Both Eric and Jeremiah are incredibly knowledgeable about health and their products. But above all, theyre even better people. Very nice and accommodating to anyone that walks in door. Also, they carry brands no one else does which is a nice perk to an already great place!

Drove 30 minutes because I saw they had Steel Supplements. Turns out they no longer carry them. Gentleman working was extremely apologetic and was able to hook me up with a discount. Highly recommend.

This place is always super helpful, especially for a new person to the health industry. Ive easily spent 30 minutes here just asking questions to the staff, they never brush me off or make me feel stupid like many other health shops have done. They take their time make sure you understand and help you pick the right product for your needs.

Got a chance to check out this place and I was impressed. I should have gotten their names but the two guys working were awesome and knowledgeable about their products. I gave them an idea of what i was looking for and they gave tips and suggestions on what I should get. I have taken certain supplements before and mentioned them and they gave better options for me. This place is great and should not be looked over. I have sometimes gone online to purchase products due to GNCs expensive pricing, but i will be stopping here first because their prices are very reasonable. Great job guys!

I work at the Publix next to this joint and see Eric, the owner, come in occasionally to buy fruit and vegetables. I visited today for the first time, and was thrilled to see that he uses no syrups or purees - just real, organic products. My smoothie had blueberries, bananas, ice, milk, honey, and a BIT of protein. It was perfect and didnt make me feel sick halfway through. Eric is also genuinely passionate about the supplements he sells and was glad to answer my questions. I hope to come back at least once a week!
