work? Sorry. I will continue to go to my normal FedEx Office in my local Walmart where I usually always go and never had problems and not return to this one in Kennesaw off Chastain Road. - Emily

Very unhelpful? I had a large package and it mustve threw Geneva off and she didnt help me at all. Her attitude was beyond acceptable. I will never come to this FedEx again.
Had a great experience at this location! Christian was very helpful and nice to talk with! I have a son with the name Christian so we had something in common, lol! You do not meet many people with that name! This FedEx has friendly/nice employees, great customer service, the store is clean and well organized! I also love the fact that they open so early. I live in Acworth, Ga and drove to this location for that reason! Thanks FedEx and Christian for being open so early and helping me out!!
I have been going to this location on the weekdays for over a year exclusively because the customer service has been GREAT! However, the experience my husband and I just had with the staff working was not only extremely underwhelming, but so unhelpful that I ended up leaving without my prints and will go to another location later today. If I wasnt familiar with other spectacular staff (Caitlyn) that I regularly work with M-F, solely based on this, I would never go back to this location again. I would like to think that this location would expect their employees to help someone combine a pdf for print if they were taking their job seriously.
No parking can be found around lunchtime. Two associates working, one was with a customer and the other on the computer. I stood at the counter longer than I should have for the lady on the computer to even acknowledge me. No greeting or offering of assistance from her until I spoke up. She had somewhat of an attitude when I asked a question. The Woodstock location is worth the extra drive.
Great customer service! I went in to print a business proposal and was unsure of what type of paper I should use for my document. Caitlyn was very patient as I fumbled through my decision and I was able to get exactly what I was looking for. Will be back again.
Went to them to ship rare trading cards because the post office kept losing my packages. FedEx didn’t lose it, in fact my standard 1oz envelope arrived ripped up and my customers card was ruined. Very disappointed with them as I went to them specifically for a professional shipping service and they don’t know how to ship a small envelope.
If you just want to mail some documents with a return slip, dont come here. After 30 minutes on my lunch break, they couldnt get their system to work and told me to call a hotline to solve their issue. The UPS off hwy 92 took care of me in 15 minutes. Dont waste your time here.
Juan is always so helpful. I come in to use the large copiers often and he is always there to answer my many questions with a smile. He’s been the hero of the day more than once. He’s the right kind of person you want for your stores!
I go here almost every day for shipping needs. I go to this one over all others in the area purely because of service. Juan, Dennis, and CJ consistently deliver great customer service. The one in Marietta may be really quick but the people just arent as friendly, plus this is closer to home for me. Also, way better than the one on Barrett.
1st..No where to park because of chick fil a.2nd they do not sell stamps and no post office pick up.3rd. I was trying to a 4 oz package 2 states above me. They quoted me 27.99.4th 2 people working. One guy did not want to work. And did not help anyone waiting in line.Avoid this overpriced place.
I’m currently sitting outside the Chastain location in Kennesaw and it’s 8:05am and the doors are still locked. The store was supposed to open at 7:30, I’ve been here since 7:50 and have watched 2 other people come up and leave due to the doors being locked. This is not an example of good customer treatment.
Avoid this location, Chick-fil-A drivethru blocks the enterance. Impossible to drop off shipments.If fedex corporate wonders why this location is not getting a lot of freight that’s the reason.
CJ was the only person working yesterday evening and even though this location was exceptionally busy, he delivered outstanding customer service. Not only does CJ perform efficiently, he treats the customers with kindness and respect. I’m thankful for CJ’s commitment to serve his customers. FedEx is lucky to have him, but eventually someone is going to notice this guy’s work ethic and he’ll end up somewhere he deserves. Keep it up, CJ. Any company or organization would be lucky to have you. Thank you for your pride in performance.

Unless you are white or seem to be of high standards dont expect the employees to bother with you.Been there twice and got the same unwelcomed, not important, dont ask for help some of us are busy with other customers (very legit reason, no doubt) and the rest are standing around chit chatting or pretending to be occupied cleaning the keyboards.One bitten twice shy..the only way Im going back there is if all other FedEx and UPS stores are no longer inbusiness and even then..
