When they first opened they had all kinds of bath sets etc. Yestersay I saw nothing for bath except towels and washcloths. Bed n a bag prices are off the wall you can buy the same sets elsewhere for half thier price. Discouraged. Walked around the store 2x left empty handed.

Convenient store for what you need and has a large selection of items in stock. I purchased a king sized set and the blankets, sheets, and pillow cases where very high quality and comfortable.

Purchasing items for a new bathroom. They didnt have brushed nickel finish over the door towel rack in stock but very happily ordered it online for me and made sure I had a coupon for 20% off as well. Very nice staff at our local store and always friendly and helpful.

Isles are so full of displays and cluttered that you can barely push a cart through. Im surprised the fire department hasnt written them up for having a Health and Saftey egress violation..The deals are only good if you use a coupon. The regular prices are just too high

I decided to check in today to buy a few things and a bistro set that went on sale. There was a young man working at the register who was of darker skin. There was a customer who was rather rude to him as she made a racist remark before she went up to his open register. The customer was trying to use an expired coupon and blamed the employee for not performing his job right and she demanded him that she will leave the store if she couldn’t use her coupon. She created a big scene and the manager step in to help the customer. I stepped away to see what would happen to the young man because he seemed really upset about the customer and I saw the manager took him away and talked to him. As I went outside I overheard the customer going off on a racist rant as she recognized me and told me he got what he deserved (I ignored her and walked to my car) I returned into the store because my husband was getting checked out and he needed help with carrying the bistro set out to the car. The young man was helping us and I apologized and told him he was doing a great job. Bed Bath and Beyond should definitely not let customers get away with getting free coupons if it means demeaning an employee just to make a customer happy.

So much to offer from things for pets to items for your house and cleaning materials. Floats and coolers, beach chairs, even have Yankee candles decently priced.

Very inefficient checkout. Needed assistance on an item. Received minimal help from snotty associate who gave me incorrect information. Other than that, it was ok.

The selection of curtains is limited to mostly 84 panels. Hardly anything in 54 or 63 to choose from. There is a good selection of valances but the prices are ridiculous for something so small.
