Went there to return something to Amazon. Got there and there was a sign that the attendant would be back in 5 minutes. Needless to say they didnt return in 5 minutes. Me and 3 other people walked out after waiting over 20-25 minutes. I understand people need a break but dont put 5 minutes on the sign if you know you wont come back in that amount of time. Give or take a few extra minutes. 20+ minutes was extreme. Used this Amazon hub before and never had any issues. Very disappointed.

We had very positive experience at this Whole Foods location. The personnel at butcher section were very nice. We hadn’t realize that this place doesn’t have a mechanical saw, when we requested to have the meat cut into pieces, Mr. Matt manually cut it for us. Everyone was very pleasant and courteous. Their deli had healthy convenient salad and grilled options.

Makala in the coffee bar is excellent I come down every weekend She interacts with my younger son who is very shy and we adore that!!! she always makes him smile and gives the best hot cocoa to him..amazing girl . Just a really nice atmosphere with helpful people. Lots of really appetizing food options..If you know how to shop for deals there you can still do pretty well. Whole foods does not have to equal whole paycheck.

I’m just happy that I have a Whole Foods close to where I live. I rate of four stars number one because it doesn’t have a juice bar, what the heck? I also read it four stars because they put so much canola in all their food especially the hot bar, and only the salad is organic. I also tried to get a job there and they denied me so they really effed up on that one. I did get a coffee from the coffee bar and it was horrible I asked for a cappuccino and it was like the worst drink I’ve ever got. That’s why I just go to Starbucks instead because at least the drinks taste good. If they had me on the coffee bar the drinks would be better for sure. This whole foods is decent but I’m glad I at least get deals on rotisserie chicken on Saturdays being a prime member. I was addicted to the pizza but I would say stay away because it’s not even organic. The stuff seems to be OK but like I said not hiring me was definitely a mistake. I went by the job fair the hiring day on October something and there was a bunch of people waiting so it seemed a little unorganized. I’m actually glad I’m not working there. At least I know they have sugar-free bacon. Oh yeah the best deal is the garlic bread/knots they are literally one dollar for this huge garlic roll. I made an egg sandwich out of it so my breakfast cost like two dollars. They make the garlic knots fresh with the pizza.

Everyone here is very friendly and helpful. Grocery shopping here is much like taking a vacation. Its great. They have everything you need and I feel pretty confident saying the prices arent unreasonable. I placed an amazon delivery today with the 2 hour window. Made sure I was home for the scheduled time of delivery, however 4 and a half hours in and NO GROCERIES, so I called regarding my missing groceries. I was put on hold while Maria in customer service looked up what was going on, and while waiting I got a text that my order was cancelled because the person never came to pick up my groceries!?! COMPLETELY disappointed in both Amazon and Whole Foods, all I was told was sorry. No, hey can I make this right, can we discount you for your wasted time and the frustration you have experienced, can we deliver tomorrow....NOTHING! DONT WASTE YOUR TIME!😕

The Whole Foods in Kennesaw on highway 41 and Barrett parkway is the best one around! I have been to several in this city and as Ive traveled around the country have visited other Whole Foods and by far this one surpasses all of them. Especially their food bar! Whoever the chef is at our Whole Foods is awesome. The food is always delicious and theres a lot of variety. The other Whole Foods nearby need to take a lesson from this Whole Foods especially in their food bar area. Also, the employees are great. Everyone is friendly and knowledgeable. They have lots of product and I enjoy coming to this store very much.

This place Is huge and has a huge selection of many natural and wholesome foods and supplements like Protein, Multivitamins and minerals. Its a bit pricey, but thats the story of any healthy. They have small bathrooms, but are very clean. Theres even a Starbucks Inside. The customer service Is ok, they wont really ask you If you need help, but If you ask they are knowledgeable and will help. I was very Impressed and will definitely shop here again. I recommend this place to everyone!

I just moved to Kennesaw and I am exploring the area. This is a nice store but the employees are off putting. The hot bar is over priced. I got a plate for $15.87 and it was 3 spoons of wet soggy mac.

I love Whole Foods, but the Barrett parkway location is not on their A game. Salat dressings always missing a few ... usually the one’s I like!! Add ons like sliced almonds, nutritional yeast are missing. I have addressed this in house several times nicely and nothing seems to change🤔The hot bar well I know people like comfort foods, but it’s still Whole Foods right not country buffet!!A variety of fresh steamed or roasted vegetables would be nice. East Cobb completely different.

The customer service is always great. I love the food bar and ALL of the different offerings that they have there. The butcher is amazing and will have everything that you will ever need! Then the rest of store is pretty good as well. Stuff can be pricey at times, but you have to pay for quality.

Hoping for improvements. New store is large, with lots of bells and whistles including electric car charging spaces and restaurant inside. However, there are no paper cups at their water dispenser (used to have this at Harrys/Whole Foods...which also had hot water.) Also, considering news advertising lower prices due to Amazon buying Whole Foods, youd think wed see this reflected in their food bar as well. Not so :( We still enjoyed the hot food bar because we know the foods are fresh, but there was a smaller cooked vegetable selection here as well.

Story time:I come here every week and grab some food. Usually get the 2 sides and entree for $24. Vegan Mac & cheese and salmon.Today, I walked in and grabbed the food items as I usually do, I noticed the vegan Mac looked at bit different: smaller noodles and maybe sprinkle vegan cheese used this time.After warming up and trying, it tasted horrible! It was some sort of macaroni salad that they were trying to pass off as reg macaroni and cheese. Very misleading and nasty!🤢🤮Please stick to keeping it simple Whole Foods.Just noodles and cheese.....By the way: what happened to the teriyaki salmon 🍣

Employee sitting in the bathroom stall talking to someone for at least 5 minutes about wipes she prefers because she, Doesnt want to use chemicals on my private parts.... Wouldnt have been as much an issue if there were more than 2 stalls, and 3 people waiting. She had very short bleached blonde hair. Another employee came in and eventually gave up on waiting, so hopefully shell mention to someone.

Recently moved to the area.Glad to find a Fresh Market. Great store but the meat department was a disappointment compared to the meat from my last state. Meat is not fresh.Very friendly staff and good produce.

Prices felt higher than normal vs the rest of the market, couldn’t find quite a few regular items, and the EV charger was broken. So overall not ideal.

Found what I wanted, except they didnt have the shelves fully stocked for my item (variations, flavor). Had to search for another item. I really, really like Whole Foods overall - but only four items (with Amazon discount) was $35. Of course, Ill be back, because its special. But . . .

Wonderful store! I hadnt been to one since leaving California. Upset they dont carry fennel but I was able to find everything I needed today. And my cashier helped me pull up my Prime account for additional savings. I will be back. BTW get a slice of heaven... I mean pizza. Our kids loved it

Just happened upon the store during their Grand opening ceremony, with Harrison High School Band playing, free coffee and pastries. Immaculate store, helpful and friendly staff, everything you need or want - fresh bread and pasteries, coffee bar, beer on tap and glass growlers for sale, restaurant, fresh pasta, artisan all cheese room, butchers block, juice bar... EVERYTHING! Even a great seating area with televisions, and an In-Door playground! Bathroom sucks though, only two stalls!Update: after returning on a regular day, there are a lot of items (juice boxes, local body products) that they dont carry, and the brands they sell are higher price points. Their $3 cost for a 10oz cup of standard drip coffee, $4 if you want a refill, tells me they only want a certain economic class of people as patrons.

I shop in the store when I can. I am glad I have a closer location than Marietta. I work long hours as a business owner. I started a few years ago ordering food through amazon food delivery from whole foods. Most of the time when I receive my order, there is a few border line rotten produce items or rotten produce. We are able to get a refund, but I would hope that the employees that are picking out the produce would use some consideration. I live on a plant based diet and also have to plan my meals. It’s impossible to get mock chicken sent with my order. It used to be easy to order food with quality, availability and standard. Not to mention whole foods is not cheep. Employee training needed or management needs help managing their employees. Disappointed.

Both of these gentlemen are shining examples of what phenomenal customer service looks like in action. Matthew was kind and professional enough to print out the detailed nutrition information for a few of the items that I was getting from the Hot Bar, after I shared that a few family members have some health conditions that requires them to monitor their sodium and sugar intake.Christopher went the extra mile in providing me some of the hot bar choices for lunch even though they had not completely finished transitioning over from breakfast, and he does an impeccable job of sanitizing the hot bar and monitoring customer cleanliness by ensuring that all Hot Bar customers use hand sanitizer and gloves. This is vitally important in general, but even more so during this pandemic.Thanks again to the entire Deli/Hot Bar crew. You all are role models for customer service. Keep up the great work.

The worst Whole Foods that I have shopped in. Most Whole Foods give the shoppers a gourmet shopping experience, with well designed displays of cool beauty products, specialty foods, gourmet meats and cheeses, home made baked goods and breads, high quality fruits and veggies, an wonderful salad bar and hot bar that changes up their entrees and offerings every day. Not anymore. Whole Foods no longer offers these things. Most of the favorite and exotic brands have been replaced with Whole Foods own 365 brand not giving the shoppers any or very little choices. The once fun salad and hot bars now have leave nothing to the imagination as the exact same entrees are on them every day and do not change. The once cool and interesting clothing is now just over priced t-shirts. The shopping experience has taken a major decline since Amazon bought Whole Foods. Can we say boring, uninspiring and overpriced? This review was written by a once huge fan of Whole Foods who is now extremely disappointed and sad at the changes that have occurred and it feels like the loss of a best friend.

The indoor pizzeria was unexpected. I personally loved being surrounded by customers following the rules (wearing masks). Got the unique items that I can only get here, and they were all in stock.

A very large Whole Foods with especially large meat, seafood, pasta, and wine selections. The cheese selection seemed smaller most, but the employee in the cheese section was very helpful and found everything I was looking for.

Layout is great. Design is aesthetically pleasing with highlighted departments. Didn’t have the hot foods selection that I was looking for and ended up having sushi instead. Had the salmon avocado roll and it was fresh as much as pre-made could be. My niece said the Boston Cream Pie Mini Tartlet was delicious but rich.
