I really appreciated the service here. We just moved into a house from out of state so we need quite a bit of furniture. We had company coming unexpectedly for whom I needed at least a table THAT DAY. They let me pick out a table I liked best from the showroom floor and then let me walk out with it. They said they’ll order a new one to replace their display. Also marked it down because it was a showroom display and loaded it in my car. I said “can I have those pillows, too?”, to which Jacqueline said of course. So kind of them to help me with being a good hostess by letting me even have their display items. I will look forward to being back.

I was able to find the perfect recliner to meet my specific needs including smaller size, comfortable enough to sleep in, a wide number of head and foot levels, and a wireless remote.I also had a supportive and patient salesperson who quickly picked up on my needs and made wise suggestions. Shopping was an enjoyable experience.

First time Lazy Boy customer and had a great experience and easy time working with the sales reps (non-commissioned). Went in and tried out all the recliners we liked. Came back the next day and bought our chair in less than 15 mins. Got it delivered a week later (today) and we’re good to go. Nice and comfy and I look forward to using this chair a lot in the future. Delivery was easy and well coordinated. Overall they did a great job and we’d shop here again.

We went into La-Z-Boy “by accident” when we had to turn around at the stop light and there it was! We found 3 sofas with great price points that we liked- however we needed to do our due diligence and walk through (literally) a few other furniture in the area.We returned to Cindy at Laz-E-Boy and looked at our three choices again- she was ready with prices, approx delivery dates and all the other questions we asked! We picked one out, sat down with Cindy and walked out the door with all our questions answered and a new sofa!!Expected delivery date to the local warehouse is December, which is better than expected, however we didn’t do any customizing which is available- these are crazy times!

Our experience with Lazy Boy was a very pleasant one. We went just to browse for a new recliner but our salesperson was so helpful and friendly we ended up buying. Richard was not pushy at all. He asked what were looking for in a recliner, we told him and he lead us in the right direction. Because of Richard’s professionalism and Lazy Boy’s reputation, we purchased a new recliner. My Wife and I just love this store. We bought a couch, love seat, recliner, coffee table, two lamps and two end tables for our family room last summer. We went back and bought a table for our foyer. Last week we purchased a sectional for our living room. We couldn’t be any more pleased than we were with the service we received. Buyer beware: Delivery of what you purchase will take 5 months or more. Service is horrible. Product is horrible. Three of the 5 pieces of our 7 piece sectional have had to be serviced--thats a failure rate of 60% for brand new expensive furniture. See photos.--March 19th. Yesterday, service finally brought the replacement back for the broken piece. For the first time in 9 months since we ordered this, we finally have a complete and functional sectional.This entire experience has been a disaster (with the exception of Mike the one service guy who actually cares about having happy customers).Based on what I have seen on various forums and the quality of what we have and the lack of quality, I still regret this purchase and would highly recommend that everyone avoids buying anything from La-Z-Boy.Their legacy reputation is ancient history. Do yourself a favor and research complaints about La-Z-Boy and you will find many unhappy people out there because of the terrible service and poor quality products that they are producing.--Dec 11th: I feel like Im being held hostage. Even though we have broken pieces at our house that we had to wait two weeks to get in the queue for service call, they refused to comprise in any way on delivery. They held the last piece hostage and refused to deliver it unless we paid the remaining balance in full.Two days ago, December 9th, we finally received the final 7th piece of our sectional. The backs are all out of alignment because of the broken piece that we are still waiting for service to come fix. They are supposed to be here tomorrow, so well see how that goes.--Nov 26th: This evening a loud pop sounding as if something broke occurred while restoring one of the sections from the reclined position. Upon inspection you can see the main plastic support piece for the entire under frame has snapped. Despite the employee at the store promising to open a aw vice call for us on Monday we have not heard anything. This is a continuation of failure of employees to follow through with what they tell you they will do.--Nov 25th: After several instances of promises being made and no communication from La-Z-Boy of numerous people not following-up with what the told us they would do, one of the two remaining pieces was delivered today. The final piece we are now being told may not arrive until January.To make matters worse the mechanical recline component on two of the other pieces are now not functioning properly.--Nov 6th: We purchased a 7 piece sectional at the beginning of July. We were told 6-8 weeks for delivery and we would get a call at 5 weeks.No update was ever provided until we called around 7 weeks. We were told part of our furniture was ready and the rest would be several weeks out. They would give us an update in a few weeks. Again, no proactive communication occurred. We had to call for updates and this time we were told it would be even longer.They finally told us we could get the pieces that were finished delivered and they would deliver the rest when ready. We reluctantly decided to do that since we really wanted our new furniture that we bought 3 months earlier.Upon delivery one of the parts was making a clicking noise. We had to place a service call. The service guy that came out tried to argue with us that the noise it was making was normal until we insisted that it was not since none of the other pieces made that same clicking sound. He finally looked harder and discovered a plastic piece was broken that he replaced. One of the other sections has insufficient poly filling and is not comfortable.This was a few weeks ago and at the time we were told just before Thanksgiving for delivery for the rest of the pieces.We just received a call Nov 6th saying that it will be December 21st at the earliest for delivery.This means not only will we have insufficient seating for our family gathering at Thanksgiving, we will be in the same boat for Christmas.

Wife and I were extremely disappointed by Hagerty Furniture after they could not deliver the loveseat until August after they had initially promised 12 weeks from the first of February when we. First gave them a down payment . They changed the delivery date four times and would not sell the floor model they had.Richard worked closely with us showing us only items they had in stock. We finally settled on two recliners with a number of bells and whistles. It was a very good experience to get a delivery date within the next week. This is our second purchase of their recliners. I’ll go back again if I have a new need!

I needed to get a chair for my mother -for her caregiver to sit in. I needed it quickly and needed one ready to load up in the truck. Richard greeted me as soon as I walked in. He was courteous and very helpful. Within minutes, he showed me my options. I picked a chair and walked over to pay. That’s when an unpleasant lady named Laura walked over and, in front of the customer, started to tell my salesman that chair was not going to be sold. She was belittling and ugly. I get there may have been an issue that I didn’t know about, but it was extremely unprofessional!! At least pull your salesman aside!! And she acted as though I was not even there standing right besides her! She could have talked with me about the issue. Regardless, the issue was resolved and Richard got me my chair. I would have given 5 stars except for the behavior of Laura. I will definitely shop there again but will be never using her as my salesperson.

I went to the store by myself and was going to surprise my wife with 2 new recliners. After seeing how many they had, I knew I wasnt going to be able to. So I told Andrew I would need my wife to pick out her chair. So l brought my wife back a few days later and was helped by Cindy. Both representatives treated us very well. Never felt pressured and was allowed to take our time, without them standing over us. We sat in many chairs and when we had questions, they were close by to answer. I very much appreciated that. Got home after buying a brand new chair and it was broken. Did not work. This is the second chair I have bought from the Kennesaw store and both were defective (first one was a manual that was delivered by Lazy Boy). I figured it was a fluke and tried again a couple years later. Nope. Got home and this one was not functioning either. Fool me once, on them. Fool me twice, it’s on me. Never again. Especially when Rooms To Go is directly across the street.

Great service. I had a phone consultation with a designer, who helped me narrow down the fabric choices and chairs prior to going to the store. I went to the store, sat in the chair I had chosen online. It was perfect. Then my only decision was to select from the four fabric samples. We are replacing another La-Z-Boy chair only because we are changing our colors after 9 years. I cant wait until I get my new chair. I would highly recommend La-Z-Boy!

Had a less than pleasing experience at the Barret Parkway La-Z-Boy. The very next weekend I drove out to the Alpharetta La-Z-Boy branch, had a fantastic experience, and immediately purchased a couch there instead.Our sales person at Barret location seemed impatient, less than forth-coming with facts about the furniture, and unwilling to budge on the inflated price tag. He didnt want to sell us the couch that worked best for our needs, he simply wanted another sale.Our sales person was completely unwilling to negotiate at all on the price, which is frustrating as furniture is literally one of a handful of items in the US where price discussions are an option. (Especially when most furniture is up-marked a substantial margin) When asked if free-shipping was available, an option available at multiple other stores we visited, the sales person became agitated and told us to confirm we are buying this couch before he would do any sort of deal. Considering the final price point is the primary sticking point on whether we would pick / afford that couch...we just walked out and decided to try another store.I walked into the Alpharetta La-Z-Boy store a week later and Jeff sold me a couch there instead in under 30 minutes. He was truthful, patient and informative, and willing to negotiate on the price. We ended up saving several hundred dollars ontop of the memorial day sale, and walked out of there happy customers.If you want superior service, do yourself a favor...Drive to the Alpharetta La-Z-Boy.

Sales person was very helpful and friendly. We were able to find two recliners that were in stock. I had looked online for the push back recliner that was $599 but it was too small for my husband. The ones I bought were more than I wanted to pay. She gave us 50 off each chair but we needed the wooden thing underneath which was $100 each. So we paid, $2300 for 2 recliners. Over priced and I should have asked for more discount since this was a clearance sale.

I was lucky to work with Lamar at the Kennesaw, GA location. He’s wonderful. Lamar really listens to your specific needs, likes, and dislikes. I went to look at the recliner loveseats in person that I’d been viewing online. The Duo collection seemed perfect for me. Lamar helped me choose the specific model that met my needs. He then patiently helped me narrow down leather vs fabric... and then the specific fabric selection. He helped me get the 0% / 12 months financing I wanted and made the entire process so simple and fun. I recommend La-Z-Boy and definitely loved working with Lamar. The quality really shows in the products and I can’t wait to receive my new power recliner loveseat (went with the ‘Bennett’ in the Duo Collection).

I only gave 2 stars because we were initially told it would take 6-8 weeks to get our furniture and we are now at week 12. We have been told we should have it by next week but we dont get an update unless my husband calls. The service at the store itself was excellent at the time of my purchase. The in store designer was very helpful. The only negative part of my experience was the lack of communication about my furniture order. I was just told it will be yet another month and wouldn’t have known that if I hadn’t reached out. I have watched 3 different friends get new furniture with no problems, so I don’t understand why mine is taking 4 months! I’ve been sitting g on beach chairs this whole time and no one has reached out at all to give me any updates. This part of the experience is extremely disappointing.

Ordered a Trouper couch on 7/7/2020. Salesperson was great, said special orders were running about 6 weeks behind. No problem with me, given the chaos of the current days. It’s now 9/23/2020; I called today to find out 10/19/2020, with a chance of 10/12/2020 is the best estimate of a “drop date”. La Z Boy is going to have to do something special to keep me as a customer.

I like that they work as a team. The designer, Haley, helped us figure out the configuration needed in our house with existing furniture. We were able to do this by email. Once we decided what pieces we needed, we met with another designer, Beth, in the store. We sat in every chair and couch in the store. We thought about it for a few weeks and looked at other furniture stores, but nothing else was as comfortable or as well made so we went back to La-Z-Boy and another associate, Jason was able to help us make a final decision, using notes that Beth had made. We chose the pieces and fabric we wanted. The only downside is we have a 16-week wait for delivery.

June 21st and the chair is still not here. A month ago after chasing them down, received a call back three days later noting it would be June 1st to arrive in ATL warehouse. Called mid June as have not heard a word from this company. Three days later received a call noting AUGUST. This chair was ordered in NOVEMBER, with custom covering. Was told at the time it would be 6-8 weeks, that would have been February 2021; IT IS JUNE and now MAYBE in AUGUST. Their customer follow up is pass around to get an answer. Sadly with a 70% deposit we can now NOT Cancel this order. Guess the name suited them-- LAZYBOY

Beth was are sales associate who helped us. She Is very helpful and knowledgeable about the products offered. We were looking for to manual cloth recliner chairs. As she was able to show us several right out of the Box. After spending about 20 minutes looking we found a chair that we really white she was able to tell us all about the construction durability options a for upgrades. She showed us the custom fabric options although we liked it the way it sat on the floor. We did choose to get everything scotch Guard so would help with durability. We should have the chairs delivered to our house in the next couple days so we can do a more thorough review on the chairs themselves although weve only easy boys and the past and have no doubt that these will work out just as well for us. I am looking forward to doing business with lazy boy the next time we have furniture needs

Nancy the sales rep was very knowledgeable and helpful. She was not pushy in the least. The chair we hope to get has a lifetime warranty on the mechanism. Would give it 5 stars but the chair we purchased even though it wasnt a special order may not be available until after Christmas over 6 weeks away.

I went to two different stores. No one store can stock all models in all available options. The staff at both stores were glad to help and informative. Everyone was friendly and professional. After sitting in all models in several options, I picked out a recliner that suited me the best. It took me several hours, but I wanted to know I made the best choice for my comfort and needs. The Oscar power(including headrest and lumbar) rocking recliner in brown leather was the one I liked best. The sales staff was great and negotiated what I feel was a very fair price. I hope my long term experience with the recliner is as good as my purchase experience was with the sales staff.

We walked into the store and the young lady named Beth immediatelygreeted us and asked what we were looking for. We told her twochairs to replace ones we had and showed her a picture. Sheimmediately went to what we wanted, showed us fabric samplesand let us discuss the choice. We did decide and she efficientlywrote up the order. Most of our furniture has come from La=Z-Boybecause our treatment has always been good and the furniture isquality. Prices are a little high but the chairs we selected were justright for us.
