Awful experience. This was not a trustworthy company to buy from. Experience was very similar to what other reviewers below described as a scam, including in reviews from Jeff brown and oduibheannaigh. There are many similar types of reviews about PoshHaus on Yelp and Amazon. They list lots of various items in stock on Amazon and a short lead time for arrival to cause you to select them over other reputable vendors, but they actually have none in stock. They take your payment for the item anyways and ship an empty package with a letter saying there is a problem with the order, and Amazon then marks the package as having been delivered so they appear online to have met their shipping deadline. They then run you in circles on the phone when you call them because the product is weeks or months late. They claim each time you call that it will ship tomorrow but it does not actually ship. We never received the item we purchased from this company. Would never buy from them again.

UPDATE....THE OWNER OF THIS COMPANY JUST GAVE MY COMPANY A 1 STAR REVIEW BECAUSE OF THIS REVIEW I LEFT. UNREAL!!!Ordered on Amazon a light fixture that was $200 less than the local lighting store. Emailed me and send a letter with tracking info for Amazon shipping records that they refunded me and had inventory issues. Item was re-listed for $100 more. I called and they said they didnt have it in stock but I could order again and wait. So I ordered again for $100 more. The wrong item was shipped to me. I emailed and called and was told they would exchange the item. I was given an Amazon return number and refund...with no option to replace and no contact. Weeks later they started calling harassing me to take down my bad reviews. The manager was actually yelling at me and when I said I would hang up on him if he continued to yell and cut me off, so he hung up on me. Now a month later, they are emailing me about their service. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! Seriously the worst customer service experience I have ever had.

Gloria at PoshHaus has been a crucial part of making our three bathroom renovation successful. Were we slightly crazy to renovate three bathrooms at once in the midst of a pandemic? Yes! But having such a competent, polite, communicative, and thorough designer to work with made the process much easier. Gloria and her staff a PoshHaus created great quotes with photos and available options to consider. Delivery was safe and contact free. Gloria made visiting the showroom possible when needed and helped find products that would meet our needs. If we needed a change - a longer shower arm - it was done without hesitation and promptly. If you are looking for high quality products with a first rate staff - PoshHaus is your store.

AVOID this company. They use Amazon to sell products they dont actually have in stock. Then they send you a letter via USPS as if that is the actual product. They billed my CC $627 in July for a kitchen sink and it never arrived. Then they dont want you to report to Amazon since that would allow you to get a refund. Total SCAM! Fraud!

I had a heck of a time getting my fan by Matthews-I am remodeling and only buying American made goods. Dustin was really nice and helped me out-BUT we discussed the fact that I wanted it because it is (supposed to be) American made. It was almost $800. My friends thought I was crazy to spend that much on a ceiling fan. I didnt care because it was (supposed to be ) American made. THE SIDE OF THE BOX SAYS MADE IN CHINA!Shame on Mathews Fans for false advertising and shame on Poshhaus for sending me an $800 Chinese fan

I saw their ad on FB marketplace and was very interested in their high end vanities. They were very responsive thru messenger and answered all my questions during off hours. Today I drove there and found the vanity I wanted. They even loaded it in my vehicle for me. Flawless transaction!

I ordered a John Boos table in mid December knowing that it was going to be about 4-6 weeks to get it to me in MN. It ended up taking almost 9 weeks to get to me, and this was after I had to go through customer service with Amazon (where I ordered from as they were the 3rd party seller). They aren’t John Boos, so they don’t make the product and they use an independent shipping company that I had to call and coordinate myself, so I’m not sure what this company’s actual purpose was. I had to contact both PoshHaus and Amazon 5 times total just to get updates on my delivery too. It’s a beautiful John Boos table but I wouldn’t recommend going through this company to buy it.

I was having great difficulty sourcing a John Boos steel shelf for our kitchen, but found Poshhaus had exactly what we wanted posted on Amazon-- and at a good price. There were various pandemic related shipping issues from the supplier-- and then for Poshhaus-- but they maintained clear and courteous communication throughout. Including at one point sending a registered letter because they had not reached me voice to voice (impressive! who does that?!) . When the product arrived in its original packing (hand delivered by Poshhaus from 60 miles away, they didnt want to send it back into orbit!) it had been dented by the original shipper. Aaarggghh. Poshhaus arranged a discount and we turned the dented shelf edge to the back in our kitchen. They followed up with clear paperwork re the credit transaction. I cannot over emphasize how pleasant, courteous, and knowledgeable they were. With any other vendor I would have been irate, but Poshhaus took a stuff happens situation and turned me into a big fan.

AVOID THIS SCAM COMPANY. They sell through Amazon and when an order is placed, they ship a templated letter in a Tracked USPS First Class Envelope, stating there was a problem with the order and not to contact Amazon, but instead to contact them direct. (SCAM) Meanwhile, they have your money and no date on when any item is intended to ship, and POHSHAUS claims to Amazon that the USPS Tracked Envelope was the fulfillment of the order. (No return label, no refund.) AVOID AVOID AVOID - Read the Amazon Reviews.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS VENDOR. I ordered a large vanity with an attached double sink. It came with a cracked vanity top. I ordered it via Amazon and it came from PoshHaus. Although I did not open the packaging to install the vanity for several months after it arrived, it is obvious that it arrived damaged. I have been given the run-around for over a month by PoshHaus. Amazon has been great, trying to help but they are getting the same responses as I have had. It has held up our construction project. They dont return calls, give lame excuses I will look into it and get back to you by Friday, with no calls to follow up. When I call for the person in charge I get the same response, I will look into it and get back to you. Shop elsewhere and save yourself the hassle of dealing with PoshHaus.

This company has had some of the worst customer care I have ever experienced. I needed to order a part so I called, gave them my credit card information, and after weeks did not receive anything, so called them back and they never processed my payment or placed my order.Second time, definitely frustrated, I placed the order again, and noted the charge to my card to make sure that the payment was processed. The payment processed just fine, and my order was going to take a bit to get to the shipping distribution, which was fine, I just asked that they let me know what the status was going to be on that.No one answered in shipping so they said theyd call me later to follow up. They did call me, but only to notify me that they hadnt gotten any information on the shipment of my order, and I never heard back from them after that.Three weeks pass and I call them back to find out where my part is for my toilet that was not working for a month and a half partly due to their negligence. They see that they refunded my order, without giving me any notification of it happening, and without any notes as to what was going on.After all that, Im left having to go elsewhere for the product I was in search of.They probably do great with straight forward orders, but in my case they botched it.

Don’t waste your time buying from this place. They are an Amazon vendor, so be careful and make sure they aren’t the company responsible for your order. They will ship you the wrong product, then not answer their phone during their regular business hours. I am waiting for my refund for the wrong item they sent.
