Using this business resulted in a custom mustang my 15 year old son worked 3 years to pay for being stolen and to never be seen again. I spoke with Stan (the owner) who told me he could do the work we needed done and to leave the keys in the visor of the vehicle and he would be there in an hour to get the vehicle. He said it would take him a week to get the work done. When we called to get our completed vehicle picked up- We were told he forget to pick up the car in the first place and that our car had been stolen. He said he didnt attempt to pick up the car until the next day and thats when he noticed it wasnt there. He never once called us and our car was missing for a week without him contacting us. All he could tell me was that it was a good time for me to sit down with my son and explain that as much as my son wanted that car someone wanted it more. He said the day he was supposed to pick up my sons car he forgot because his wife got sick- we understand that things happen but he could have simply called us and told us to go secure our vehicle. His negligence caused my 15 year old son to lose the vehicle he has worked very hard for and Stan has refused to do anything to correct his mistake. Had Stan of picked up the vehicle as he said he would have, called us to say he couldnt do so, or went and got the keys and locked the car, my son would still have his car. The whole situation sounds fishy- How did only one person/company know where the keys were hidden, they forget to get the car, forget to call us to say they forgot to pick up the car, and now magically the car is missing. What makes it worse is that we tried to be fair and this company has refused to do anything to fix their negligence which has caused a huge loss to a child who worked hard to purchase their first vehicle. Sad deal-

Came from out of town with an axle broken.Was extremely lucky to find a place like this. Im sure he could of taken advantage of me but they were really fair. They welded my axle back in place and then aligning all three. Super people and a great price all in one. Thanks i reallly appreciate it.

Stan and Michelle are great. I have been using them for a long time. I would recommend them to anyone needing suspension work to wheel alignments. They installed electronic E-lockers on my Jeep JK and new coils and shocks on my Raptor. My son takes his car there as well. When I had my old Dodge Dakota they found the cause of a noise that another shop could not diagnose. They call before any work is done that is not discussed beforehand, which some places just install and hope you can afford it. Bear Frame has been servicing Kearney for many years and will continue to do so with the service they provide.

I talked to Stan about my front end problem on my 2002 Chrysler 300m..1st I had ever used them for service. He diagnosed the problem and ordered 2 lower control arms and they installed them when they got the parts..I rate my experience a 10..!! Very pleased with Stan and the other 2 people who waited on me.. DEFINATELY recommend them.. Very friendly and up front.
