Best place this side of town. Like seriously, they got a bit of everything while offering great tournament hosting and casual nights. Has a mediocre magic the gathering (MTG) collection which is my and many others main draw but its better than the competition. They have everything card game related from mainstream to niche, even tekken cards. They have old school SNES cartridges, new games, consoles, figures, plushies and posters. Even Gundam and Warhammer 40k figure painting!Again they host casual nights every night for varying games, everyone at the counter is a 10/10 and are specialists in their own right. Theyll get you started if youre new or just buying gifts for others. Cannot recommend enough!
Employees were super nice and helpful. Had some duplicate cards I wanted to trade in, and some others I wanted to know a general value of and they were more than happy to help. Some items are pretty fair priced, just gotta know what you’re lookin for. Thanks! Will be back.
Been going to win condition since 2018, and it used to be my favorite place to go. Everyone there is really friendly, but I think theyve just gotten to the point where theyve rearranged too much. I preferred the early days when the league tables were spread across the store so when youd first come in you would get absorbed into the energy of the people playing the games. Now its a hard barrier between the shop side and the play side, where you cant even see the tables until you go back to the play area.However my biggest irk about the way they handle things now is that you HAVE to look at their pokemon singles online through there website, and navigate through all the different set lists to view them. Now Im a collector and a good majority of my cards were purchased by going in a game shop, seeing beautiful cards that werent too expensive, and buying them. Impulse purchases if you will. I cannot do that at win condition any more. So now that there is literally no difference between going in the store and using their website on my phone to shop and going to tcg player... its really just cut back on what I will buy.
Top tier great time. The employees were helpful and conversational, the store was clean and well organized, and they stay open to 11, so it is a great place to spend some time hanging out or shopping for some video games, card games, role playing games, etc.
Great place for Magic the Gathering and Pokemon cards. Prices are similar to online shops and the staff is friendly.
Condescending and lowball offers. no wonder stock is so low and they have no consoles. pro tip for the folks in charge of selling - dont have the computer facing the customer showing value of something! how does 140 go down to $35?!?!
Great selection, especially if youre looking for import card boxes and sleeves. Had a massive amount of used video games. Recommend for a visit.

So far we’ve spent a boat load of money here on magic boxes and will continue to come back due to the friendly atmosphere and knowledgeable staff. The selection has something for everyone and for all ages, highly recommend.
My experience at this store was very underwhelming. My family and I entered the store and there were 3-4 employees behind the counter talking to each other . They could careless that we were even in the store.At first, I didn’t give it much thought because it was slow and we were the only people in the store. However, 3 different customers came into the store while we were browsing and they greeted them and asked if they needed any assistance. I was observing while my family was making their selections and it was odd to me that they greeted and assisted all of the white customers. They were very conversational with them at the register and my family noticed the difference in customer service once we approached the counter.Im not sure if this store has a history of treating people of color unfairly but they definitely showed their dislike.

Certain employees at this store will lie to you about products to make sales. I had never bought a full box of cards before, due to the high price, but when I asked about a certain card I was looking for, one of the employees took a box off the shelf and assured me that the card was part of the set list of this box, as a secret rare. I continued to ask about the set list, inquiring as to other cards on the list, and he read off a few (never actually showing me the list).I was still hesitant, but in the end, I decided to take a chance, since I had been assured, multiple times, by the employee, that the card was part of the set list. It wasnt until later that night when I had already opened half the box and already pulled a secret rare that I decided to look up the set list, only to find out that the card I had initially bought the box for the chance to find, WASNT ON THE SET LIST AT ALL.I went back into the store to talk to that same employee and was told that he thought I wanted something based on the card and then proceeded to lie to me again. Instead of offering me compensation, or even a partial refund, I was given half-hearted apologies for a mix-up.Im not upset at not pulling the card. Its not about not getting some nice collectible. Its the fact that someone looked me in the face and lied to me to get me to drop $80 when they already had me as a customer, and now? Now theyve lost me as one. And ill be sure to spread the word.
Extremely knowledgeable and helpful staff, we were greeted right when we walked in the door. I was looking for Pokémon cards for nephew and the staff was able to help me find the perfect gift. Prices were also great for how hard Pokémon is to get a hold of nowadays. Will definitely be back!

I like that its by my university and that they sell a variety of Pokemon booster packs including Japanese cards. Also, they had a box of Topps and Topps Chrome Pokemon that I absolutely love.

I have been going here for about 6 months and I’ve really enjoyed my time. The store is large, well lit, homey feeling, and has rooms that can be reserved for Tabletop rpgs or whatever you want. They have a locker service where you can rent them for the day, week, month, etc. The workers are fast at picking cards and very polite. The bathrooms are cleaned regularly and they respond to any problems I have had. Overall it’s a great place to go and find friends, or play new games with your family. Definitely check this place out if you can.

I do like this place to come and play in, BUT DO NOT SELL THEM ANYTHING! Their value for buying is already pretty low compared to other places and online. Which honestly I dont even mind, its really the fact they will try to rip you off. They just got me with selling some Pokemon cards. The guy barely even priced them, or even counted the bulk I brought. I got completely ripped off, and honestly I let it happen because I just needed the money. Again, its not the fact that every store has their own trade on value and such, its the fact that whoever was pricing my cards, legit just ripped me off and lied to me.
The staff is helpful and treat you in a very frienly manner. The store goes from card games to role playing games and everything in between. There are many places to seat where a large group could accommodate with ease. They have snacks or if you talk to them you could order pizza and have it delivered there. I could go on and on. I keep going there even though i have another place near by and so i recommend all to visit. You will not regret it!
Great place, environment is very friendly to new comers, and events are accessible to most people, some are buy in but not a high buy-in ever. Staff is very personal and knowledgeable in most things. Trade-ins are not the best but its expected in most cases. Highly recommend this to card game players, new and veteran.
Great little game store. I would have given a 5 star review but myself and my brother were look at different board games for 20 minutes and no one came out to the floor. Overall really good experience definitely will be going back

Whenever I visit Win Condition, I often find some of the coolest things I have ever seen. Trading Cards, vintage games, statues, etc. Its a gamers paradise. The biggest plus for me is the staff. Theyre all incredibly knowledgeable and passionate. I recently brought in some old Pokémon card packs and they got genuinely excited to see them. I highly recommend this place for people who are into trading cards and old video games.

I dont think Ive ever had a bad experience here. Its not like any other shop or store that Ive ever been to. The employees act more like old friends that happen to sell you cards and games for really good prices. The Pokemon nights are pretty fun too!

Decent store. They don’t have price tags on any of their Nintendo 64 games so they have to “check” prices on the computer. Went 5 days ago look at the n64 games and was told that it was $40. Went back today to buy the same exact game and was told that it was $150. I don’t trust this store.

The best place ever. They know how to take are of their customers. Orders are always on time! The tournaments and overall atmosphere is great. If you play any card games or super smash bros melee and live in GA you should really check this place out. They also give free Pizza on Mondays!

The store has a nice selection of video games, cards, board games, dies, and a couple tables for the local nerds to gather together and play games. The atmosphere is really fitting for nerdy people and the staff are pretty nice. The prices are a bit high for what the have and they focus very heavily on POP figures and various card games, but I would say that is a plus for some people. Overall not a bad store.
Its decent place the guy helped and was nice but the workers just didnt seem like they wanted to be there or be bothered. I can definitely get better service someplace else.

The staff at this store is the only reason I give it an extra star. There are a few nice staff members here that I enjoy having conversations with when I go in. They seem to have a true passion for the games they play and are overall nice guys.Unfortunately, I cant give a better review for this place. I wont be returning here now that I have used up my store credit as the store has, unfortunately, went downhill in terms of practice and pricing. They have began scalping all of their pokemon tcg products and selling far above MSRP. $40 for a $20 trainer toolkit, most trainer boxes $20+ above MSRP and champions path anything is jacked up far beyond that.I understand pokemon is currently dealing with a botting/scalping game and players are being forced to pay 1.5-2x MSRP to buy sealed product but I hoped I could avoid this by shopping at my local game store. Unfortunately, I now have to take my business elsewhere in order to be able to afford my hobby which sucks because I have shopped here for a while. Heres hoping they can change their prices and I can return at some point but I believe Ill be finding a new LGS.(Extra criticism- their prices for warhammer, DnD, and the plushies can be quiet high as well. Make sure to check games workshop before buying warhammer product. Sometimes they mark up past MSRP for some reason. They should price mark it down if you confront them. Also, avoid their buylist. The value for some cards is all over the place and I found you can get consistently better buylist prices at other LGS)

Win condition is a pricey table top game store. As a girl I do not like going into the store. I am not treated with respect by most of the employees and dont even get me start about how I feel about the other customers. Lets just say the girls arent nerds and the Magic players dont know what women are stereotypes runs wild in that store. The store is never clean and smells horrible.
Of the three times Ive went recently, one visit was terrible and the others were only average.Pros:good location for college kids.excellent stock for wargamming including citadel paints and primers.Holds gaming events including smashMTG products well stocked in my experiences.Cons: Customer service needed serious work!- stop talking to someone about your deck when youre on the clock, and you have customers waiting to purchase something!I left a friend, who was the only guy in line, to make a simple purchase by himself (some Kefnets) and kept looking back to see him still waiting to be acknowledged by the staff member behind the counter still talking about decks with a regular a good 15 mins later!No one greets you, asks if you need assistance, or really acknowledges you. From my 3 visits, I get the vibe that if you are not regular, you arent a whale for them, so you are allotted minimal attention.

When I bought the AD&D limited 5th hobby store exclusive gift set from them which retails for $169.95 on the phone the guy I talked to said they were selling it for retail. After I went in and bought it later I noticed on the receipt they had charged me $175 plus tax. $5 dollars over retail. A decent place to hang out but when you try to buy/sell things theyll be greedy and try to take advantage of you.

I used to like this store but my last experience with them has changed that completely. I came in to trade in some cards to build another deck, I had priced the cards on TCG player buy price beforehand to be aware of my expected value. I presented the cards to the employee expecting him to go over what cards where worth what but he proceeded to take my cards stack them on another pile of cards and looks over them for a second not enough time to actually price them out and tells me a substantialy lower price than what was expected. This is a WARNING to any who would do business with these guys they will RIP YOU OFF.

I cant explain how great this place is!!! Never have I been to a card shop that every person including the workers themselves will take time out and give you personal attention. The workers take the time to learn your name and all the things you like. They help you with anything you need and love doing it. If you want a card shop with TONS of games like magic, pokemon, Anime, Dungeons and Dragons and tons more, then this place is for you!!!

This is my favorite store ever. I live in roswell and I drive 30 minutes a few times a week just to play pokemon and hang out with the really fun staff. Dillon and terry are great guys and you cant beat their prices! Ive met so many great people here! I would MORE than recommend coming here!
