It was not open at 10:40 dont waste your time

Horrible experience. I went in looking for a particular pre-workout the man in there was so in helpful so uninviting. Not sure if it was because I was a woman of color or if he is just a jerk to everyone. If you don’t like customers don’t work in customer service.

Jake was very helpful. He was honest and informed me on the importance of a calorie deficit when it came to weight loss/gain. I left more educated than I came in.

Great location Not just trying to sell you any and everything in the store. Listen too you needs and make great recommendations at that point. Always greeted with a smile and great conversation. Ask for Logan or Victor you won’t regret it

The store is still OPEN, they are considered Essential. Normal business hours and they offering curbside service also. Their phones arent working, but they are Open.

I go there to get my health needs and the worker is very helpful.

The guy at the front desk was very knowledgeable and helpful, but not at all pushy.He actually looked like he went to the gym everyday and takes or has at least tried the supplements he recommended. Very reassuring to a customer.

Staff isn’t helpful and tell you to order on amazon or online on several occasions. Must be a turnover issue because there is a new employee every 4 weeks. I will stop trying to come here because I always leave empty handed

I’ve never been inside a GNC before and was interested in finding a pre workout and protein powder . When I got to the store it was 10:15 and I didn’t even know if anyone was inside because no one greeted me or said anything when I walked in. A brand that I heard about caught my eye and I was startled to hear the voice of someone behind the corner. He was on his phone so consumed with his unprofessional conversation that he didn’t even greet me when he saw me or asked if I needed assistance with anything, which I did. I looked around for a few minutes just to see if he would eventually say anything he didn’t so I left. I work in customer service and it really put a bad taste in my mouth about this location.

Helpful staff. Yes you can get supplements cheaper elsewhere, but they have a great return policy, and the staff if friendly and helpful.

Great GNC place and the young gentlemen that works there Is very knowledgeable and helpful.

Drove all the way here to see a be back in 10 minute sign waited for 15 -20 min no one there at 1:30 . Trash
