Great customer service. Item as ordered in good condition. Associates helped me load my vehicle. Everything went well.

Its a typical Home Depot, organized like Home Depot. Lots to look at for your home, help If you need it. Cell signal is weak and no wifi so plan ahead if you need ideas.

This home depot was a little more old school looking then most. It wasnt so pretty and proper as so many are. It had the look of a busy busy busy store. It was a quick stop, I got all I needed.

We went to buy a washer and the associates were very helpful and prompt. Ben and Jake also helped load it into our truck. Another associate helped my husband find some adhesive to replace a Styrofoam pad in his kayak. Everyone was very pleasant.

Very upset that carpeting I ordered in mid-July has again been postponed for installation. Just received a call today that its coming now in mid-September. This isnt a reflection of the quality of the carpet or the installation or the sales experience. This is the second time the installation vendor HD uses has put off installation and follow-through. Maybe if these folks were paid a better wage they could attract serious carpet installers instead of relying on people who apparently not all that reliable. I should have shopped locally.

Poorly laid out, loud, hard to figure out where things were, hard to find people who worked there to ask questions in the lumber section. Probably wont be going back, especially on the weekend.

Had everything we needed in paint, electrical & drywall supplies. Very helpful and friendly staff.

Love Home Depot......usually get what we came to buy......never disappointed......its our go to place for appliances.....tools....lighting ......everything you need for your home ..great selection also.....

WOW. best place ever!!!! Every staff person friendly and helpful. Reminds me of the old hardware stores where the clerk helped you plan your project BUT. Prices are lowest anywhere. Why would anyone go somewhere else?

Caleb Steever helped me out in the garden section. He has shown me exactly what I wanted and he was very nice. Caleb had been one of the best workers I have came in contact with; he helped me with all of my needs even though it might not have been his position. Caleb had a great attitude and had been so helpful throughout my gardening process!!!

There seemed to be more choices at the Keene store. More lighting options, more flooring options, honestly everything I saw had more/better choices then other Home Depots I have been to. I have shoped at 3 other store recently (were building a new house after we lost everything in a fire 2 years ago) Ive price compared basically most or the stores contents. Lumber, windows, doors, siding, flooring, lights, etc. We did most of our shopping in the Keene Home Depot. By far the best customer service here as well.

We had a washer and dryer get pushed back due to Raymers Express and then they delivered a broken one. However, Home Depot supplied us with a new one.Upon delivery of the replacement I got no phone call for delivery only a voicemail from Raymers to let me know it was outside on my front door step.Unacceptable from Raymers Express, there poorly run shipping company is what will keep me from ever purchasing another item from Home Depot.I do give them 3 starts because, 2 of there managers took time out of there day to help carry an enormous unit up the stairs and help unbox it for me. They went above and beyond when they shouldnt have had to.Im still left to install an item that I paid delivery and installation for.Home Depot is great however, there 3rd party sipping is not worth the hassle.I hope this helps others when considering buying and shipping products from them.

Dont try to shop for lumber or anything large at the Keene home depot since COVID has now seemed to make everyone order for curb side... all 100+ large carts sit inside full of pick-up orders so anyone who wants to shop in-store has no carts. Has this virus made everyone lazy?? Hello you still have the same germs on the items even if it is delivered to your car! Look at the lineup of carts in the store.CRAZY!

We asked for help with storm doors from Ken Roderick, a customer order specialist at the Keene Home Depot. He took us directly to what we wanted, and suggested we look at the screen opening and closing mechanism on several doors, which resulted in our selecting and buying three doors which have fit our application perfectly. Kens professionalism has simply made our lives better....what a pleasure to work with someone who really know what they are doing, and who communicates it well. Thank you sir!

We would like to take this opportunity to publicly thank Carl in the electrical department for his dedication to customer service.Today my brother and I were in your store with a vague idea of what we needed to do a complete install of my wife’s dryer. Our goal was to relocate the unit from the basement to the upstairs. Carl was able to inform us as to the wire gauge, amperage handling of the wire needed, and after all his time and effort was able to save us a more than a few dollars with his recommendations of not just the wire needed but all of the installation hardware. Now the topper. Carl had the insight to double check his recommendations with a fellow employee who he felt had even greater knowledge of our installation situation. Always love going to home depot. Its a little hard after a big delivery. Pallets and products can fill the aisles or not be in the appropriate area.

The kid who was supposed to help guide people upon arrival had no idea what he was talking about, then the people around the store had very little knowledge of the isles items, so they unfortunately couldnt offer any direction. Then omg the checkout system was a mess. Then on top if it all, each cashier seemed to be so poorly trained that majority of the time they had to call management.

Go anywhere but this Home Depot. Go to another Home Depot if you must but do yourself a favor and dont go here. Most staff, if they are willing to help, are generally unable to assist you in any manner with the exception being to provide the wrong information.

When youre the only BIG box store within a 45 mile radius what more can I say. The store is clean, sometimes stocked with products. They claim supply chain issues due to COVID-19. Funny thing is, Lowes doesnt seem to have that problem. Anyway I digress. The staff for the most part are friendly and try to help with few exceptions. The pro desk is a fixture but rarely offers service to pros. The 4 pro registers are rarely operating or staffed?, yet there is always a line of pros waiting with the consumers trying to get out the door and to their projects. Very frustrating if your a contractor expecting pro services. At the other end of the store is special order pickup and returns. They do a really good job and try very hard to get you in and out and troubleshoot order problems when they arise. So in total when you need basic supplies for your home projects HD should have them. For trending products you see on cable or the internet, HD doesnt have much, so I would suggest you go elsewhere.

In and out self checkout lane has great service, and fast or slow as you want to go.

Polite people they do their best to keep everything stocked even during covid 19 .weekend work is so much better having them

Helpful clientele. Insurance for appliances is terrible. You cannot get anyone to help because they dont get paid. We bought a new washer, dryer and storm door. Washer has major problem which we paid $295.00 for useless insurance, and a storm door that came without a part store was unwilling to give to us. Si door sits unfinished and washer makes loud thumping noice, none will fix.

Good selection of products, its almost impossible to find somebody who can help you though. There is also only like 1 real cashier and the rest is self check out, which can be hard with purchases like lumber or tubing by the foot etc.

Bought a chest freezer that we found was heavily dented once we opened it at home. Customer service was great, Diane told us when shed be in and how the return process would go when we called. I was helped by a gentleman in customer service who promptly processed the exchange and got the chest freezer for me. Initially they actually gave me a different brand and I didnt catch it but luckily realized before leaving the parking lot. They resolved the error quickly and easily. They unloaded the broken one from my car and loaded the new one (and then unloaded and loaded in the correct one) in for us easily. Arrived home and pleased with our new freezer.Curbside pickup was excellent, the service associate came out and asked our last name and retrieved the product for us. Online check in was not available due to no verizon internet service in the dedicated pickup area so this was a nice surprise.

Always friendly service and the best experience while shopping for DIY materials. Easy to follow layout and most staff know where to go but sometimes it feels like some just know only a certain area. Usually we dont have any problems visiting this store.

Home Depot is great but their sub contractors are horrible! I had some carpet installed was not happy, got a phone call from the 3rd party promising a solution. Here it is weeks later and still have not heard back from them and no one returns my calls.

I have been working on a kitchen and bath remodel since December of 2019 with the management of this store in relation to the Veterans Housing Grant that Home Depot offers. Since then, there has been zero progress other than my working with the designer to finalize choices. Store management is non responsive in all aspects. No returned calls or emails, and the customer service line was of no use trying to motivate management to bare minimum answer my questions. I am understanding of the covid pandemic and how it may have slowed progress, but to not even get my questions answered at a bare minimum is extremely unprofessional. Management cant be bothered to pick up a phone or hit reply on an email. Its unfortunate because the stores associates have been great in all of my experiences there, its the management bringing down the store.

I recently had occasion to need help processing a Store Credit inasmuch as I did not have the card itself, just all the info. A young man at the customer service desk, Isiah Crump, helped me locate the card after helping me find a placed to put down a heavy long box and several loose objects I was trying to juggle before purchase. After making the purchase, he re-appeared just in time to help me to my car with everything and I was very grateful..

Sent in looking for an item. Every employee that I saw would look down and walk the other way. The one I chased down had no clue. I found it on my own and went some where else to buy. You better know what you want and where it is before going in

Went in yesterday for information on a washer/dryer set. The sales associate was rude, would not get up to help me out and seemed like I was being bothersome by asking a couple questions. Bought the set at Mannys Appliance instead with no issues. Will no longer go to Keene NH location, it was the 3rd bad experience I have had at this particular home depot store.

Stayed 3 nights on 5th floor.Pros: Location of this hotel is phenomenal. Its super easy to get to all major sights. It is also near many delicious food locations. The customer service is good here too. Friendly. You can rent bikes for 120 DKK for whole day. Not cheapest option for bike rentals but good to know. Free wifi.Con: Room super tiny. Good for one person. Tight for two. Especially if you have big suitcases. No where to put clothes or bags except the floor. The room was not clean. We found a bug and nail clippings in the room. No free breakfast with the deal I bought.Great location. Checkin 3pm. 20 DKK for locker to keep bags if you arrive early. Ok price for a hotel in this area. Not super clean. No bed bugs though. Walls pretty thin and you can hear neighbors easily. No free breakfast. Rooms are tiny.

There was a truck coming in with a delivery when I went to get my tub. They said I couldn’t pick it up. I asked them to try as I don’t live close. They did and the guy came back saying 10-20 min. I was not happy but I sat down on a big cart. The gentleman apologized profusely. Within 10 minutes the tub was there. I had stone dust in the back of my truck (don’t ask) so it was hard to pack it in but they were troopers. All set!! Wait for it....I left. I looked for my wallet. And looked. And looked. It wasn’t in my truck. I called them. The woman I spoke to was getting a call as we were speaking from someone who had found it.I pulled up. The woman was already halfway out the door waiting to hand it to me.Thank you Hope Depot, Keene for an being honest, hard working crew!

Has everything we need for home improvement and renovation, plus curbside pickup during pandemic. Easy to find things in-store by looking them up via the website - the aisle/bay where the items are located is listed on the items page. The only reason I give four stars is because Lowes often has materials for a little cheaper, and things add up when youre doing a lot of reno.

Could not find product I was looking for. Two HD employees helped look, one online and both walking around the store. We couldnt find the tomato supports, but one of the guys said if he did find them he would track me down. I was way on the other side of the store, but that guy found me and walked me outside to the product. Very, very helpful!

Dont expect to get help from any of the associates at this store. When you do see someone and need help, they walk fast and dont make eye contact.

I knew the lumber at any HD was twisted and nasty. But today I found green fuzzy mold on the 2x4s.

While searching for some school project items for my kids i had to ask for assistance. I was breast feeding my 6 month old son, fully covered, the gentleman that assisted me definately knew i was feeding and paid no attention to it and helped me find the products i needed. As a mom of 3 kids it was huge to be able to feed my child and get assistance without the hassle or awkwardness of someone telling me i cant do that here. Everyone working was so polite and ignored the feeding of a child in the best way to give great customer service.

Good staff, good selection, competitive prices.

Went in for a couple plumbing items and some lumber. All registers were roped off except self check out. When asked why the employee offered to scan it for us. Staff was great, but Home depot trying to edge out staff to cut jobs and boost profits off from unemployment is scummy. Thanks for the encouragement to pay a little extra at my local dealer.

They have signs up so you can find things easier than a lot of stores

Pros:Always have a halfway decent experience everytime I come to this store even when I have been moody the staff remain friendly and helpful to an extent.Cons:Everytime I have to get an item down from the top storage (Items stored on the upper shelving) it takes the store associates a minimum of 30 minutes to retrieve the item for you. I have waited upwards of 2 hours before to get shower surrounds down from the above shelving.

Was not impressed with delivery company but they made up for it when they sent out a couple guys from home depot to deliver and install it. They were very friendly and efficient. I am extremely happy and grateful for the managers and men who came to deliver and install it. Thank you Home Depot !

Impossible to find things or sales help. Miserable pick up experience for previously purchased online item. Pick up counter salesclerk was rude and poor communicator. Self checkout only available and long lines. Awful awful place.

Ive had good experiences here. This is a good sized Home Depot. The staff seems to be well-trained and helpful. Most will know what to expect out of a store like this. The deals and prices at Home Depot are hit or miss, so be careful.
