Kayla was able to not only help us upgrade to the new iPhone but add my two daughters to our plan as well as save us some money. I am thankful for her help and knowledge on everything. She treated us like family.

My experience was wonderful!! In the past, as a Senior, going into a Store, made me feel anxious because its rare to find a salesperson with patience & understanding, that there are folks who are NOT tech savvy & need extra help!!I have been with AT&T since 2005 and have been satisfied overall. However, Seniors need to be recognized perhaps needing a little more help & guidance! Trust me that I realize there are some Seniors who have no problem with All the new tech stuff. Wish I were one of them!!
One of the best encounters I’ve ever had dealing with AT&T. Normally it’s a hassle to get the info you need or even want. Luckily, Matthew was able to help me out with the exact information that I needed without any of the fluff and without beating around the bush. Honestly, if you ever need a real person to interact with who’s kind and knowledgeable in the field, ask for Matthew.
HORRIBLE SERVICE!!! Im being billed for a phone I NEVER received!!! No one will return my calls! The store manager supposedly returned a phone I did NOT accept, yet no one can find said phone. It was NEVER in my possession! The store manager IS aware of the issue, yet will not resolve it. Ive reported the problem to customer service MANY times...and they all tell me the same thing...the store manager must resolve the issue. The store manager says its up to customer service! All the manager needs to do is notate my account that I NEVER took possession of the phone, that SHE was the one who returned it. If she would simply do this, then customer service could refund the hundreds of dollars Ive been billed for a phone I NEVER had! Ive been a customer for nearly 30 years...this situation has left me beyond frustrated! SHAME ON YOU AT&T!UPDATE: It took filing a formal complaint with the BBB before my issue was resolved. I filed on a Friday afternoon, and on Monday morning someone from the Office of The President of AT&T contacted me and within an hour, my account had been adjusted and corrected. He was shocked that the local store manager had not done her job and corrected the account. He said it was an easy fix. Well, it certainly wasnt easy for me...took me 4 months. At least now I know if theres ever an issue not to waste time with anyone at AT&T....go straight to the BBB and youll get results. What a shame. The smoothest experience we’ve ever had with AT&T. Hannah was fantastic, gave me all the service that was requested. Provided excellent customer service and her energy was captivating.
My wife and I went here to buy 2 new phones, although the sales person was pleasant to work with we were lied to and ripped off. We were told that we were receiving a buy two get one free accessories offer. After reviewing the bill, we did not receive this offer. Fast forward a few days there are features added to my account that we were not asked if we wanted. The sales person added a protection plan that is useless to us that will increase our bill another $30 a month. I wish that I would have read the other reviews about this store before I went here. I would have gone somewhere different
Horrible first time customer experience. Sydney did EVERYTHING incorrectly. Paid for 3 iPhones 12s for only one to work for almost 2 weeks. did not add correct discounts, added things on bill which we did not ask for. mixed up phone numbers with incorrect phone. did not order correct color phone. the list goes on. she is the worst and needs to be reevaluated IMMEDIATELY. also, when asked where i could express my issues i got told google review was my only option.... hard to believe

I went to the store to get new service. What are the phones that they ordered for me they ordered the wrong phone. Now theyre trying to charge me a restocking fee for the phone. It was not my fault that the representative ordered the wrong phone so I do not know why I am being charged a restocking fee. I did not open the phone or crack the seals or anything like that. So I do not know why I am being charged a restocking fee for their mistake. I went back to the store and now no one can help me with this issue and they are trying to make me pay this restocking fee for mistake that was not mine. I cannot believe that I have not even started my service yet and Im already have a problem with AT&T.
Pleasant experience, went in to activate a new phone and was immediately helped by an associate. I was in and out within 20 mins. Nice store with helpful employees.
Currently at the store waiting to be helped. There is only 1 person working and her name is Alyssa. My husband and I have been here for 10 minutes and we have yet to be greeted or even acknowledged. Alyssa made eye contact with me once and just looked away. There are not a lot of people in the store at the moment so there shouldn’t be a reason for her lack of attention. I am appalled at this poor customer service and will be alerting corporate about my concerns. This is unacceptable.
This store was manned by a very capable and knowledgeable young lady who took care of my mobile needs for the day. I appreciated her guiding me through the billing questions i had and taking care of my mobile charger needs.
Went in to upgrade my phone after having my original order cancelled. The gentleman who helped me (I believe his name was Everett) was very nice and extremely helpful! The process took all of 15 min and was smooth! Excellent customer service!
Everett was extremely helpful and gave us a real customer service experience, every question I asked he was able to fire off an answer with that can-do energy that you’re looking for in a representative which especially helped me since I was on the fence about switching carriers and he smelled good too! I would definitely recommend this store to anyone.

I was scammed by Andrew. I have been trying to get him to help me resolve the issue since September. I have a copy of what I was quoted, $112 for 3 lines. Now Im being charged $180 and the watch that was supposed to be the 3rd line doesnt even work. I’ve tried calling the store, but it transfers to an answering service, even during business hours.
These guys are wonderful! They are patient, friendly and competent. I will continue going to this location even though it is out of my way. I was very impressed with the incredible customer service. Keep up the great work!

I just came from this store and wanted to report that I had a great experience with these guys! Carlos, Shawn and the manager Raza were so nice! I really felt like they cared about me as a customer. They explained everything thoroughly and made sure I knew about a restocking fee if I returned something UPFRONT instead of possibly finding out later if I were to return the item. They were informative, patient, nice and FUN! I agree with other positive posts. They DO have great people skills and I would highly recommend this store. Thank you so much guys! Ill be back!

Don’t go to this store. There understaffed with no stock.I waited an hour just to be told they didn’t have the phone I needed. They could have asked me that quickly to begin with. I only went to this store because it is new and closer to my house. Please go down the street to the one past town center mall next to Publix. (Not the one in town center)They are always good and I will never try a closer one again.

This is the best AT&T store in Atlanta. Fast, efficient, friendly and knowledgeable on both products and services. Had a tech support issue I needed solved and they handled it PERFECTLY. Wish they were all this good.

Everett P. was able to help us with transferring data from old phone to new, when a different ATT employee at another location said it wasnt possible because phone was too old, plus other employee had our phone for 4 hrs, Everett took less than 30 minutes. Everett deserves a raise!

Phillip game through with the help I needed this afternoon. Somehow my flashlight got turned on and he managed to turn it off. Also he transfered some photos from messaging to photo gallery area. Finally he fixed a problem where words that I typed in messages wereNot comimg out correctly. A big thanks to Phillip!

Josue and this store suck!!!! Not only did it take over 2 hours to get two phones, but I purchased an iPad Mini that had to come from another store because these people didnt have any. I was told it would be a couple of days for it to come in. I called the store only to be told they received a shipment of iPad Minis but not mine. WHAT????? So there are some in the store but I have to wait for this one specifically. BULL!!!!! Then Josue tells me I can get one they have in stock if I pay a $35 restocking fee! REALLY???? I just bought 2 new phones, a watch and an iPad and you think Im going to pay you more money??? Too bad I cant give 0 stars because I would!!
