Ross is a great salesman. He was attentive and informative. He would explain the features and benefits of the product, and then walk away to allow my wife and I to discuss. They accommodated our little one who was running around the store exploring the inventory! This is a great store if you are in the market for a mattress. After we explained that weve done our research about the products, he politely left us alone for a bit to discuss the pros and cons of the different mattresses we were looking at. When it came time to make a decision, we werent pressured into anything. Justin made some recommendations about different bed frames and helped us to save a lot of money.The mattress and frame were supposed to be delivered the day after we purchased. When I wasnt able to find out the delivery time on the website, I called the store and Justin happened to answer. After some digging, he found that there was a small mix-up with the delivery and he got everything back on track. He even got us a set of sheets for the purple mattress as compensation for the time.If I have any other needs for mattresses or if I have friends in the market, Ill happily give them my business and refer my friends. BEWARE! Although you are hoping to find a “good deal” and “save money” you may end up with a damaged mattress that the salesperson says is GREAT! This firm has tv ads that make one think they sell the best mattress around. If you enter the Outlet Center be prepared to lose. These mattresses are returned because they are damaged yet this center sells them to Seniors like me who live on a limited budget. Don’t be fooled. You pay for what you get.

We arrived one morning shortly after store opening and were able to try out a few mattresses we were curious about. Not every mattress we researched was in the store, but there were enough different brands and mattress types that we felt our decision was a good one. We found Jason to be nonjudgemental, patient and trust worthy. We walked out 30 minutes later with a mattress purchase and 2 pillows. (Sale priced all!) Jason was able to fit our delivery in on the very next day, and the process went without a hitch. The delivery van arrived on time with 2 strong young men to get it into our house. The men were polite and friendly and we surely appreciated them! We havent slept on the mattress yet, so that review will have to wait, but the process of acquiring it was easy and smooth. I. knew I wouldnt buy without him seeing mattress. They made it work. He drove truck right to the side walk, They pushed their rolling desk chair to him and pushed him around the store, THATS CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! .

I was helped by Bill at the Woodstock location, he is super knowledgeable and even demonstrated the efficacy of the mattress cover which I was highly concerned that would not be waterproof as promised because of my experience with previous “waterproof” mattress covers. He dumped a whole water bottle and showed me no liquid went through to the display piece of mattress. I had my one year old with me and he was super friendly and honestly enjoyable made my baby smile when she usually does not smile to strangers. Bill was thorough, made the process of ordering what I needed smooth, he is very confident in his knowledge and even gave me tips on how to correctly wash my waterproof mattress protector. I had an overall pleasant experience.

I needed two mattresses for spare rooms and was not looking to spend a bundle. The salesman, Andrew, showed me exactly what I needed without pressuring me or upselling me at all. The delivery was flawless, timely and efficient and my old mattresses were whisked away and new ones installed in less than 15 minutes. Toma was amazing! I had bought a mattress from Macy’s and loved it but it was 3x the price and it was no longer available. I like a plush soft pillow top mattress and needed one for my daughter to go off to college with plus a new one for the spare room. He gave me such a great deal I decided to replace my king master bedroom mattress after 20 years (although I love it) really love the idea of the free lift to watch TV in bed. My college kid who sleeps on a mattress on the floor was thrilled to learn about this perk!! Very knowledgeable and what a fantastic deal!!

Staff were super knowledgeable and attentive and offered me the best discount on a purple mattress by showing the clearance/“scratch and dent” which I wasn’t opposed to purchasing due to scuff marks on the mattress; otherwise, it was perfect. The store manager also explained the different components of the adjustable frames which I’m glad that I upgraded to one that has zero gravity position and massage to help us fall asleep. I am completely looking forward to our new mattress and adjustable frame arriving this Thursday!

We started our experience at the Cartersville Ga branch. After trying several different mattresses we still were not quite sure which one was right for us. We wanted to try the Purple Mattress before we made our final decision but there was not a sample at the Cartersville Branch. We were advised that the Clearance center had some available to test. Mark at the Mattress Firm Clearance Center was patient while we tested several different models. Once we selected our mattress he explained the benefits of the adjustable bases because I have lower back issues. Once I tested the adjustable base with the mattress we had selected, I was sold. Mark took the time to get us set up with our payment plan and financing and made it all fairly simple. We are looking forward to getting our new mattress in a few weeks!! Thanks Mark!!

Ive been sleeping on the floor for a few months while between houses and on a random Monday night I had enough. I drove up to the Mattress Firm Supercenter an hour before closing and walked out with 3 new mattresses for my whole family. We came in to the store on May 24 and purchased a mattress to be delivered on June 21. This mattress was clearance as it was the showroom mattress that had been discontinued. I received a phone call the day before the scheduled delivery stating that the mattress has been damaged, and they would replace it with a comparable mattress. The gentleman also stated he would refund us $300 for the inconvenience. I never received follow up. Today (June 29) is the day the gentleman had scheduled the delivery for. I had not received any updates. I found my original email to see that it was scheduled for today but the replacement mattress was nearly $300 cheaper than the one we purchased. I called the store this morning and was told I would receive a call back. Two hours later, I called again. The associate I spoke with said they were too busy and they would have to call me back when it was slower. A half hour later, I called again. He looks up my account and tells me that the delivery will not happen today. I asked where the miscommunication occurred and he said that the manager was on leave and she must not have forwarded the email about the delay by one week after already being delayed over a week. Moreover, I was only refunded the $230 and some change, which is not what I was told on the phone last weekend. I’ve asked for a full refund and discourage anyone from buying from this store. Upon research, I also discovered you can find Beautyrest’s mattresses far cheaper elsewhere. I will not be surprised when Mattress Firm goes completely out of business.

Well when I come to buy the matress october the 7th the person on charge was very helpful he showed every matress the diference between and finally decided supose November the 19th coming but they called yesterday and said I have to wait one more month I already throw the old one and now I dont have were sleep so Im back to the store November the 28th and for my money back

AMAZING EXPERIENCE!! We went into the store not really sure of what we wanted to purchase just knowing that we wanted to purchase a new mattress. We were welcomed by Joe he was very, very patient with us he went above and beyond and made this experience one of the best experiences weve ever had. Just purchased a King Size Simmons Black Memory Foam Scarlett Plush from Justin . Excellent experience overall. Justin was very knowledgeable and was not pushy whatsoever. I recently made two purchases of mattresses and adjustable bases. The overall experience was great. It took me a couple of days to make my decision, but I am happy.All of the salesmen were polite and helpful. My particular sales person was Brian A. He was not only knowledgeable about the products, but patient. He didnt seem annoyed at my daughters multiple requests to try different mattresses on an adjustable base. He did not rush me through the process. He encouraged me to take as much time as needed to test the mattresses. He was more concern about me being happy with the purchase then with him just making a sale. He did not force the purchase when I told him that I would return the next day with my husband.In comparison to quotes from other stores, I believe my price was fair. Brian applied as many discounts as possible.My delivery was quick...the next day.I am heading back to the store soon to make another purchase. I will look for Brian of course, but believe any of the salesmen will give me excellent service.

I cannot say enough about how wonderful it was to work with Charlie at this location. My wife and I spent 3 hours a couple of Saturdays ago trying to decide on the right mattress. Charlie was incredibly patient and very informative. We ended up purchasing a bed that we loved in the store, but it didnt work out after sleeping on it for a couple of nights. But Charlie was amazing when we had to come back in. He made the exchange painless, helped us determine what it was that didnt work with the first bed, and got us setup with the right thing. We absolutely love our new mattress.Although Charlie was the primary contact for us, we also worked with Brian and Brian. Both were delightful and very helpful. This is a great location with a great staff. Five stars all around.
