Sales person lied about delivery providing installation of headboard to new bed. Be aware that they say they will do it but upon delivery they refused. Not the fact that we have to do it ourselves but the dishonesty just to get the sale.

Update: my mattress was delivered today and there is a horrible smell coming from it almost chemical..it’s making my entire bedroom stink. The delivery drivers were very nice and thorough though. I also thought i had purchased a frame when i bought the bed and was led to believe that’s what i was purchasing so I’m a little frustrated that when it was delivered to my surprise there was no frame.Went to purchase a new mattress and the woman helping me was very helpful and patient, i had my 6 year old with me and he was being well a 6 year old boy and she was very sweet and patient the whole time. I would definitely recommend purchasing from here.

My wife & I bought our first Sleep Number bed in 1996. It served us well for over 20 years. When It came time to purchase a new bed we made the mistake of going for a more conventional mattress that cost less money. The old adage of you get what you pay for rings very true with mattresses. We werent about to make the same mistake a 2nd time so off we went to our nearest Sleep Number store in Kennesaw. Entering the store it was comforting knowing that some things never change. We were met by an Associate by the name of Berly & she proved to be a Rock Star! Being a Senior Citizen I have physical impairments that affect my ability to get into and out of bed. Berly addressed my issues head on and effortlessly guided us through the selection process. Upon leaving the store later that day my wife & I knew beyond a doubt we made the right selection for our bed & it too should serve us well for the next 20 - 25 years!

I was skeptical about this bed prior to my visit. However, after my visit, I know this bed is for me. I’m a nurse and have some back issues and problems sleeping so I can not wait for my bed to be delivered. When I tried the bed in the store I felt relief of my back pain and literally almost fell asleep. My salesperson was Samantha and she was very knowledgable about the products in the store. I felt absolutely no pressure to make my purchase. Samantha was also very caring and personable, truly a breath of fresh air. I would encourage everyone to visit the store and check it out. Wonderful customer service and demonstration of the products!

We own 6 select comfort/ sleep number beds. Our oldest is 22 years old and we just bought a i10 flex 3 king bed. These beds are so so so comfortable. This bed offers something most don’t the ability to select your firmness or softness based on what your back and you need for a restful night sleep. The Kennesaw Ga store is filled with and amazing staff. Mike, Berly, Samantha and the entire team were friendly on my 1/16/2021 visit. A non pressure environment that was clean and filled with employee’s who know their product. Glad to have bought our new i10 from there!Alan Turner

We went during a sale event, these beds are expensive, so a sale is a good time to investigage.The sale brought in many other potential buyers and the store was busy. They were very proactive in providing as safe an environment as possible spraying a disinfectant and using disposable pillow covers for us to test dif beds. Corona has a new role to play in this purchase!They were helpful, Michael and Sam were exxcellent in providing a good experience while they had to help multiple guests.There is a significant difference in the different mattresses. We are really looking forward to having our new bed delivered!

Michael was a great help in educating us on the different types of beds and helping us determine which was right for us. This was not an intimidating experience what so ever and we appreciated the room to explore the show room and determine what questions we had. Again, we cannot say enough about the Town Center at Cobb staff. Being from Tennessee, we had attempted to make our purchase at the Chattanooga store but one of their staffers were extremely rude and asked us to more from a bed that she wanted to show to someone else. If we had been helped by someone, we would not have had to self-explore. But that is Chattanoogas problem and we are so happy that incident occurred because of the shopping experience we had in Atlanta. It was well-worth the two-hour additional drive for the top-notched purchase experience. We would definitely make the purchase and drive again.

Met and talked with Connie in the store and she was excellent in explaining everything about Sleep Number beds, going over the various options with no pushy tactics. Ordered a bed two days later and called back with questions about setting up my account and Connie was off that day. Spoke at length to Sophia and she was extremely helpful, even though she didnt sell me my bed. Great experience and looking forward to getting my bed in a week!

Our sleep professional Tanyel was very professional and precise in explaining the entire process of obtaining our individual sleep number before purchasing our bed. Love our i7 Sleep Number bed! We had one of the first models for about 12 years and never had a problem. This one puts them all to shame! Best thing for my back pain. Great location in the mall too with folks that will make sure you get the right product.

Bought one of these beds about 8 months ago... doesn’t hold air properly. It’s just an over priced air mattress. If you want too buy one, make sure you ask them how it is put together, they should be able to unzip it and show you how cheap it is.

The stores are very clean, nice and bright.. the sales people very friendly but not pushy. The beds look inviting. Did not buy one.. still thinking about it.

We love our new sleep number mattress, but I was disappointed with the delivery service. I purchased brackets for a headboard, and they didnt deliver them. When I called Sleep Number to let them know, they said they would ship the brackets to me but couldn t send a tech to attach it for an additional 2 1/2 weeks. This is a safety issue that I am now going to need to hire someone to help me attach the brackets or move the heavy headboard. Love their product but not impressed with the customer service.

Stopped by to purchase some pillows that were on sale. The salesperson was quick to respond and helpful. Pillows were shipped, as they dont keep them in stock, which was ok since I wasnt in a hurry to get them.

The bed was okay but is still nothing but an air mattress. The biggest kicker is that they say it comes with a money back guarantee. What they dont tell you is that you have to buy the mattress protector that is non refundable and that they charge you $200.00 to pick it up.

We hate our iLE mattress! It is the most uncomfortable bed ever. To bad we waited past the trial period and are now stuck with an over priced uncomfortable bed. Even the app for the bed says our sleep sucks!
