No wonder this company is going out of business. I purchased $1900 worth of furniture. After paying $100 to have my furniture delivered and given a 5 hour window of delivery (4pm-9pm) I have not received my furniture. It is currently 9:22pm. I was told I would be given a 30 min heads up for my delivery. Around 7:30 I called to verify that they would still be coming to deliver my furniture. When I called the lady that answered the phone answered by saying “Hello Michael your furniture is still coming.” No hello, no how are you, no customer service of any kind. Not only was this said with a very bad attitude but it was also the first time I have reached out to the company after the initial sale. Beyond irritated with this process. Now that it is roughly 30 min after the exceptionally long window I was provided with and I have had absolutely no type of reassurance that my furniture is still coming I have accepted that I won’t be receiving it tonight. I’m so glad I wasted my entire day sitting around waiting for someone to simply not show up. If I had an employee behave in this way (no call no show) they would be fired IMMEDIATELY.

If I could give a negative score, I would. I purchased a dresser & night stands a year ago, the customer service was beyond terrible. The delivery date changed several times. Once it was finally delivered, the mirror on my dresser had a crack. It took weeks for them to send a replacement & within that time the delivery date changed multiple times. Whenever I would call to check on the status, no one ever seemed to know anything & the attitude from multiple people was basically “you’ll get it when you get it”. Fast forward a year later, I decided I need more storage & wanted to purchase the matching chest piece. Against my better judgment (because they were closer to me), I decided to order from them & from the beginning they told me it would be best if I pick the item up. I was told 5-7 business days, 3 weeks later, I still didn’t have my item & every time I called they had no answer to give me on when I could expect it. I made them give me a refund & ordered from another furniture store that was further away from me.

It has been almost a year and I am still very pleased with my purchase. I got a recliner here and wasnt sure what to expect but I was lucky to find this diamond in the rough. You have to try out a recliner to make sure you will love it. Even though this store was not fancy or well organized, I got a great product at a good price so totally happy.

The furniture is cheap and not great quality. I waited for a bed to be delivered for over 3 months while receiving multiple excuses for why I had not received my order. Excuses included, the driver for your area does not drive when it is raining, we are expecting this from another store and have not yet received it and other responses that I could not understand because the front desk person does not speak good english. Search youtube video reviews about this company.

They were the best! my husband and I purchased a sofa from them in august 2019 and cam back and gotten a whole new bedroom set in our price range. there is no tricks or hassle with them. they are very friendly and nice; and also very honest. I will always keep doing business with them.

I recently went into the store not really looking to make a purchase. And the Customer Service Rep. Tiffany inform me of the really great deals they had and also of their credit plan they had to offer.I explained to her that I wasnt looking to spend a lot of money that I was looking to stay within a specific budget and she made sure that I did not go over in fact I stayed under the budget in which I had set for myself by about $300 if not more.She knew her merchandise like the back of her hand it was closing time, and she did NOT try to just sell me anything so she could go home early.She made it all about me.She told me to take my time if I was not completely satisfied or ready to make a decision and to come back to morrow and we just been more time looking theyre making sure that I was completely satisfied before signing any paperwork.Not many places make sure that its all about the customer, but I can honestly say for sure this company did at the time of our purchase.I also received a welcome call from them as well the next morning.They have really good prices.Well, we were in for a Surprise, we ordered a bed and mattresses and a Chester drawer the Chester was not delivered.We were told by the gentleman at the store mark that the Chester was there waiting for the pick up people to come back and pick up the delivery guy insisted that he could not do it right thin but he would for sure bring it back out later on that evening.We did not receive a phone call or anything from neither the store or from the delivery guy I called the store several times to a no Avail of getting it resolved.It wasnt until I call from a different number and changed my voice in which I got the manager on the phone to even speak with me and to tell me that my Chester would be delivered 2 days later.Say need to make sure that everyone is on the same page when it comes to dealing with their customers.So well see what happens from here on.We really hope we did not make a mistake dealing w/ these people.Peace!

I was going to another store and then I saw this one. I walked in and yes its true. No one at the door or near it to greet you and if you have questions, you need to find someone but I am ok with that. This place is not one of those other big expensive places so dont expect that. I am more concerned with honesty and quality and I think I got both so far! The questions I had were answered and the price tag on the merchandise was honored which I appreciate! The place is a little messy and needs an upgrade and cleaning perhaps but like I said good furniture at a good price is all I really need! I will update after I use the recliner I bought. Delivery was also simple and easy. I got a call from the driver letting me know, they were coming. If a manager or corporate read this I hope they make a few changes cause I think they would get more business like that. I would consider buying from them again. :)

I sure wish Id read the reviews before patronizing this less than a company. My daughters bedroom set was delivered with the wrong bed and a damaged dresser. I was told the correct bed and the damaged part would be corrected the following day. Needless to say, that didnt happen. When I called about it I was told I would receive a call back for the correct items. Didnt happen. Had to call myself each time as if I didnt pay them for a specific bedroom set. Three different times we scheduled for delivery. NothingEvery last person I dealt with was unprofessional and told me basically we a bed to sleep on! Are you kidding me. She had a bed before I spent money with your company for a bedroom set she wanted. When I inquired about refund I was told I would be charged a restock fee as if I ever receivedwhat I actually purchased....Do not... I repeat do not do business with this company! Worst experience ever! ESPECIALLY, if you expect what you pay for and dont mind if a company has no regard for its customers or reconciliation! Unbelievable!

Horrible horrible and horrible. We were promised one thing and received another. We tried calling the store several times to get our situation handled and their phone line is always off the hook. I spoke with a manager and she literally hung up the phone on me. Then when I call back and talk to her and say she hung up on me she replied no I didnt I said bye. Im sorry but any other individual that knows anything about customer service knows this is horrible. Our couches are falling apart from day one. They never came out to fix what was promised of them. They need to shut down and refund every other individual that has the same problems as we do with the horrible quality of the furniture. I will be reporting this business to the Better Business Bureau as a horrible business and horrible management situation. This place really needs to go out of business so people wont keep getting ripped off. I feel that individuals could actually file a lawsuit claims against this business due to the false information that has been provided to not just myself but many others as Im reading their comments.

My wife and I went to Furniture Mall today 5/16/20. We entered the store. It was dark inside, very poor lighting, dirty and unorganized. The two sales person were both sitting never asked if we needed help. Spend money where your respected.

I came in with my mom, we were on our way to the Ashley store and just happen to see the sign so we decided to come in. We were pleased to find out that this place sells Ashley and it was cheaper than the store. They offer layaway and financing which is awesome. Taylor was so informative about the furniture and where everything was. I recommend everyone stop here first if you are looking for furniture.

I recently purchased an Ashley Furniture sectional that I fell in love with on their sales floor. Exactly what I wanted, a little more than I wanted to spend at $900 after taxes but for a new piece of quality furniture, I figured it was still a deal. Two days ago I go to pick it up, and walking through the sales floor I notice that the sample sectional that I picked is no longer there (a perfect L shape missing). I asked the woman if the couch I was receiving was the floor sample, for which she called their warehouse and was told that it was sent in that morning. Yeah, sure, and I was also born this morning, too. She assures me that I am not picking up the same couch that has occupied a space on their floor for two months, tried out by many people and not cleaned before being wrapped up. I say okay, because I dont want to argue with her or insult her intelligence, but when I get the couch home and unwrap it, the Furniture Mall price tag is still on it! But yes, this couch arrived from Ashley Furniture this morning as I was assured on two separate occasions. I dont have an issue with used or slightly used furniture, but when I spend a large sum of money on something that Im told is brand new, never been used, never been used as a sample, and assured is being shipped in, that is what I expect. So I call her to tell her that I would like them to adjust my account balance reflecting the sample price of the item, as other items on their sales floor have been done (discounted tags for sample items all over of their store), she tells me that she does not know what I would like her to do, they sell everything right off the floor for the same price as the new items shipped in from distributors, and I could bring it back using my own resources for a refund. Had of I not been swamped and exhausted from moving all day, I would have. I will never go here again, the sales people are nice enough and so is the furniture, but it doesnt change that my couch was sold to me under false pretenses and over priced for a floor sample, and not to mention that there was nothing they could do for me. So very unprofessional. I ordered some furniture on a Saturday, I didnt have a debit card so Anthony offers layaway. I put 5 dollars down for a good price sectional. I arranged the delivery for the following Saturday, which they said would be fine. I had to pay a little more because of the distance I lived. I called that Monday and paid the layaway off and again confirmed my delivery date. Saturday came, Tiffany, which is the best person ever, had said Id probably be last. At 7:30 I called about the delivery and was hung up on. Sunday I called about a refund because I was heated about the lack of communication. Anthony didnt want to refund me, but set up another date. Nope. I dont like unprofessional business. They stated they if I read the sheet, it didnt guarantee delivery. But Id prefer I would have been told verbally when paying. I got my money back but they took 200 dollars for a restocking fee, which i really hate but oh well. I wont represent them in any way.

I found a living room piece here that used to pop up in my dream. would like to bring my girl here to browse and buy from time to time!!!! Tiffany at Furniture Mall in Cobb was so rude. She had a very bad attitude. I bought a Bedroom suite and they did not deliver the chest. The delivery guy wrote on my receipt that they would deliver the next week on Friday. I called to see how much longer would it be the following Friday, Tiffany the managersaid it was not possible. She changed my delivery date from a Friday to a Sunday. She informed me that they usually do not deliver on Fridays. My other furniture was delivered on a Friday, but she then said they do not deliver on Friday. I was going to buy a sectional Couch and all my dining room furniture from them, but I will take my CASH BUSINESS elsewhere! They need to train their people. My salesman was courteous and Very helpful but she was awful!!!!

I have been a customer at the Kennesaw Furniture Mall location for 6 years. I have referred countless friends and family here, as well. I always find special designs and great prices! The same furniture that you may pay more at other furniture stores in this area, my husband and I found that Furniture Mall has the same items for hundreds to thousands less!! I especially like the beautiful special furniture items that I have not seen anywhere else! We purchased a gorgeous designer King size bedroom set for an extremely reasonable price. I love the Salespeople and Staff, they are always ready to assist you with all of your home furniture needs and wants!! Thank you Furniture Mall, I am a customer for life!

The furniture here is very high quality, and the salesperson was very helpful in explaining the financing process. I was able to be approved for a beautiful sectional for $999 with no credit check! I will definitely come back for a dining table, as they have a wide selection. As far as the browsing process, Anthony was working and he was not rude he just kept to himself. Needless to say, I was not sold on the piece I chose, I searched and found it like any normal person. Also, keep in mind that there are hidden fees and the salesperson will not tell you, the company they work with for the lease payment is called Merchants Preferred and their agents are rude when you ask about it.

Bad experience!!I will start by saying I usually read reviews first and I regret that I didnt this time. I am actually not one to post reviews myself, however, I wanted to confirm that what you read in the other reviews is accurate.When I first went to the store I liked the fact that they didnt bombard you on the sales floor. I thought it was a different style of furniture store. I didnt realize I wasnt greeted or helped b/c they dont care about the customers. The delivery was scheduled for Thursday. I had paid someone to come and stay at my house to wait for them b/c the delivery window is 12-9pm and I had also already hauled off my old mattress AND I was going out of town for the weekend. They didnt make it Thursday b/c the truck broke down. Even though it was a HUGE inconvenience I tried to be understanding. They said a manger would call me on Saturday and they didnt. They delivered on Sunday and the bed had a scratch and was not sturdy. I called two minutes after they left to see if they would come back to tighten it and the lady said shed ask the driver and call back. She never called back. Needless to say, I regret spending thousands of dollars with this store for several reasons. Would not recommend.

Strange store. Went in around 7 pm and there was no other shoppers and we were there for 15 minutes before we reached the back of the store where a lady sitting behind a computer only greeted us because we said Hello. She never got up the whole time and it was very odd. Yes, there are some great prices but the lights are so dim you cannot see the colors. We were using our cellphone flashnight. Because the store felt odd and we could not see well we left the store.

If youre looking to get any quality furniture here, DONT. This place is meant for cheap staging furniture and nothing more. Their prices are cheap and so is the quality.To begin with, I bought a sectional from them. It was okay and nothing extravagant. Their customer service is poor. You literally have to walk to the back of the warehouse store just to talk to someone. They have no floor staff walking around helping you.They were 2 days late from the delivery day, which was after me calling and complaining about it. I had people waiting at my home for this to be delivered. They give you the excuse of its a third party delivery person but yet the truck that came has THEIR logo and business on it. Makes sense. And the delivery fee is $100.Regardless of that, our sectionals frame broke 2 WEEKS into having it. Ridiculous. After arguing with them on the phone that this was in a fact a manufacturer defect, I finally got them to deliver me a new one (mind you it cost me $100 just to get the new piece delivered and my house is literally 5 minutes away).It is now been 6 months since then and I can honestly say that the sectional is a cheap piece of staging furniture. Its not comfortable. The seats are already sinking into the frame and every time you gently sit on it, it sounds like it is going to break.I wont ever be buying from here. If you want some cheaper furniture, Id suggest just hitting up IKEA.

Youve been warned to not shop here. Customer service is a misfortune. I purchased furniture November 17th sales rep advice they will be there by December 11th. I called to confirm my delivery date sales rep could not advise on furniture will be delivered. I purchased the table and a sofa chaise. Table was in stock but the sofa wasnt. I literally have to wait for my sofa to come in to receive my table. However we dont know when the stove is coming in. I requested a refund sales rep advised he would have to charge me a restocking fee for furniture I never received. I sent an email currently waiting on a response if I do not have my furniture by the 11th I will be filing fraud charges with my bank. Shop somewhere else do not shop here!!!

Horrible customer service! I ordered my sectional and ottoman the sectional was delivered without the ottoman and I was told that the ottoman was on back order. A month later and still no ottoman and then telling me that they are going to check with the manufacturer to see when it will be in and they finally tell me that it is no longer available. So now I have a sectional with no ottoman. Unsettling to say the least and its not a color or fabric that is easy to find. I was told they would do their best to find me an acceptable replacement, that was over 3 weeks ago and still no phone call back. I am appalled at how much money I spent on this sectional and now have no matching ottoman and the fact that they can not get it together enough to ever return a phone call is completely unacceptable. I have given them many times to redeem themselves to no avail. So this is my review. I would not recommend this store to anyone unless you take what your paying for the day of purchase!

I visited this place yesterday and was not greeted once. I walked the whole store for 25 minutes and did not see one sales associate. I finally approached a sales associate who was standing behind a counter. I smiled, made eye contact, and greeted her. To my surprise, she completely ignored me. After waiting patiently for 5 minutes, I was approached by a man who claims he was on the sales floor. By this time, I was completely turned off. I had high hopes for this store and was ready to make a purchase. I dont think I want to spend my money in a place where Im not valued as a customer.

Very unprofessional and you stand around in the store with no one greeting you for over 15 minutes to walk back in the back and the manager is online looking at pictures of people. Wow....what a way to run a business. My furniture was scheduled for delivery between 3pm -8:30pm the people didnt show up and 9:40pm then had to put everything together. So Im up until 10:30 due to another unprofessional event. Done shopping with these people. I want to go where my business is appreciated and you are made to feel that way. This place has an attitude of I dont care if you shop here or not.

I purchased a dining room suit on Sunday 3-4-18 was told they could deliver it the following Sunday (which seemed like a long time) between 12-9 but I agreed and wasted my entire Sunday for no one to show or even call! Monday I expected a phone call to apologize and reschedule - nope! I called them at 4:30 Monday and was told a truck broke down and they could deliver it on Thursday between 3-9pm again it seemed like a long time for a reschedule but I agreed. Now it’s Thursday! I am working from home somI can be here for the deliver- figured I would call to confirm that I was on the schedule as promised. At 2:15 I called the store and was told ‘“oh they just tried to deliver it twice and you weren’t home” . I have been home all day and it’s not even 3! I was told to call the deliver department who told me I wasn’t on the schedule for today -maybe tomorrow! After arguing with me for a minute he HUNG UP on me! I called back to the store and after being told there is no manger until Saturday. I told the man I need this dining room table delivered today or I wanted my money back- to that he said I would have to talk to Mark on Saturday! Worst experience! No money no table!

I had very bad experience with this store. This is one of the worst store ever seen. Initially they behave nicely to sale the stuff after purchase they treat you like stranger. They always suggest to take protection plan from Insurance company GB, if something happens to your stuff this company does not take care of your stuff. Basically both furniture mall and GB company cheating to coustomer. I spent lot of money on sofa and other furniture, when I called to GB company they did not follow their policy and when I contacted to store manager ( Anthony Bessey) then he explained me about car insurance rather than furniture he sold. I have been shopping with the Furniture Mall since the 90s. I have never had an issue with any product I have purchased here. However, I do purchase the higher priced furniture they offer because; Caveat Emptor, you get what you pay for and that is from any retailer. I do recommend as they offer a wide variety of furniture design and choices, and they do have a long history in the metro Atlanta area.

It is soooo bad!!! I bought a full size and a twin size mattress 3 hours ago. When i drive home and unload it, i saw a bed bug on it. So i immediately decide to return it. So i go back to the store. But they said that they need charge me 20% restocking fee. I asked why? And i said I just bought in 1 hour before even do not unpaged. They said it is “may”, the policy is “ You may receive a full refund if the sale cancelled within 48 hours of ...” I am so angry so i call the police and they suggested me to go small claims court and yelp them at google. Now I am searching about the court. This is the first, i can’t return bad goods in US, and it makes me to study court. By the way, one star is too more.

Their customers service is horrible. ...no one answers the phone or it is busy. No one ever called to confirm delivery, I had to. Made it clear to deliver after 5pm. Received call at lunch time that they are in route? ???? We all work long hours. ..they did not show up at all!!!! Even though they said they would...Had to call a different location and was informed they stop delivering past 6pm...unbelievable!!! Worst experience I have ever had with any type of purchase at the furniture mall of Georgia Kennesaw store. The staff is the most disrespectful, unprofessional staff that doesnt have a clue about what customer service is and could care less about customer retention. I purchased a mattress that I had to replace 3 times which led to the manager refusing to replace the mattress and telling me to call the manufacture its not his problem any more. The product they sell is dirt cheap and so is the service and theyre concern to help resolve an issue from defective furniture they sell. Pay a little extra for the quality and service you deserve.

Great prices for the furniture is what gets you in the door. The customer service is why I will never buy from them again. My first purchase was a bedroom set and dinning room table and chairs. Great price, delivered on the day promised. The guys set up everything and cleaned up. That interaction would get 4 stars.Later that month I purchased a couch and love seat. The date they promised to deliver it, nobody showed or called. I called their office and spoke to someone who handles their internet sales and he told me that the driver came by and nobody was home. That was a lie because I work from home and somebody is always here. He had the nerve to hint that I, the customer was lying.Then when the furniture was delivered, there was a bad scratch on the arm and one of the legs was damaged. The delivery guy noted the defects and said they would replace the merchandise within a week. He left paperwork to that affect. Tell me why did it take 7 phone calls and 3 e-mails to get the replacement furniture weeks later? Again the company representative and a lady manager were extremely rude throughout the entire process.Because of that experience, I would rate them a 1 star. Based on the Jekyll and Hyde performance of this company is why I give them an overall rating of 2. Their prices are great but I would recommend IF you choose to do business with them, that you rent your own truck and get a buddy and pick the stuff up yourself, or hire a company like Two Men and a Truck to do it for you.As for me I will spend the extra money and go some place else that appreciates my business more.

Never go here, this place is the worst place to get your furniture from and it needs to go out of business. The stupid manager named Anthony thinks he knows how to run it but all he dose is puts it on sale but charges for the actual price. The. He dose on a rampage saying that he knows what he is doing. Never go here if your looking for good quality and their customer service is the worst and they never pick up their phones. They never call us if the order is being delayed and they say it going to take 8-9 weeks to get here and we have waiting for 12 weeks

Dispute on Credit Card before its late!!Im being generous with 1-star rating. This company is a fraud. If you dont believe me, try calling their Kennesaw number 10 times. If it gets picked up once, then visit them.The furniture was damaged on delivery. We listed the defects on the delivery sheet and sent them photos of the images via email within 24 hours. The delivery person said they would let them know and they would replace the broken pieces. Within the next 3 weeks, we called over 15 times and each time we were given a different story on why they were not able to confirm the damages. Not once did we receive a call from them. It was always us calling and being told that they would call us back some day.Thank Goodness after three weeks of not hearing back, we disputed the item with our credit card. This time they were responsive and came by to retrieve the item within 24 hours!Stay away...

Liars, they will lie to you & oversell products. We purchased recliners from them that they said is pure leather on seats & backrest. Recliners did not even last 2 years & material started peeling off; in less than 6 months both recliners fell apart. When I called them they said that they are not in the market to resolve product issues. Their protection plan is useless as it does not cover normal wear & tear or material or manufacturing defect. Needless to say, furniture wont even last that long for accidents to happen. They have horrible quality of dining sets & other pieces of furniture. We were in double mind from the reviews but still ended up buying, a BIG MISTAKE!

Total fail on this company,we walked in No one greeted us we went ahead and paid for our stuff in full and told them we were moving out of state and will call to pick it up,called a week ahead and confirmed pick up i rented a uhaul trailer a day early and showed up to pick up i was sent to back where No one came to door then I call only to be told the wrong color came in( Really? Find out the day of?) I left told then Ill be back from Florida in a few days then I call and request they deliver items in box to my garage for no fee as they made the mistake and both idiots Mark and Anthony tell me I was being unreasonable with a ridiculous request! Said they rather refund us over $400 than to pay $90 for delivery. The both are incompetent and nor myself or anyone I care about will ever do business with them. Do not go there,the stress isnt worth the deals.

DO. NOT. BUY. FURNITURE. FROM. HERE! As if the other reviews werent enough, let me me say it again. Dont do it. I bought funiture from here late February 2016. By April one of the legs on my table had cracked. By June a chair completely fell apart and the wood on my box spring cracked because my fiancé and I (both under 200lbs) had sat on the same side of the bed. We picked up the box spring to rotate it only to find out that its made out of actual cardboard, just wood and cardboard, no springs in the box spring. All of their furniture is poorly put together. Its not like we bought the cheapest of what they have and its still falling apart. I would hate to think of what it would look like if we did. It would have probably all crumbled and been vacuumed up by now. Stay away. One star is being generous.

Had installation scheduled for this weekend 12-9 and they came at 2. Great job calling prior and the installation was VERY quick. The only BAD thing is that the frame for the bed they bought was a QUEEN instead of a KING so im waiting on that now.Furniture is brand new, came out of boxes and matress/box spring is SUPER comfy. A couple weeks ago I had stopped in to look at few pieces for my parents home. This is a huge store and figured I could definetly find something for the huge project. I immediately saw a living room set that was absolutely what my mom was looking for. Had a couple questions about it and was looking around for someone who worked here to talk to about it. I saw a gentleman who also noticed us but didnt want to take the time to say hi, before I could say anything, another couple had walked in from another part of the store and noticed the salesman didnt acknowledge us. However salesman instead asked that couple if they found anything and that couple told him that he needed to talk to us first. When he came over he had his cell phone to his ear and finally asked if we needed assistance, I inquired about the sofa and he said that it is self explanatory due to the sales ticket on the sofa. I said nothing and walked out the door. Shouldnt have to point out someone not being customer service oriented, but seriously lags in that department and sadly for him we were going to spend money on furniture, however due to his obscene rudeness he obviously doesnt need me to waste his or my time spending it there.

I was so excited to get my couches, they told me it would be there in two days, got there a week later, set up for a delivery then they canceled, then when I finally get my couches I open. The box and it has a rip on the bottom, called they told me to bring it back but that would of been so much time and work to drive alllll the way from Dallas, then I told them they could refund my a portion of what I paid, they told me because it’s on the bottom of the couch that the people who made it said it was not a big deal, well to me it is especially when they are brand new like really, never again lesson learned

I recently bought a new bedroom set and mattress form them. They were supposed to deliver on a Sunday, and never showed up, not even a phone call. I was the one to call them late that day to ask them about the furniture, and they said they werent able to make it. They said theyd deliver the next day, which they did, but they didnt show up at my door step until 8:30pm, and some of the furniture was chipped.

BUYER BE WARNED!!! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS STORE. Wish I had read these reviews prior to purchasing. The store manager, Anthony will say anything to make a quick sale. He sold me furniture under false pretenses. On Saturday, I paid for a bedroom set he promised would be available for pick up on Monday. I waited the entire day and NEVER received the call, when I followed up, I was told by the cashier that it would not be available until Wednesday (I called numerous times to reach a live person, the line was constantly busy!). I immediately asked for a refund and was told that I would be fully refunded once I came in the store so that my credit card would be swiped for a refund.When I walked into the store I went straight to the cashiers desk for my refund. They immediately radioed Anthony to inform him that I was in the store with a refund request. As he approached, I could see the stress in his face. As I attempted to explain that I needed the bedroom set today, he immediately informed me that I would be charged a 35% restocking fee plus 3.5% credit card fee (for merchandise he did not even have available).He started yelling at the cashier charge him now! The cashier seemed intimidated and began following his orders.Anthony, store manager, seems soft-spoken and mild mannered but he is a wolf in disguise. He seems to run the store with an iron fist where the workers are afraid of him. Do yourself a favor and do not purchase from Funiture Mall on Barrett Parkway ( next to Michaels and Best Buy). Anthony is completely unqualified to be a store manager and have proper customer relations. If you dont believe, please read the other reviews - as his name is mentioned several times- I wish I had done my research prior.

Horrible customer service. The store manager Anthony Bassey was very rude to me and my family when we were trying to purchase a bedroom set. He refused to answer our questions about the bedroom set. Why would you go into a business where you have to sell to people and have horrible salesmenship? In addition to the rude store manager, the store is poorly lit to the point where you can barely see the display furniture. All around this place is horrible.

I bought a dining set about two weeks ago. the salesman anthony said they would have to order it and when it came in they would set up a delivery date. they called to set up a date and told me delivery would be between 12 and 9 pm. called that morning and was given a time frame and the delivery guys showed up with all the furniture but one chair was damaged. called the store and the lady had them come back out in a couple days for exchange. salesman and desk staff were very helpful and nice. plan on going back later to purchase a living room set. would definitely reccomend them to someone who is looking for furniture for a fair price

I hate Furniture Mall. They have poor customer service, and they do not believe in prompt delivery. I ordered a bedroom set back in November. I have yet to receive all the pieces, and it is February. They didnt offer me anything for the inconvenience, not even a sorry... Oh, they did tell me that I could pick another black piece from another set... Which my comment was, if I wanted another piece from another set, I would have ordered that set in the first place. I just am apauled by all of this. They dont give you a time frame, so you are left pimping your home until you possibly get a phone call about your furniture. I am very upset about this whole thing, because I am a paying customer, never asked them for anything, and I think I should have at least been compensated in some way. BUT NOTHING!!!Therefore, if anyone is looking to purchase furniture, I say do your homework, and choose someone else.This is not the place.

Customer service is horrible. First of all it is 2015 and I get a busy signal every time I call. When I finally got through, someone took my name and phone number and promised an agent would call me back....That never happened. So I was forced to listen to busy signals the rest of the day until I finally gave up.And get this.....I am following up on an order from 5 weeks ago that I already paid for and I am waiting for delivery.... the nerve of me to want to speak with some one on this urgent matter. If I could leave zero stars I would! My husband & I went to find a sofa for our living room before our son was born. We found one we loved but it was the wrong orientation for our room. Thr salesman said they could order one and all we had to do was pay half, then we could pay the other half when we picked it up. Perfect. We got everything arranged. Our son arrived earlier than expected and when my husband called the day before we were scheduled to pick it up they told us they hadnt ordered it and it would be an additional week. When we requested for our money back to go elsewhere, they said it was on layaway and we couldnt get a refund..... long story short we got the refund but not without me (who just had a csection), my new baby and husband driving down to the store because I had to be present for the refund since we ran my car initially. Horrible customer service. The lady the was very snarky and rude throughout the process! Save yourself the headache and go elsewhere. We found the same sofa for cheaper at ashley Furniture.

Horrible experience i bought a desk for $169 and right away sales person is threatening me because i didnt have $79 for delivering and set up that i coud not bring back if i couldnt put together my Son put it together a week later and it wasnt cut right because of prefabricated cuts so top wasnt level even though base was so i called and sales person very rude and said i couldnt bring back even though i had pictures of it put together not a reputable place i would never purchase anything ever again from them because if they are petty over a $169 i cant imagine a large purchase and than you are stuck ! Delivery is too expensive and i dont live a mile away it would have been better if they changed $30 to come and set up for people who cannot afford delivery! Horrible greedy people who cares nothing about customer service or keeping a customer! I am thankful i didnt spend any more than $169 and it is lesson learned! Corrupt business practices!!
