We had a fantastic experience with Lily Ann Cabinets. We stopped by the showroom and met Stephanie who helped us design an island and pantry for our basement kitchen. She also referred an awesome installer, Victor Belgicas, who was great to work with. The cabinets arrived quickly and the installation was great. Top notch customer service and very responsive. This is our second time work with Lily Ann Cabinets and I highly recommend them.

I am truly amazed how easy and flawlessly Sally was able to shoot me a set of 3D plans just moments after sending her my footage. Great product and very happy with the quality. We purchased Charleston Saddle and Stephanie was our rep. (Charleston saddle is solid wood Maple front with a 1/2 solid plywood (birch/poplar) sides. It is very solid.) Stephanie answers promptly and is super helpful. And one time when I needed to call the company, I received a real person on the other end immediately. Family owned business and great customer service! Highly recommend.

There are a ton of cabinet websites online, and I reached out to them all, trying to find the best fit for my budget. The only company that contacted me back the same day and was extremely responsive to all my questions was Lily-Ann. Stephanie at the Kennesaw Ga location went above and beyond to make sure I got exactly what I needed. Can’t recommend her enough.The cabinets were very simple to assemble and install if you know your way around a drill, word glue and level.Great company great service

Stephanie and Sally are super cabinet designers with that Ga charm. Great quality RTA cabinets. Super prices. If you want a new kitchen or bath you have to go to lily Ann Cabinets.

Might be a great place to get cabinets, but well never know. We stopped by twice, closed both times. Called the number on the door and the gentleman said hed have someone call me back to schedule an appointment? Never heard back. Poor customer service, hope others have had a better experience.

You cannot match the quality of theses cabinets. Solid wood construction throughout. Highest quality drawer rails and closers. Excellent construction. A friend who helped me with the install builds his own cabinets/remodels and he could not build a better quality cabinet for the same price. He will be ordering these cabinets for future customers. Priced well below both Home Depot & Lowes and better quality construction. We could not be happier or more impressed with the entire process. If you buy you cabinets from any one else you are making a mistake!!

I have done business with Lily Ann cabinets for over 7 years and always worked with Johnny B. He has consistently been very professional and always followed through with emails and keeping me informed as to the status of my orders. When the pallet arrives everything is packaged very well and fortunately never damaged any of the cabinets. This last order part of the cabinets were in Michigan and other parts in their Florida warehouse and by the time the oder would have been assembled into one delivery would have put me behind schedule. I spoke with Hans at the Michigan warehouse who told me the issue and together we quickly came up with a solution. He had the cabinets in Florida deliver to my house by Lily Ann employees and the remainder from Michigan delivered vis a trucking company to the job site in Georgia. Hans made it happen and he always called me back to let me know the status. Between the sales rep Johnny B and Hans they have been fantastic.

Recently we visited the office looking for kitchen cabinets for our home remodeling project. We talked with Ryan and he showed us various cabinets, styles based on our expressed wishes. He was very friendly, patient with excellent customer service. We received beautiful quality cabinets. We ordered the Charleston cherry cabinets and they are beautiful. Our kitchen looks so modern and updated.The cabinets came with instructions that were easy to follow and assemble. Our customer service was great. Ryan was very personable and super helpful with facilitating the order.

This was without exception the worst experience I have had in renovating ten different houses. I ordered cabinets. I received a partial order. I was told they are coming. Then I was told they were in only to drive an hour to get them and no one was in the warehouse. After three months which created costly delays I was informed they were having shipment issues from their over seas manufacturer. When I stated that I believed I was due some compensation for my incremental expense in their lack of communication and customer service they then stated they would not sell me the remaining cabinets and I could return the ones I had IF they had not been installed, some of which had been. Which then led to debate, charge backs, and a litany of other difficulties. There are many cabinet manufacturers selling the same cabinets. As a side note the manufacturing was extremely low quality. They come unassembled and did not fit together well. Just a very sketchy organization from all perspectives.

I cant say enough good things about Ryan & Lily Ann Cabinets, we searched all around Atlanta for cabinets & after visiting Lily Ann in Kennesaw Ryan had a design drawn up and after price comparing with some other RTA cabinet companies we placed our order. There was a small mix up with a few of the cabinets but Ryan swapped them out, even delivering them to us on his day off! We have since been back for our bathroom & laundry room cabinets. A+++++ Keep up the good work!!!

I would never ever order anything from these people. When we ordered, Lily Ann Cabinets sent our order to another state. The customer service department was horrible in tracking it down and helping us get it back to us. Dont use them!!!!!!
