Consistently closes the store half hour early though times that are posted publicly state the store is open until 8pm. I made it all the way home (25 min drive) and it is just now 8pm when they should close. This is a recent occurrence over the last 2 weeks. It wouldn’t be so bad if the customers can’t see the barista in the window, standing against the counter with her arms folded just counting the time remaining until she can leave…. May you enjoy your life long career of holding up countertops.

2nd time this location has given me a tall when I order a grande.No other location does this. They blame is on the foam. 🙄 ok

Great drinks, great service and was super clean. My 4 year old daughter was sad that she spilled the last few sips of her special drink and one of the kind young men working noticed and brought her a cake pop! Was very impressed with the staff. Way to go!

Stopped in to get my free breakfast iced Apple macchiato. Even though you cant sit down you can come in and get the order to go. Five people working and they are all more concerned with the drive-thru I guess trying to keep speed of service at the drive-thru then waiting on me but finally I got my and that I went. Its very good the people are friendly just had to wait a while

Starbucks is always good. This particular time I ordered my mocha nonfat with whip and they entered it in as nonfat no whip. This seems to be a common problem when I get nonfat milk they automatically assume I dont want whipped cream. Its very frustrating.

Its Starbucks so always good. Theyre still not seating inside the store so you order and can sit in either one of two tables outside in the Casa Monica hotel lobby side entrance or in one of the few tables available outside near the side stairs of the hotel.

After placing my order and waiting in line they could not break my $100 bill therefore I wasted all of my time. And I was so tired. I really just needed a pick me up.....Do not use a Starbucks that cannot even accept cash. This is legal, US currency which should be accepted in the United States (the country they are doing business in).Oh and this was after her telling me my gift card had a zero balance on it. When I called the number on the back, this morning, it read that i had $9.98 balance.

This Starbucks location is by far the best in our area!!!! My husband and I order coffee every morning and the crew is always so friendly and remembers how we like our drinks. They always take the time to ask about our day. Our drinks are always on point!

I stop by here more than I should. The employees are competent, courteous and quick to get your order ready. Once they get to know you, theyll greet you by name and know your order.

Employees are great but everytime I use the drive thru they mess up my drink. After about a year of going elsewhere I decided to to give them another shot and guess what....my double tall caramel macchiato tasted awful. I dumped it out and noticed that there was no caramel in it and it was made with the wrong milk. At $5 per drink I expect better.

Stopped in to grab something warm and caffeinated after driving all the way to TN and back this morning. Was met by Elise and she helped me find out what would work best for me(never really done Starbucks before). And the cashier that helped get everything rung up was also very polite. They were very quick and very helpful. 💜

I normally love this location. The staff are usually great but today my drink was rudely passed to me without a word or glance. And instead of light ice I got heavy ice with nearly half the amount of drink as normal.

I love their online ordering where I can then go through the drive thru to pick it up. The drive thru at this location is behind the stores and feels like you are going through the Chase drive thru at first, but keep going and youll see it.

An infentessimal wait time is yours in drive thru, otherwise theres a Small porch outside, Cozy indoor offers warm atmosphere w/plenty of high-end elbow room to choose from. Be Not unhinged, this 8 to 10 person crew gets the job done by making easy work of all shapes/sizes.

This is the only starbucks I have ever been to that can never get my order let alone my drink correct. The baristas are always rude and the cashier is always snarky and impolite. I have never been to a Starbucks that is run so badly with such a terrible staff. No wonder why they were shut down for so many weeks during the summer time...

They are always so very nice. One of the baristas even gave me a free drink. I would definitely recommend this location.

The staff are really nice, the store is clean, and the drinks are always good. My only complaint is that it gets pretty busy, so it can be hard to find a table. Since so many people study there, it would be handy if there was bar seating available.

They had everything I needed on my road trip adventure, warm breakfast sandwich, bottle of water, and a hot coffee.This felt more like a neighborhood Starbucks even though it was fairly accessible off the freeway. It was easy to find and park, if I recall correctly you cant turn left out of the parking lot which was kind of weird, I had to turn right onto the main road and make an immediate left into another shopping strip, them pull out of that lot to turn right in order to head back to the freeway.

Swift service coffee made correctly and was definitely extra hot as ordered.

Love Starbucks but this location not so much. I ordered my coffee online and called so they knew I was there to pick it up. The lady on the phone told me they would bring it out to my car. They left our coffee sitting on the table outside the door. They never even let us know it was our coffee. I watched them bring someone elses coffee to their car. I was disappointed with the service there.

I love this Starbucks. The customer service has always been nothing but stellar every time I’ve been here. I would even say this location has some of the best customer service workers in the industry, seems like they enjoy interacting with the consumer. The drinks are always top quality and never incorrect. Cold brew nitro is a new addiction for me, and love the fact that they’re ditching straws

I love Starbucks but this is a bad one. The staff hassled my wife about carrying her emotional support Pomeranian, they made our drinks wrong and the parking is really awkward. We got blocked in to our parking spot by a delivery truck and we had to make an Austin Powers style 16 point turn to get out. There are plenty of other Starbucks around the area so there is no need to ever go to this one.

I had the BEST experience at any Starbucks! I just want to thank one of the workers, Davis, for my drink! After a rough day I am SO grateful for my drink! You should 100% give him a raise!!

It was open real early and I was lost. A good find. On my trip from Nebraska to Florida.

Ordered this morning after a hiatus. I got a tall white mocha light whip and the cup was no where near full. So I paid $4 for a 3/4 full cup. Thanks for the reminder of why I don’t go here often.

This is a very good Cheers-like coffee house. Its a neighborhood spot, but is just a block or so off the highway, so they get a good mix of locals and travelers. The service is good, and the atmosphere is comfortable. Always well-staffed, and if you are there at night, they put on a pretty good show. You can get regular coffee and not break the bank, and refills for $.50, A very good experience.

This location is convenient, but the staff could be more friendly. parking is most always a challenge.

I was not able to enter because the front had a sign with only drive thru. I walk around my city and uber so much without having a car, I havent had a Starbucks coffee in over 2 months now. Oh well, their business loss, I just drink more water now.

Worst Starbucks ever!!November 2, 2018 9:42pmI placed my ordered but they never printed my order, so they didn’t do it. After 5 min of waiting I asked them for my order and nobody knew about it. I practically had to ordered again and wait another 5 min because nobody wanted to do it. They never apologize about what happened and the last coffee was tossed to me. In addition to everything, one of the drinks was without whip cream and they put it on; I had enough so I didn’t asked them to remove it. Total time spent was 20 minutes for three drinks. Never coming back!!!

Shout out to the Starbuck HQ that manager of this store is amazing. Our bus was broke down and we had to wait hours until the replacement came and pick us up. The manager know that we are all in military and on offical business trip. He brought out coffees, milks, water and kept checking on us to make sure we were good. They even closed the store abit later that day to make sure we all had warn place to sit down

The worst Starbucks nationwide. This location is awkwardly placed, incredibly slow at making coffee, RARELY make orders accurately, and are known to argue when you request it to be remade. After picking up my 300th coffee from this location today, and it coming out the different everytime, I gave up hope.

This Starbucks is the closet to my job and honestly its always in and out service. The long always look long but the service is so quick!

Waited in the drivethru for 15 minutes and 2 minutes before they closed they said the car before me was the last one. I was also the last car in the line, would one more car really have made a huge difference? Especially since I arrived 15 minutes before 8pm.

Say what you want about this Starbucks, but I found it to be delightful.It was great coffee made by Starbucks, who do roasting all around the world - even China! So to find a Starbucks here in Kennesaw, I couldnt have been happier.The coffee tasted like coffee (specifically Starbucks) so thats good. They had baristas and they made all the magic happen - go figure!

Most of the crew is lovely, theres one gentleman though that decided that in front of customers was a lovely time to discipline the workers. It wasnt that bad but said gentleman was in gray workout pants, a Starbucks shirt that is WAY too tight and his collar was all messed up. Not a good light to shine on Starbucks employees. Criticism is made for in the back, not in front of customers.

Drive thru lane can process orders fast for multiple people.

We got 5-drinks here four were ok. But mine tasted like it was made with very burnt beans and very old/bad bilge water. Seriously undrinkable! We were back on I-75 headed for #ATLUTL game so time was of the essence, no taking it back. 🤔😎🤠

Ordered drinks at 2:44 July 13, 2018, as of 2:44 July 13, 2018 have not received them - cancelled order. Noteworthy to mention, 5 customers that arrived after us got their drinks. If this is standard service you can keep your coffee and Ill pass the word about the extremely poor service.
