I came there four minutes before closing and the guy was kind of pushy and rude. Was looking to open a business account and kind of felt like my questions couldnt be answered. I understand its almost time to close but answering a question wouldnt hurt.
Came in with an appointment, was given a card with a phone number to call to turn on service before the staff went back to talking loudly amongst themselves. Left to go to AT&T to see if they have better customer service.
The salesman that helped me to purchase my S21 5G phone was nice, BUT, he talked fast & kept saying phrases that really turned me off & he didnt teach me how to operate the phone itself. It was NOT ready for me to transition to. I had to set it up more than any other Verizon phone Ive purchased. Ill go back there, but Ill ask for a different person to help me.

While on vacation the Bluetooth on my phone stopped working, and right behind that my phone didnt want to charge. So I stopped into this Verizon to upgrade as I was overdue for one. This stores staff was emensely helpful and absolutely the best. They got quickly to me, and even informed me of an amazing deal that saved me almost 700 dollars on a phone. Even when the system was giving trouble with activating my upgrade and applying my promo discount the staff continued to work until everything was right and setup. Even making sure all of my pictures, files, and apps has been transferred to my new phone and letting me see and confirmed that my old phone had been wiped and factory reset before I left the store. Kayla was the associate that handled my issues in the store and she was absolutely the best and knew her job like a pro.

All the employees were friendly and helpful. Verizon also provided safe places for customers to complete transactions with the cleaning of each sales area and bottles of hand sanitizer. Social distancing observed, as well. Im extremely proud to be a Verizon customer!
Wanted to change back to Android, was told to wait till September... even if my upgrade fee would have only been $183. If the sales guys get paid commission on new phone sales, why tell me to wait.

I waited 45 minutes to see an employee only be be told to call customer support. It may have been out of the employees hands, but it was incredibly frustrating to wait that long and not be helped.
I dont give Verizon wireless any stars because their devices are no good, and they go up on your phone bill every month. Every month its higher and they make up excuses for it being higher, they charge you for paying for your phone bill in cash in their stores. They have very poor customer service. They charge will charge you for paying off your devices early. I have had nothing good to say about Verizon Wireless. If you have money to give away then this is the place. They charge you for bringing your phone internet service through your A Tab and Computer and you will be tpaying for your phone internet service twice. Dont waste your time with them because you are going to be stressed out with having their services. They use old recycled devices and they give you a phone number and you will have more trouble with their phone. The devices are old and they sell them to you as new ones. They are all about taking your money or over charging you for services that are not even worth it. Their phones spends a lot but they will lie and tell you well we got to troubleshoot. So do yourself a favor and stay away from Verizon Wireless phone services and you will be glad that you did. Verizon Wireless is just like Metro PCS .Everybodys always calling Customer service complaining about their service and phones. All Verizon Wireless Services is, is just higher because they will over charge you for everything. And everything that you buy from Verizon Wireless is higher than average price. Verizon Wireless employees will over charge you, first there is Verizon Wirelesn everything that is over the Verizon Wireless price range they keep this money and pocket it. Most businesses are doing it this way. price and then they over charge you and then they pockets the extra money that they take from you.
We werent allowed to hold the phones. Im trying to decide between 2 phones and wanted to hold them. Not happy!
Experience was good just had a problem with trading my phone, said that I brought it from a different carrier when I purchased it at that same store. Store could only go back 1 year on receipts and as you know most contracts are 2 years.
Bad service. Unmotivated staff. Dishonest staff. 100% amazed that AT&T’s 4G LTE is faster than Verizon 5G. Idk if it’s due to congestion in Kennesaw, or what. But I was told about 4 lies to get me to purchase from this location, and that’s just what I know about.

Came in with my sick phone hoping to get some help. Phone is sluggish and powers off all the time. Instead of listening the woman (manager!) Told me right off the bat that they didnt repair phones. That I needed to upgrade. I probably just need a new battery. I was surprised that this particular location hasbeen changed. Very boring uninviting store now. There were three customers, two associates ( on a Saturday morning youd think they would staff better.)I observed for a while and got impatient. Not the Verizon company I was used to. Ive been a Verizon customer for decades.Not going back to this lackluster store. I guess its time to try a different company.I noticed some of the answers to other reviews and noticed that the answers were pretty muchsorry blah blah blah..: but no effort to remedy peoples issues.Bad business folks!!!Extremely disappointed.
Put a watch on hold and told them I was on my way. I got there 2 min after close with customers still in the store to pay for my held item. They wouldn’t let me in and used the excuse that corporate wouldn’t let them. I think corporate wants customers come in and spend $300.
Quick, efficient, friendly service. I brought a magazine expecting a usual wait and was helped immediately by a wonderful employee. The name of employee was Kierra? I have talked to 7 different Verizon people over the last 5 days & got very conflicting information. Very discouraging one said they could order the phone, another said they were out of stock, another they had it so I went to store & they didnt have it.Another problem very conflicting accounts of what to pay...if I was a new customer I could save $300 but because Im a long faithful customer NOTHING. Because we are grandfather plan we dont get any savings. So Im considering leaving Verizon why should I stay??? I am not even giving you all the problems I ran into.....
The best service, hands down! Always have a signal no matter where I go! Have trouble with heavy cloud cover sometimes, but that is just nature. International texting is great. Wished prices were cheaper but you get what you pay for! If you want the best you have to pay for it!
This is an outstanding store. The manager is great and I dealt with a sales rep named Patrick who was also amazing.I’ve been in this store half a dozen times for one thing or another and always had great, friendly service.This last time was the first time a purchased a phone and that part of the transaction went very well. Patrick is a veteran at Verizon and really knew his stuff. Sophia was the manager, I believe, and she was awesome as well.

We had to wait awhile on a Wednesday afternoon for assistance. When we inquired about the difference between two phones, the clerk pulled them up on a tablet and handed it to me. Many of the fields were blank. There was no attempt to find out out the information when I further inquired. The clerk obviously had no product knowledge nor was she interested in finding out.I have shopped here many years and when I showed her the same model phone and with more memory for a significantly lower price at Bestbuy, she made no attempt to explain any reason why I should buy here and walked away.

I had a horrible experience at this store. The staff was passive-aggressively rude. And the staff is slow. I watched a woman upgrade a phone only - not offering any type of add-ons - the only accessory she weakly offered the customer was a phone case, and then telling the customer the most inefficient way of doing a phone to phone transfer for a Google Pixel (backing up the phone or using Content Transfer). This transaction took 25 minutes. Im not sure why the staff here seem to be so incompetent, but it shows. I wont be visiting this location ever again.
Did not like the pushy sales person who tried to sell the Apple to my friend and insisted that my friend did not want an android! We both did not appreciate her help at all! And to top it off she wasnt the person who waited on us when we walked in. Another salesperson, who was very nice and gave us space to freely look at our options. Thus is why I dont like Verizon! I wouldnt even give them one star, but have to for this post.
Walked in and was greeted by the manager Elizabeth. She was very rude and short. She did not want to help and give helpful information. She was just worried about getting to the next customer and dismissing us. One of the rudest employees I have ever encountered. Will never come back to this location again.

I had a great experience at this Verizon location. The staff and management were very helpful and knowledgeable of their products. I was able to get my family and I a great deal on our cell phone plan. I recommend this location for all your cell phone needs.
Very clean and organized. Fast service for the amount of people waiting. Ask for specific items when youre signing in so that youre not just waiting. Staff was very friendly and informed me that the item I needed was located in the back. While being helped, staff went to the back and grabbed similar items in the event that I needed a few things to choose from. Smart move. This visit was for my husband and I have been well definitely be back for any of his future needs. Im a TMobile chick so this was the only reason I needed to stop by.
This store had the phone I was looking for(Google Pixel 2 with the most memory) when 5 other stores did not have it. The guy was really friendly and didnt push me to buy their things when I told him I bought mine online from Amazon. It was a very smart experience.

This place is ONLY getting two stars because it’s in a good location. I went in two weeks ago to get a gizmo watch band, second one since last year,( I have had the watch two years total). When I went in it was the typical rush the customer (which I loathe) I spoke with a young lady there that said that the watch band was out of stock and she would order it for me and have it sent to me. I said no you can order it and have it come to the store (I needed them to put the band on the face🤷🏽♀️) the young lady said no problem, but it will not be in the store until 21 February 2018, I said cool, she said well to keep you from coming back I’ll call you when we get it in and we will put the band on your bill, I said cool. Here it is 25 February and I stood in the store on a Sunday and it took so long to be seen I left. So on today, Monday 26 February 2018 and I decided to call. Of course if the store is too busy they route the call to a call center which CANNOT transfer you, so they put you on hold and talk to the store on another line. Who KNOWS what’s being said. Bottom line the manager speaks to the customer service rep and tells her I didn’t come to that location. Seriously? I then told them the lady that took my order was either maybe Asian or Mexican I wasn’t sure of her culture I just know what she said to me. Bottom line, the customer service and lack of responsibility blows my mind. I wish I could back out of my contract but gizmo is ONLY through Verizon. I had them when I was in the military and I disliked it back then.
Very pleasant experience. We were checked in promptly and then attended to by a very nice and knowledgeable sales associate. No pressure or push to a particular product.

Jama Hines reached out to help as much as she could, consulting her colleagues, manager and even calling Best Buy in an attempt to get problem resolved. Made a visit to the Verizon store and had a pleasant experience with Kristina Acosta. She was very helpful, knowledgeable and assisted my wife make the transition to iPhone 7. She also had a lot of good ideas on other products that could help with communications. If you had an opportunity to request Kristina, she will take you.
Andy Meyers was PHENOMENAL!!! I transferred from AT&T and the transition was extremely fast and smooth. I couldnt have gotten better assistance. If you need anything in regards to Verizon, Andys your guy. Knowledgable and hard working! I look forward to returning to this store because of him. 5 stars!!!
Had to go in twice in one day and both times the same woman was more than happy to help me, dont remember her name. Phone was still on warranty so they had my new one delivered the next day. Got a text message from the GM I think Isaac after thanking me and saying to let them know if I needed anything. Its a customer service script text but still really appreciated.
Asked for help to load old phone onto new. He wouldnt. Said it was easy. I left and still cant figure it out. No good customer service

I came here after leaving the Cobb Parkway location disappointed and a little frustrated at their lack of communication and failure to explain their products and services for n detail. Todd was very sweet and patient with all my questions and very helpful for a baby boomer like me.
I wouldn’t even give any star for this location. They took our name down,didn’t even tell us that there was a 25 min delay. People who came after us got an agent to help them. They just lost people who were switching.

I have been to other Verizon retailers but the shop in town center mall is by far the best. The sales people are all professional and easy to deal with as well as being experts in all things Verizon. They have made me a lifelong customer. 10s across the board.
Its hit-or-miss at this location. Mostly miss. If you know exactly what you want and can describe it in enough detail, so as to do their jobs for them, youll be fine. Ask for anything slightly unusual, like support issues, and you mine as well forget it. Make the trip to the Smyrna store; those folks will bend over backwards for you.
Just sat in this store for 20 minutes and watched every person but me get greeted. No clear line, no queue system. No host to greet me and put me in queue to speak without a bill. This store just solidified my moving away from verizon.

The entire staff works really hard here. A lot of customers dont know this but you can schedule an appt to minimize your wait time. In addition, you can also order your phone online and pickup in the store with minimal wait time. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. 🙋

If I could give less than one star I would. Ive been a loyal Verizon customer for years. I waited for about an hour just to get someone to talk to me during lunch - they need more people working during the busy time of day. I told them I needed to talk about my account, asking how much it would cost if I dropped a couple of lines from my account - etc... They didnt even try to talk me into staying. If you ask me - Verizon is getting too big - they dont care about customer service, they dont care about keeping existing customers. Im going to the competition as soon as I can! 6/17/2014

I called this store and asked if they would replace a glass shield that I purchased at this location under warranty or did I need to go through the manufacture. Then used my lunch time to drive 20 min one way for the manager Nicholas Freeman to tell me this person I spoke with was mistaken or I misunderstood. I do understand it was a total waste of my time

Incredibly slow. Basic retail 101, when you have a long line of customers waiting, you need to speed up the time you spend with each... to make it worse, there was an issue with my trade in so I had to call customer sevice; after handling that, I had to wait another hour to finish my purchase. Poor management/training is clearly to blame.
Long lines and a surley attitude. Avoid. In response to the automated apology. Not bloody likely. This store is extremely disrespectful to vets, disabled patrons, and patrons with service animals. You can improve customer service by treating people and animals with care and concern instead of disrespect, and attitude.
Terrible customer service. Did a bait and switch. Offered the iPhone X with $400 off but when I went in they ran out of the phones. Told me I would get the same deal on another phone but after activating it, now customer service tells me I didnt get that deal.

I have been coming to this store for years and have always had a great experience, especially with a couple of the guys who’ve been there for a few years. The other day I walked into store and there were 2 other people waiting for help. One guy who looked REALLY rough with wornout jeans and a headband came up to me after finishing up with his customer and I thought he was ready to help. He didn’t acknowlede me at all nor smile. Instead, he went out to smoke in front of the store instead while people were waiting for help! Unbelievable. Verizon’s hiring process and management must be slacking a bit these days because this was surprisingly unprofessional! Not what I’ve been accustomed to as a long time customer.
Accessory prices are way to high. 35 for a car charger. Bought one at Walmart for 5 and it works great.

Unbelievably poor service. The wait is 45 min to an hour to take a photo to add to the account. This should take less then 3 min from start to finish. Avoid this location at all costs.
