I was surprised at how reasonable the prices were. Great selection with good sales and discounts through the store. Large selection of toys you arent going to be able to find in other store. Staff was friendly and helpful.
Great selection of toys and very good prices.I compared the prices of well over a dozen toys with prices on Amazon and Toys-R-Us was much cheaper on all but one toy. The employee were pleasant and helpful, and the store was clean.Be careful when youre leaving the parking lot, because the road is curved in front of the store and you cant see oncoming vehicles until they come flying around the corner. We almost got hit.
This store is closing, but you can find some decent sales. Store is designed like a typical Toys R Us and is accepting gift cards until april 23rd. Any reward points you had are done. Friendly staff and well lit. Plenty of parking. Soon there will be nothing left in the store as the discounts become larger. Farewell Toys R Us.
Of course I have shots at Toys R Us for a number of years for birthdays and other holidays Etc. Im sad to hear that so many of the Toys R Us stores are closing because that was easily a one-stop-shop to pick up many gifts at once. On this particular day I took my own son for the very first time. At 8 years old he was amazed!
I love going to Toys R Us. The staff here is very friendly and helpful. They like toys too in most cases. And they will assemble the bike for $10! So worth it.
A young man by the name of Octavian Wicks was the biggest help and very respectful to me and my family for black Friday madness. He was very patient not only with us but every one that he came in contact with and believe me some of them where just out right rude. So Toys R Us you should know that you are blessed that you have this young man representing you.
Best toys r us location. Prices were very competitive, even cheaper than Amazon and they also do price match. Friendly staff and clean store. Even though company is going bankrupt they own this entire complex, they will prpbably be one of the last stores to close down
Ill always have fond memories of this store, as a kid nothing would make me happier then going into this Toys R us and looking at all the toys and games. Much like a few blockbusters existing after being liquidated, I really hope this location has many years in its future. Who the hell only wants to buy toys for their kids online or at a Walmart? A depressing thought.
First toysRus I have visited in a long time where things were correctly placed with the prospective price tag.Nice friendly staff and enough registers staffed to keep the line moving. They just need one of those long carts like home depot to carry large objects and toys.
This store has been here forever! it could def use some updating but overall it is pretty clean and I dont have any complaints. Maybe having a larger selection of video games.
Customer service is really lousy, and this is at the customer service counter.I so now understand why Amazon is taking business ftom away stores like this. If management cant hire better, they need to train better.
The employees were very helpful and friendly! They even helped me find the pop I was looking for. The only downside was that they didnt have more anime themed pops/figures.
Theres a reason this place is/was going out of business. Shelves are bare, toys are old, 10% off on marked up prices is not enticing. Too many other places offer more for less. Staffing here make Walmart employees look good.
Says up to 40% off but thats only for gift bags. Everything else is 10-15% off and theres really no sales yet still because they keep filling the stores up with inventory from their warehouse. There is also no returns or exchanges, everything is final sale
Had forgotten how much fun a visit to Toys R Us can be. Seems they have upped their customer service game at the Kennesaw store. We found a bike online that was not on display; used ipad to order it while browsing in the store. Less than 15 minutes later, they emailed us that it was ready for pickup. No checkout line; they handed us the bike and we were on our way.
Very little employees on the floor to help when we asked the cashier he just pointed and didnt offer to call anyone to help. When we finally found someone on the floor he was very nice and helpful but it should not have to be so hard to get help
Called this store 8/14/17 after Amazon notified me that my eclipse glasses were recalled. This store told me they would have a truck delivering a shipment of the glasses Thursday (today), and to come in at opening. I took off work this morning and made the hour drive. When I got there I was told plainly sorry we didnt receive any glasses on this mornings shipment. Now Im screwed, thanks for wasting my time/money.
I was trying to purchase a Nabi tablet for my daughter I went to the register and ask for help, I told her I was trying to purchase it, she said she was going to meet me over there or send someone, it was early in the morning so store was not busy at all, I walk in front of her twice and never ask me if I had been help, she saw me walking out of other store and didnt mentioned no word. Worse customer service
I will miss you. I will forever be a Toys R Us Kids. So many memories and nostalgia. I went the other day for the 40% sales and I had to leave. It felt like I were visiting the house of a friend who passed away. I wanted to experience Toys R Us with my son when he got older, I guess not. This was my Go2 spot for Nintendo stuff. I will miss you! It sure will suck driving through Kenessaw and not seeing the Toys R Us sign on the building 😓☹😭😢
Expensive. No customers were at the store. The employees were very friendly and helpful. Can buy anything good with a $20 gift card. Need at least $50.

For little kids its great, but once they hit 11, they have very little to offer. Electronics department had many empty spots and staff was unable to answer any questions about products.

This is the areas biggest toy store. It has been around for years. Usually only utilises one of 10 lanes for checkout and takes forever to do so.
Its a Toys-R-Us, its not bad. It can be kind of hard to find help sometimes, but stuff is really well stocked and its a clean place.
Its a convenient location. The customer service is good.

Lol, its closing. As of may 29th. Only 40-60% off. Id wait for better discounts. I think the discount increases about 10% every two weeks but that a rough guess. Things still seem overpriced, even at half off.
The staff was very friendly, even during the holiday rush. The store was organized well (like their other locations) and employees seemed like they were on top of picking up random items left aside by careless customers and putting them away.
If you want to see a toy in store, this is the place to go. Not necessarily the cheapest price, but they are still competitive. Decent customer service.
Its a lot like watching a giant fall. The corpse is immediately swarmed by what can only be described as vultures. At least I got a Pikachu doll for $7.
Found the Funko Pop figure I wanted at a cheaper price here. I just recommend you check how expensive things are that you want before you go in.Saw Pokémon cards around the store and one box set had three different price tags depending on where you picked them up in the store.

I wont buy another Christmas present from here. Its been nothing but problems!! I bought a car for my daughter for Christmas. I put it on layway and paid my layway off in full two Sundays after.I once paid off it would ship to the store and they would put it together. 7 business days go by, still no confirmation from the store they recieved it. So I call; they told me their not sure where its at because its not on any of the truck to come in. They took my info and said they would call me back. Two days go by and I still havent heard from them. This also being the week of Christmas now. So I call back again and the manager got my info told me it was ready to be picked up. So I told him Id be there this week end. I just got off the phone with them and was told that my order was just received. It hasnt been put together and its Christmas eve. I have had the biggest run around!!
People are always friendly and ready to help you with anything. I just wish there was one closer to where I live.
Its a kids dream land and parents worst nightmare. Id rather avoid the hoopla and buy on AMZN. I know, Im a dirtbag, but if you have it, it serves a purpose for a kids special treat.
Disorganized, lacks good customer service, didnt check ID for online order pick up and person bringing item didnt know who it belonged to and just looked for someone to make eye contact then gave it to me without even looking at my online pick up receipt. It was a slow evening since it was cold & raining and despite me having a 14-month-old and umbrella in one hand and an 18-inch bicycle for my 5-year-old in the other, no one offered any assistance with the bicycle.
As expected, line was a little much for a full store, but good otherwise

Took my kid here because they had a gift certificate. My 12 year old compared prices to other stores while we were there. Every toy she picked out was cheaper at either Wal-Mart, Amazon etc. In one case $40 cheaper.
