I came in to have my broken screen repaired for my Moto g Power. I ordered the screen and then my wife inquired about her Apple 8 plus. The front facing camera stopped working, not because of misuse. The Apple store wanted close to $400, Damien a co-owner quoted me $45. It was a no brainer, he repaired the phone and works perfectly. Im so glad we came here. Customer service with Chrissy was excellent as well. I highly recommend this company and Im bringing all my electronic repairs here.

This place is incredible! They are HONEST, HIGHLY SKILLED and FAST. I went in thinking my battery inside my computer had to be replaced and they figured out it was an even minor issue and gave their advice and told me they are available if I have any other issues. Are you kidding me?! I would only go to them from nowany phone/computer issue even they’re about an hour away from me. Just refreshing to find such wonderful and highly skilled people!!

Update 4/16: Daman reached out and said I would give me a $45 credit. I appreciate that, and adjusted my review.Brought Galaxy Note 10 few days ago -Also I have a Note 9 that has screen cracked. They needed a active SIM card to test phone. Returned with card. Paid $45 during 1st visit. Tested for 5 mins and said couldnt be repaired. I asked for $45 credit to go towards $225 cost to repair old phone with crack. He said NO because of time spent inspecting of a just few minutes. Crazy he cant give credit while I am still wanting to do business with them. Poor customer service.

I love this place. These guys treat their clients like family. I’ve taken several iPhones here for repair. I’ve done my research and they are by far the least expensive shop in town. Always honest and fair. They know their stuff and how to explain it to someone who doesn’t.

I was having trouble with my HP - for some reason it blue screened on me while doing homework. Im always hesitant to go to repair shops as Ive had so many poor experiences in the past. they are always trying to up-sell me and dont explain things very well. I brought it into Computers R Us and Austin and Alex (some of the nicest guys!) walked me through the entire repair and what I would need to have done. The prices were significantly less than what other repair shops quoted me over the phone and they had it fixed within 2 business days! I will surely be coming back here for all my repair needs from now on!

They repaired phone pretty quickly and it looks brand new.

The laptop was restored but the data recovery did not work. But the store reached out to me offering one more try or refund for the data charge, which in my opinion is as fair as anyone can be. I have updated the rating based upon the staffs proactiveness in trying to make things right.

This is seriously THE BEST place to get electronics repaired. i had my laptop repaired here and now my phone. i slammed my Samsung phone in the car door and it was GNARLY. called computers r us and they said to bring it in asap and they would fix it. and they sure did! took about 1 hour. i figured it was toast, but they pulled it off. awesome dudes, cool environment and competitive pricing.

I took a computer that my son and I had built to another computer place before taking it to Computers R Us - big mistake - the other computer place diagnosed the problem as being a bad stick of ram. So I took it to Computers R Us who put it together and had it running perfectly. Turned out that the ram wasnt bad, it was just incompatible with the motherboard. Computers R Us did a work-around with the configuration of the ram, which made it run perfectly. Computers R Us diagnosed the problem correctly and put all the parts back together for less than the other computer store charged to diagnose, or rather misdiagnose the problem. I highly recommend Computers R Us in Kennesaw, GA.

I came in a few times to deal with a laptop issue. No matter how many times I came in, the staff was very respectful and easy to communicate to and with, whether in person or over the phone. Affordable pricing and when my computer issue wasnt resolved and I came back in, I was not charged again for diagnostic testing which I sincerely appreciated. Would definitely recommend to anyone!

10 stars! I called around a few other Computer repair shops: most kept me on hold or told me the repair would take several hours. I called Computers R Us and Damien told me it would take a few minutes and I would be on my way. I had to have the battery on my phone replaced because it began swelling (see pic attached, it was crazy!). No appointment needed and it was completed in about 20 minutes. Cozy waiting area. Will certainly be back.

My roommate suggested that I come see them. These guys were absolutely amazing. XS Max screen repaired in 20 minutes. They have been extremely professional. Theyre also very clean. Even seen them wiping down the door and counter with lysol wipes. All around, great experience. Thanks guys.

Soooo I cracked my XS max and after calling several repair shops around the Kennesaw area, Computers r us was the only place that had it in stock, could repair it within the hours AND offered a lifetime warranty. These guys are the BEST!

Edit: after speaking with Apple, I will need an entire new phone. Over $1,000. The $150 repair was not worth it and I regret doing it. My phone worked fine beforehand, just was cracked under the case. Apple informed me that back screen repairs are not covered under warranty and problems like this are the reason why. I was never informed this by the guys before the took my money to repair my phone.Unfortunately i am having to leave this review.I had them replace my XS back phone screen about 10 days ago. Now, my phone is not useable.It sounds like they forgot to screw something down inside the phone. My touch screen does not work correctly half the time. It has a will of its own. I am going to have to go get a brand new phone all because of the error in fixing the back screen.
