The two gentleman who delivered my furniture was great they was early and very professional. They got my furniture into my apartment quickly without any damage and assemble my dining room table. I had a very pleasant experience at this location. I came in and looked at sleeper sofas and I spoke with an older gentleman who was extremely helpful and I told him I would come back. I came back a few weeks later and I worked with Jacob Webb who was extremely helpful as well and attentive to my needs. He made sure to give the best customer service to me and keep me informed about when my furniture would be delivered. Today I received a phone call just follow up on my order to make sure I was satisfied and if I had any questions. I had a great experience here. Great job!

I would have given 5 stars if it weren’t that it took 6 months for the furniture to arrive. When it did arrive one piece was damaged and they are replacing it. Customer service was really good although could have been better had someone offered to compensate me for the inconveniences.

Horace Gill Is very very professional, honest and friendly. I felt comfortable when I first walked in and his greetings sounded very warm! He doesn’t push and try to force you to buy like the rest of salesmen. He did what’s best for me as a client and was there to answer questions when needed. He helped me through everything and helped me with measures. We need more people like him in the Kennesaw store because every time I come in even if I don’t buy anything he’s there to help and ensure I’m doing good! Please let him train that Latina girl, she has no customer service and is all about the sale!

This Furniture store is absolutely amazing and by far the nicest people and customer service . We have spent over $10,000 dollars at this store and Clenton has helped us pick out every single item .Millie, our Customer service rep was very efficient in keeping us up to date on all the pick up days. We had one delayed item and they called us right away and we were able to purchase a replacement item. The store manager Lisa, facilitated our pickup by calling all the other stores we were supposed to pick up our dinning table chairs from and made sure they knew we were coming!Where has this furniture store been all my life lol QUALITY items for a great price!I don’t care to leave reviews but this place has been amazing! Very, pleasant experience!I will definitely comeback for all my furniture needs.

Purchasing furniture is an enormous decision. This American Signature Furniture location seems to lack such understanding. The company contacted me twice in reference to my deliveries ensuring inventory had been taken & the items I ordered would be delivered. Upon the first delivery an item I purchased never made it to my home. When I made the purchase I was informed that it was being marked as “purchased” the day of, however upon contacting the store in regards to the item not being delivered I found out proper inventory measures weren’t properly taken by the store. The manager was extremely understanding and refunded my money in this instance. After the first incident I was contacted about the second delivery. Again the company contacted me on July 15, 2020. I cleared my schedule in its entirety in order to receive the delivery on the following day. After 4:00pm I contacted the store only to be argued with by the employee saying no one contacted me. On a good note -The couches are of great quality and were worth every minute of the 2 month wait, however there’s a massive communication barrier at the company that must be examined. The examination must take place sooner rather than later in order to service customers & in order for customers to continuously feel confident in shopping at this store in particular. Each time you communicate with anyone at this store take notes, and ensure proper inventory has been taken prior to making a purchase. Lastly, no warranty information has been given to me in reference to the purchase I made.

I ordered a couch on 9/14/21. Went to personally pick it up on 9/18/21 and was given the wrong item. The first person that I spoke with said the issue would be fixed because it was the stores error. The next thing that I know, the next person says that I need to pick it up myself. I called corporate and they said they would fix the issue. I still have not received my couch and continue to receive the runaround. Awful customer service. Dont waste your time with this location. I will never purchase another item from this location and will make sure that I tell my friends and family the same.

Our in store sales person was Jalina and she was very friendly and helpful. Delivery came as promised on the exact date with phone calls and text messages keeping us apprised of the delivery time and location. The delivery team was careful with the furniture and ensured all parts were in working order. We love the recliner sofa - a great value and beautiful peice!

I received the best customer service from the sale associate Natavia and the customer service agent Milly. These ladies went above and beyond in making sure my experience was outstanding. Milly went outside of her job duties while Natavia was out of the office. If it werent for these ladies I probably would have kept looking at furniture at other companies. I picked up a bunkie board after opening torn up, like moths was eating at it. The offered me a refund to keep the torn board. I refused. After almost 2 months finally got someone to deliver. They offered me 50 bucks for inconvenience, but then said they can’t give me the 50 bucks. Then the bedroom is an antique white that had brown spots. The ding dong colored it white caked it Depot now I have white spots. They are worst than Ashley furniture and that is sad. Customer and management service is so poor

In store shopping experience was as expected from salespeople. As for customer service, follow-up, and management could use a ton of work. This was by far the worst buying experience I’ve ever experienced. I ordered back in august of 2020 and just now finally completed the delivery of all my product. Delivery team is very uneducated in adjustable base compatibility. The worst part of my experience is constant delays and lack of customer service. The product they sell here is good for the price but it does not make up for the lack of service you don’t get. I wouldn’t shop here again, simple as that. I’m happy I can move on finally.

On 03/21/21, we purchased a couch from Horace and received a 4/10/21 estimated pick-up date. On 3/31/21, Millie called, offered free furniture delivery (they would not bring inside but would drop off as long as an adult was there to sign). Millie could not give a delivery window/timeframe and said we must be home all day, but delivery personnel would call 30 minutes before drop-off. She verified my contact info and confirmed a 4/2/21 delivery date. On 4/2/21 (after waiting until mid-afternoon), I called the store for status, explaining how I stayed at home as instructed.Maria apologized, said they scheduled delivery for 4/3/21, not 4/2/21, and she would call me right back. After waiting over an hour with no response, we reached the store again. Maria said she spoke to the warehouse about what happened, confirmed 4/3/21 delivery, and said delivery personnel would call us in the morning. On 4/3/21, the delivery man called at 7:45 am and confirmed our couch details/fabric color. The call came before store hours and led me to believe since they inconvenienced us the day prior, they were making an effort to correct it first thing. When it reached noon with no delivery and no additional calls, I called the store. At 12:50 pm, Maria said she was confused because now the system showed conflicting info---one area showed the furniture was in the warehouse, and the other showed a 5/26/21 delivery!! She said she would research and call me back. At 1:30 pm, Maria called and explained she could not access the warehouse and find my furniture because the warehouse staff wraps everything for delivery, making it impossible to sort through, and she said the warehouse staff left early for the holiday! She could not reach the warehouse manager, but she spoke to the store manager, who was on the road to NC for vacation and unable to offer assistance. Maria said she understood my frustration, would try to follow up with me Saturday but promised to call Monday. It’s Monday afternoon, and I have yet to receive a call. Ive been patient but I’m not a priority, and I’m canceling the order. I will take my money elsewhere. There are serious issues with the management. If the staff is too overwhelmed to make a call, they are too busy to leave early for a holiday. If work is so slow that they can afford to go home early, they should have delivered my order as said or called to explain what happened. It’s inexcusable.

Delivery people were very nice. A little rough with the furniture. The headboard was damaged, possible in on site assembly, attempts were made to hide the damage. I discovered damage and called customer service. They offered $200.00 to keep the damaged headboard. I accepted offer. Overall experience was fine, will shop at your store again.

Exceptional Customer Experience -The pandemic has caused delays in many supply chains. While I had to wait a number of months and had one additional delivery delay, my Charleston kitchen table finally arrived. Unfortunately the top was damaged! I couldn’t stand the thought of waiting an additional two months for a reorder. Good news is that Tyana and her manager Brenda went above and beyond to find a new tabletop to fit the base. They searched local stores to see if there was a match and sure enough, they found one. So instead of taking another 2 months, it took 2 days to get my new table delivered and it’s beautiful! I was at a furniture store to purchase a platform bed for my daughter, but after getting no assistant from the guy from the furniture department i decided to call American Signature from the furniture that i was in. Delivery was very quick!!!!! I was still in bed when I got a call at 7:50am saying that they would be at my house in 10 minutes, I had to quickly get dressed. Most furniture delivery takes hours before they come, but American Signature was awesome!!!! My only problem is that the other half of my furniture has been put on back order and I will not receive it until March. It’s very important to call at least a week before your delivery to make sure all your furniture will be arriving on time. The manager discounted my new bed because of the delay.

The store itself was very helpful with whatever they could do. I purchased this furniture back in November of 2020. I am just now receiving the sectional sofa. it has been over 6 months since I ordered the furniture. I understood the situation with Corona but the time frame for my delivery of my sofa was unacceptable. I have yet been told that I have to wait even longer for my coffee table to arrive. this experience has really taken a tool on me especially where my shopping is concerned

Keith and D’Metrius did an excellent job. I received a call around 8:34 am saying my delivery would arrive in 10 minutes. They pulled up around 8:44 am.Before bringing in the furniture, they came in to greet and view the space for entering the furniture. Both were overly cautious in taking it out the box, setting it up, and even making sure it wasn’t flush to the wall once it was set up.Both were proficient and thorough in making sure the set up was perfect. I had noticed one of the backrest of the sofa didn’t snap in like the others. I didn’t hear the click sound.Neither argued with me saying it looked fine to them. Both checked out the detail of that one backrest to look for the problem and noticed that part of the lining was covering a rod. They moved the lining over, re-set the backrest, it snapped in, and clicked. We were all smiles to that sound.I said...”Y’all must of had extensive training to make sure everything is just right for the customer?”They said no.Well, it’s obvious that they know how to be protective of another person’s merchandise and make sure it’s set up just right before they depart.Keith and D’Metrius did a superb job for us!!!!

Buyers bewareIn Jan went Couch shopping. Couldn’t get the couch we wanted because wants available until Nov 2021. We went with our second choice.Delivery scheduled for March. Which is way far out but we understand the shipping and covid issues.They called me to tell half the couch delayed. I had to call back. After an hour on hold the answer was ....wait and see. We can’t do anything until 24 hours before. And Or next delivery date is may. So I asked so if it is delayed I can’t get that piece until may? YesI am happy your business is successful. But what happened to customer service ?? I understand things happen but another 2 months for delivery??Come on people

I understand that everything was delayed due to Covid, but it was a major inconvenience for us. UPDATE: I finally received all my furniture on Nov 3. I placed my order on Aug 17. Of course the last piece of furniture received is damaged! I have tried calling the store and I being placed on hold or transferred. I am very unsatisfied with the service I have received. It is completely unacceptable to lack so much customer service. I am going to email them as suggested on the automated system and see if I can get a response. It’s so unfortunate to have to deal with all this just for some furniture. I finally was able to get in contact someone named Marissa and she stated nothing could be done the same day. I would have to call back tomorrow.We made a purchase on Aug 17 and our initial delivery date was scheduled on Sept 18. However I was informed that my furniture would not be available until after Oct 21. This is a major inconvenience for me and my family. I picked the furniture because I was told it would be available on said day. Now I have to be without any furniture for an entire month. They sale associate that called did not show an once of empathy. A simple I apologize or understand your frustration would have made the situation better. A refresher on customer service is what they need.Although we had a very difficult time receiving the furniture from the initial date that we were told. The customer service we received after we call was was good. Both manager( Brenda and Lisa I believe) were very apocalyptic and help with the process.The delivery crew was very fast and efficient.

I’ve searched everywhere for the couch I purchased and was so happy when I found it. However there was some confusion during the purchase. We are purchasing for our new home that is still under construction in a different state, that we later found out they do not deliver to. Thankfully, Milly at theKennesaw Georgia location came to the rescue and got everything fixed so that we can pick up the pieces just a few miles from the state line. Thank you so much Milly for you’re outstanding customer service and dedication to make this a great experience! They are lucky to have you!

$600 coffee table and it’s not sealed! Liquid penetrated and stained the top. I try calling the store and NO ONE ANSWERS!!!!

Do not purchase here. The service is terrible. I have been lied to about the financing and then told by my sales person Melissa that it is how it worked for her so she doesn’t understand and if I just want caravel the order then I am free to do that and this was all done over text. We ordered our furniture based on what was available to be delivered a month later. Then we received a call that half the order would not be availed or 3 more months. So we canceled that part. Tuesday the kitchen set we kept was delivered and it was not out together properly and we were told someone would come out on Saturday. Carla has now told me that it will be another month before someone can get out and take it or I can cancel my order. DO NOT PURCHASE HERE

This is my favorite of the Atlanta area locations. Maria was amazing with helping me coordinate my furniture pick-up. She was very understanding and went over and beyond to assist me with a special request. I always get great customer service at this location but this was by far my favorite experience.
