Their customer service could be a lot better. I called in advance to see if they had a specific iPhone in stock and a female answered. She was super friendly but unfortunately she wasn’t going to be there to help. When my girlfriend and I arrived, we didn’t feel acknowledged . There where a total of 2 T-Mobile associates and their manager. The 2 associates were helping other consumers but The manager didn’t even bother asking what we needed help with until maybe 15 minutes of us just wondering around looking at the phones. He sent us to one of the associates but immediately we felt he was rushing to get us out. He was definitely not friendly. First and last time we will go to this store. First impressions are everything and this place definitely needs improvement when it comes to customer service.
Went in because I was tired of Verizon and was nervously thinking about making the switch from iPhone to Android. This may seem like a trivial thing to most people, but it’s kind of scary. I walked in the store and was greeting by a delightful associate named Wes. We began to chat about the reasons I wanted to change providers and phones. He explained everything so well. He was very knowledgeable and made the transition super easy. I wound up getting the Samsung S21 ultra and let me tell you...... I have been enjoying it very much! Honestly, Wes made the whole experience great from start to finish. I highly recommend you ask for him by name!!!
Njoki did an amazing job in helping me pick the perfect phone for my business needs. Her patience and professionalism and don’t let me forget her personality were the best. You guys are blessed to have someone with impeccable customer service skills and someone who is so knowledgeable about your store’s products.
Marc was very professional. Unfortunately when I went back to the store for some further assistance, he wasn’t there. There was this tall guy there named Wes. He was very rude. I had to walk out the store because his attitude was so gross. He wouldn’t even offer any help. He talked down to me whenever I asked him a question. Treated me horribly. I used to like this location years ago but he definitely left a sour experience. He made me never want to go back there again.
I went to the Kennesaw store because my business phone wasnt receiving calls. Cat was such a great help,very patient, very smart,and a great multi tasker. After tier 1 and tier 2 technical support didnt have any luck.Cat (Catalina) tried again and had me receiving calls before I left the store. Thanks again Cat!
Im sorry but you need to put people who know what their doing. Some of the representatives there dont know their heads from their elbows. I went to this location to find out why I couldnt change the icons on the home screen. The rep. Marc seemed rude and said thats something that could not be done. I told him I used to do with the lg k20. Why couldnt I do it with the lg k30? The instructions say to tap and hold the icon then a window would pop up that says edit. But this K30 dosent say that. It just says app info. I dont know whats wrong but I think these people need more training. Im 67 years old and if I can figure that out, than why couldnt someone half my age cant? I thought everyone from the younger generation was supposed to be smarter. Guess I was wrong.
Fast friendly nice people. Store is great but tmobile company policy with little to no promo upgrades for existing customers sucks bad. They only offer good promos for new lines or new customers. Not existing customers.
Ive had TMobile for 15 years now and they always do a great job at this store in Kennesaw every time I have any issues. I especially would like to comment on an employee there named Will. He is top notch and you wont find a more professional person to meet all your phone service needs. Ask for Will
This was my first time visiting T-mobile since they merged with Sprint. Until now, Ive taken all of my iPhone problems to the Apple Store. I had a much better experience with T-mobile. William Wells went above and beyond to assist us.
AJ and Marc were fantastic and helped us make the switch to T-Mobile! They didn’t let us leave without making sure we were happy and understood everything we needed to know about our new plans and our new phones. Great service!

Highly recommend this location! I have purchased three phones from William Wells and have always received outstanding customer service. Not only that but he is highly knowledgeable in his field. As far as Tmobile goes, I am a satisfied 8 year customer with no reason to leave.

Patience was patient and helpful even though we came in 20 minutes before the store closed. She explained perfectly and stayed 30 minutes after to ensure my trade in was set up properly. Probably the best customer service I’ve ever experienced.

I’ve used this location for 4 years now. I went to this store, yesterday morning, when the screen on my iphone10 blacked out. I have insurance. The worker was not as courteous as what I am accustomed to. A big concern was the loss of data, because my phone is used for my employer-due to COVID19, I e been working from home all year. He made sarcastic comments alleging that my information was”obviously “ not important if I didn’t know if I backed it up. Tried to sell me into a iPhone12 through jump, but after processing it, claim that he only had a color in stock that I didn’t want. They didn’t have the screen protector or case in stock either. When I asked about checking with a different store, he refused and said they all of the stores are out of stock, because he did not want to do the leg work, so I chose to keep my 10 and just filed a claim, at the store. Spent over an hour there, they charged my Amex the $100 and showed me that my claim was excepted then sent me home. I waited for an email from Assurant or T-Mobile with tracking info for the overnight shipment, but nothing ever came, nor was any information on my T-Mobile ap. I have now been otp for an hour because I requested a supervisor, instead of allowing the rep to just pass the buck to Assurant. Why should my time be inconvenienced dealing with a third party that T-Mobile is contracted to. I want to cancel all 5 of my lines. I hate being lied to, stolen from, & treated like my money does not matter. I pay $326-$350 per month, $18 X 5 for the insurance & this is what I’m paying for. Utterly Disgusted😩 they need to send that new guy back thru training, because he devalues the service of this store.
We had William wells help us today, and he provided the best customer service of any phone store we’ve had. T-Mobile usually gives us good service, but he was definitely the best. Very knowledgeable about all there products and helpful as far as what route we should go. All around friendly. Great experience and Highly recommended.
I went to multiple tmobile locations to get my glass screen replaced, this was the only place that took the time to actually help me. I will only be going back to this location from now on 👍 They were friendly from the moment I walked in, quick and efficient. Keep up the good work!
So I bought a Samsung galaxy s20 for $1000 had it over a month yet to say thats the only way I can work or do business because I need the GPS. Now its a known issue with this phone (came from the managers mouth). So I take the phone back they said all they can do is order me a refurbish phone. But I say if its a issue with the s20 that mean this s20 is not going to work. He said yes . I told him I bought this phone only because my other 1 was broken I wanted to wait for the s20 note but needed a phone for work he said let me speak to regional manager and I will call u in 45 min. Well 4 days later and few visit back to the store calls to customer service that do have a record that this is a known issue im still waiting on a call. This is how u treat a customer that been with the company for 14 years. Lets do the math 14 years with a average of $200 a month thats about $33000 without missing a payment and not even including the phones I bought. AND THIS IS HOW U TREAT A VALUE CUSTOMER.

Great experience here. The guy that helped me was very informative, polite, professional and personable.Edit- had to stop by this store again a few months ago. Switched from always using android to an iPhone and couldn’t get the iPhone to set up or accept my info. I can’t remember her name, I feel like it was patience.. and just so coincidentally, she was SO patient and kind. She didn’t solve the issue, but not from lack of trying. She truly seemed to care and had great energy. Both experiences with this store were 100%. My review was already a 5 star, but I just wanted to praise this store’s service again. 🤗
Literally just switched today. Had to go into a different T-Mobile to finish setting up switching from Verizon because Carlos didn’t fully help us out. Now I’m dealing with the hassle of getting into a closed Verizon account. Go to a different store. Not this one. They were all helpful besides him.

I went in to ask for prepaid plan options and it took the T-Mobile guy way to long to look for the plans and prices available. I was underwelmed by the in-person help. Just going to do all my mobile service shopping online from now on.
Today I visited the store for their deal to switching over but my experience was not good and they were not cooperative. Hope I will not visit anymore..

Loud - with music and/or customers (no matter the crowd volume). Often has longer lines whenever I visited. Though service is slow, they are very helpful and friendly.
They have a rude manager and poor customer service. I have tried giving them chances. If it wasnt for the other manager trying to smooth it over, I would have ended my services.
Came to this place to make a payment, the only thing they did was say hi! No one came to ask what was needed or if I want help or anything one lady was with a customer ( I understand she was busy) but the other lady was just looking at her tablet, had to leave the store after 5 minutes of being there wasting my time and call T-Mobile customer service instead.

I went to change my service to a new phone I bought from the Sony store (xperia z5). They told me to have a sit because I was going to have to wait in line, there were 5 people in front of me, the rude thing was that there were 4 employees at the store, but only one was actually working, the rest were talking with each other, bad service.
Long wait time, subpar service. They have two people working and 5 or more customers waiting. Plus its a bit ridiculous that they have a store here and i dont even get coverage at my house thats less then 2 miles away.
Exceptionally rude and condescending staff. He was quick to interrupt me to explain policy without actually listening to what I had to say.

My experience was not good. The store manager, Joseph, was very rude and unhelpful. He did not explain things well and when I asked him questions he snapped at me and talked to me like I was stupid. I did not appreciate his manner.
They told me that they were having a promotion on a cell phone so I had borrowed some money to get the phone and then when theyre ringing me up it has completely come up at a higher rate then would not honor that price and then acted as if they were irritated with me because I was irritated
